A single cross hybrid, Heukjinjuchal, is a black color waxy corn (Zea mays L.) developed by the maize breeding team at NICS in 2008. Heukjinjuchal was produced by crossing two inbred lines, KBW24 as seed parent and KBW2 as pollen parent. Ear length and ear diameter of Heukjinjuchal was 16.0 cm and 4.4 cm, respectively. The ratio of kernel set length/ear length was 89%, similar with that of a check hybrid, Chalok1. It is resistant to Northern corn leaf blight disease and also lodging tolerant. Fresh ear yield of Heukjinjuchal comparable with those of a check hybrid, Chalok1 in regional yield trials for three years. Seed production of this hybrid is relatively easy because of well overlapping period of silking and pollen dispersal between the two parents. This cultivar would be well adaptable to the whole country.

Amanita virgineoides Bas is an ectomycorrhizal mushroom belonging to the family Amanitaceae in the order Agaricales. This fungus usually grows solely on damp soil in coniferous or deciduous forests from summer to autumn. Although Korean people consume A. virgineoides, some studies indicate that it can be poisonous. During our biodiversity survey of four specific regions i.e., Yongin, Eumseong, and Chungju from 2016 to 2018, A. virgineoides specimens were collected on the sixth rotation. We analyzed the temperature, precipitation, relative humidity, and vegetation surrounding the A. virgineoides fruiting bodies to reveal the environmental factors that influenced mushroom formation. It was found to usually grow in August, the hottest season in Korea. For 60 days before forming the fruiting body, temperatures were found to be between 20 and $30^{\circ}C$. More evidence is necessary to ensure that change in temperature is the major environmental factor that determines A. virgineoides fruiting.

중국은 냉전의 종식 이후 이전에 지역 내에서 미소간의 대립을 중심으로 형성되어 있었던 세력균형이 점차 다원화되고 있음에 따라, 지역 내의 강국이 되고자 하는 목표를 가지고 있기 때문에 인접국가와 분쟁에 처하게 될 가능성은 매우 커 보인다. 이러한 점에서 중국의 해군력 강화는 향후 동아시아 지역의 안보환경과 관련하여 불확실성과 불안정성을 가중시키는 중요한 요인으로 작용할 것이다. 따라서 지역 내의 군비 경쟁을 촉진시키는 요인으로 작용할 것이다.

건설부는 인천직할시등의 허가구역 지정기간이 ''93. 6. 14일자로 만료됨에 따라 이를 재지정하되 농업용이외의 용도변경이 엄격히 제한되고 있는 농업진흥지역은 허가가구역에서 제외하고 토지의 투기적 현상이 진정된 지역은 신고구역으로 변경 지정키로 하였으며 신설고속도로 인터체인지 예정지역등 투기가능성이 높아진 일부지역은 허가구역으로 추가 지정키로 하였다.
