본 연구는 최근 기업들이 광고촉진의 한 수단으로서 많이 활용하고 있는 특정 감정소구의 한 형태로서 지역정서를 이용한 광고의 설득효과를 탐색하기 위하여 지역정서소구메시지 유형을 촉진형 메시지와 예방형 메시지로 구분하고, 이 메시지유형들의 설득효과에 대하여 소비자의 지식수준과 자기지역중심성향 (CLOCAL)이 어떻게 조절작용을 하는가를 탐색적으로 검토하였다. 연구결과 지역소비자에 대한 지역정서소구광고의 메시지유형별 설득효과는 소비자 개인특성의 조절변인으로서 지식수준과 자기지역중심성향 수준을 고려했을 경우, 촉진형 메시지와 예방형 메시지 모두에서 유의적인 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 먼저, 소비자의 정보처리능력과 관련하여 지식수준이 높은 집단에서는 촉진형 메시지가 더 설득적이었고, 지식수준이 낮은 집단에서는 예방형 메시지가 더 설득적임을 발견하였다. 그러나 소비자의 자기지역중심성향수준에 따라서는, 높은 수준의 집단에서는 예방형 메시지가, 낮은 수준의 집단에서는 촉진형 메시지가 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구는 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 지역정서소구광고의 메시지 특성과 소비자특성에 따른 차별적인 지역정서소구광고의 설계전략방안들을 제안하였다.

Fishing villages have rich potential on account of serving as a base of fishing activities with various maritime ecosystem, culture and maritime resources as well. The object of the study is ports located in Gijang, Busan and it presents the overall development direction in ports within this area. Through systematic and well-planned developing small-sized ports, this research analyzes regional economic implications by improving settlement conditions for fishing villagers scattered around this area taking the ports' natural traits into consideration. The research correlates regional input output analysis by fishing port arrangement project with connection between inter-industries and inter-regions according to the model of input-output analysis and attempts to systematically analyze regional economic structure with the economic implication divided into production, employment and income, influenced upon by the change of political exogenous variable.

지방도로의 포장 및 확장사업으로 인한 지역개발효과를 분석하였다. 효과발생시 시기적 특성을 기준으로 할 때, 도로개선사업의 지역개발효과는 직접효과, 유발효과 및 간접효과 등 세가지의 유형으로 구분될 수 있다. 이들 각 유형의 효과가 각각 어떻게 발생되는가를 파악하기 위하여 본연구에서는 교통부문, 농업부문, 공업부문, 공공 서비스 부문, 주거부문 및 인문사회부문 등 6개부문에 대한 도로개선 사업의 효과를 분석하였다. 분석은 ADB 5차사업으로서 1983년에 공사를 시작하여 1985년에 사업이 완료된 밀양 및 하동지구를 그 대상으로 하였다. 도로개선사업의 효과가 사업종료 후 어느 시점에서부터 발생되는가를 관찰하기 위하여 효과분석을 위한 자료수집의 시점을 사업전 (1983년), 사업완료 직후(1986년) 그리고 사업완료 5년후(1992) 등 크게 세가지로 구분하였다. 1983년 및 1986년의 자료로는 건설부에서 조사한 자료들을 이용하였으며, 1992년의 자료는 현장조사와 해당군의 통계에서 수집된 자료를 이용하였다. 도로사업으로 인한 순효과를 측정하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 각 대상지역을 사업지구(Project Area)와 대조지구(Control Area) 로 구분하고 이들 각 지구에 대한 시점별 분석들 실시하였다.

지역축제는 지역에서 정례적으로 개최되는 지역문화가 종합화되고 축약 적으로 상징화된 행사로서 지역발전에 미치는 효과는 크게 경제적 효과, 사회. 문화적 효과, 그리고 물리. 환경적 효과로 볼 수 있다. 지역축제는 지방자치가 실시된 1995년부터 지역 경쟁력을 강화하기 위하여 급속하게 증가 하였으며, 2008년 현재 전국적으로 개최되는 축제는 1년에 1100여개가 넘는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 문화관광부에서는 경쟁력 있는 지역축제를 육성하기위하여 지원규모에 따라 최우수, 우수, 지역육성 그리고 예비 축제 등으로 구분하여 지원하고 이들 중 상품성이 큰축제를 문화관광 축제로 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문화관광 축제들을 선정하여 관광객들이 축제 관람 시 필요로 하는 다양한 정보들을 웹상에서 보다 쉽게 비교 검색이 가능하도록 통합검색시스템 설계에 관한 요구분석 내용을 기술한다.

The 4 major rivers restoration project (4RRP) requires the government to invest a lot of money. Regional economic effect is one of the main purposes of implementing the 4RRP. This paper attempts to measure the regional economic effects, focusing on regional employment-inducing effect and regional income-inducing effect. Regional employment-inducing effect is computed by excluding indirect effect and directly investigating the amount of employment. To this end, marginal propensity to consume, household consumption, household income should be derived. We used working day data and government expenditure multiplier to measure local employment creation and income generation. As a result, the project creates 46,628 employments from 2009 to 25 August 2011 and generates 25 trillion won regional income for three years.

This study analyzes the effect of airport investment on GRDP(Gross Regional Domestic Product) using Regional Production Function with public investment on social infrastructure. Particularly it includes the spillover effect of airport investment on the economies of neighbor regions beyond border. We estimate regional production function with the independent variable of airport investment stock using panel data with regional cross-section and time-series data. In the analysis with aggregate data of all industries, it shows the positive relationship between airport investment and GRDP which implies the affirmative effect of airport investment on regional economy in the aspects of direct and indirect spill-over effects. On the contrary, the research results of each industry do not appear to be the same. With the different characteristics of each industry, the direct and indirect effect may not be the same and the SOC investment contributes to the restructuring of regional economy by altering the industrial organizations of any specific region and its neighbors.

This paper examines the estimate the economic impact of 2008 Andong Maskdance Festival, using an Input-Output(I-O) model. For the research, the Regional Input-Output analysis was used, which makes it easy to grasp the economic impact of the tourism industry and other industries in Andong. Based on the regional I-O transactions tables which were developed by Bank of Korea(2009), the industry multipliers were derived with respect to output, income, and value-added. The results show that in 2008 Andong Maskdance Festival receipts generated output impact of 30,961 million won and 15,800 million won of income impact, 14,310 million won of value-added impact, respectively. I think the result of this study can be used as an objective indicator to help to establish and implement regional festival policies for the local government.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of IFDI on the regional growth of 16 subregions in Korea during 2000~2014 by applying the System GMM. As a result of the analysis, the IFDI flowed into Korea has showed a positive effect on regional economic growth such as capital formation, job creation, and export expansion. but import has showed a negative effect. and Human capital has showed a positive effect but not statistically significant. meanwhile, IFDI which was flowed in the regions has showed a positive effect on the GRDP of DK regions including Daegu and Kyongbuk, while the GRDP of Metropolitan including Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi and BUK regions including Busan, Ulsan, Kyongnam has showed a negative effect. there were observed similar trends in the complementarities between IFDI inflows and human capital. This study has confirmed that IFDI flows into Korea are an important factor for regional growth, but the growth effect on GRDP in the region differs according to regional characteristics. Therefore, this study has suggested that it is urgent to reorganize the industrial structure along with the IFDI attraction strategy suitable for regional characteristics in order to expand the growth effect of IFDI flowed into the regions.

Cooperation and participation in Local Expo by local residents as a Mega event is critically important to maximize the effectiveness of event. By studying on residents' expectation and on whether the expectation affects to their making decision for their attitude, we tried to draw the basis for successful operation of local expo. In conclusion, the result of analysis shows that local residents' expectation on Expo affects positively and meaningfully to their intention and attitude to cooperation and participation.
