  • 과거 대규모 댐 건설 등 물 개발 중심에서 벗어나 효율적이고, 균형 잡힌 물관리 중심으로 '물관리 패러다임'이 변화되고 있다. 물관리 일부인 수질은 생활하수, 산업폐수, 농·축산 폐수에 의해 하천 및 호소 오염의 심각성이 대두되어, 수질 개선에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 한강 유역은 한강, 남한강, 북한강 등 여러 수계로 구성되어 있으며, 서울을 포함한 주요 도시지역을 포함하고 있다. 한강 유역은 도시 및 농촌지역이 혼재되어 있으며, 도시지역의 경우 수변구역이 주민생활과 밀접한 유역이 많다. 한강대권역관리계획, 지자체별 총량제도를 통하여 관리를 하고 있으나, 각각의 유역별 특성이 다양하여 여러 이슈와 환경적 문제점이 발생하고 있어 유역에 적합한 수질개선 방안이 필요한 실정이다. 국내에서는 수질오염총량제도를 통해 수계의 수질을 관리하고 있지만, 오염물질의 부하량을 기준으로 수립하여 데이터의 다양성을 나타내기에 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천의 수계를 단위유역 단위가 아닌 중권역 단위로 구분하여 수질 인자의 농도를 활용하여 인자 간의 관계가 하천에 주는 영향을 보고자 한다. 수질 측정망에서 수집된 수질 데이터를 활용하여 여러 기법의 데이터 분석을 통해 한강 유역 수질의 특성과 경향을 시각화 그래프로 나타낸 결과를 토대로 유역특성을 반영한 수질 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다.

  • The Purpose of the study is to analyze present state of the volunteers in cultural program activities in Korean libraries and for reinforcing library volunteer activity. 2,349 volunteers were asked questionaires for the purpose looking into present state. The factors were number of regional participants, libraries which have partaken, number of participants per program, and participating programs. The programs that volunteers have partaken, its kind, relative importance of the partaken program, "non-reading" program's contents, preferable program by each targeted users, and the most participated program were analyzed.

  • 가뭄은 시간적 지속성이 타 재난에 비해 길고 공간적 피해의 범위와 편차가 크다는 점에서 지역적 특성과 가뭄대응역량에 맞는 적절한 대응과 대책 마련이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 제시된 바 있는 지역적 가뭄복원력평가 방법론을 기준으로, 가뭄복원력 평가 인자의 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. 가뭄복원력평가 인자는 4Rs (Robustness, Redundancy, Resourcefulness, Rapidity)을 기준으로 총 18개의 지표로 구성되어 있으며, 18개 지표를 산출하는 과정에서 활용되는 세부자료는 정량자료 19개와 담당자 설문조사를 통해 산정되는 정성자료 8개를 포함하여 총 28개가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 지자체의 복원력 평가 결과 기준, 등급별 1-2개 지자체를 민감도 분석의 대상으로 설정하고, 19개 정량자료 각각의 비율적 변화에 따른 복원력 결과의 변동성을 정량화하여 도출하였다. 또한 19개 정량자료 중, 연관성 및 계층적 관계성이 존재하는 주요 자료 그룹을 구분하고, 대상 자료의 동시적, 연쇄적 변화에 따른 복원력 평가 결과의 영향도를 정성, 정량적으로 평가하였다. 분석 결과 가뭄 복원력에 기여하는 인자의 변화에 따라 가뭄 복원력의 증감 정도가 지자체 별도 상이하게 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. 도출된 민감도 분석 결과는 지자체의 현재 가뭄대응역량지표를 기준으로, 가뭄 복원력을 증가시키기 위한 효율적 대책 및 계획 수립을 위한 의사결정에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Study on the classification system of identification of the enemy in the military border area (군 경계지역에서 피아식별 분류 시스템 연구)

  • The identification and classification of victims in the county border area is one of the important issues. The personnel that can appear in the military border area are comprised of North Korean soldiers, U.S. soldiers, South Korean soldiers, and the general public, and are currently being confirmed through CCTV. They were classified into true categories and learned through transfer learning. The PyTorch machine learning library was used, and the dataset was utilized by crawling images corresponding to each item shared on Google. The experimental results show that each item is classified with an accuracy of 98.7500%. Future research will explore ways to distinguish more systematically and specifically by going beyond images and adding video or voice recognition.

A Study on the Characteristics of the Floor Plan in Luxurious Row-Houses (고급연립주택의 평면구성 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the characteristics of the floor plans of luxurious row-houses. The examined objects were 135 floor plans with the individual exclusive space of 50 pyung or more which collected from the solicitations for sale or the magazines of architecture, housing, or interiors. The major findings were summarized as follows: First, it is revealed that as the floor size become bigger, the appropriate additional spaces such as second family room, lounge hobbyroom and Atelier are formed instead of increasing room size. Second, it is revealed that the L- DK type was the most common in LDK system. Third, it is revealed that the master's zone composed generalized layout of 4 sections such as bedroom, sittingroom, bathroom, dressingroom. Fourth, it is revealed that the multifunctional room exist as a individual space located next to the kitchen. It used to be a post of rear balcony.

Relationship between Serum Uric Acid Levels, Insulin Resistance and Components of Metabolic Syndrome in Korean Adults (한국 성인의 혈청 요산 수치와 인슐린저항성 및 대사증후군 구성요소간의 연관성)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between serum uric acid levels, insulin resistance and components of metabolic syndrome. It was conducted on 4,428 adults over the age of 20 who had undergone health checkups at a general hospital in Gyeonggi-do from June 2018 to May 2020. As a result of the study, uric acid levels were higher in the metabolic syndrome subjects than normal subjects in both men and women. and the incidence of metabolic syndrome and its components was higher in the hyperuricemia group than in the normal group. Hyperuricemia was found to increase the risk of elevated blood pressure(p=0.006) and hypertriglyceridemia(p<0.001) in men and metabolic syndrome(p=0.012) and low HDL-cholesterol(p<0.001) in women. Thus, in both men and women, hyperuricemia was associated with metabolic syndrome and its components, and it was confirmed that it was an independent predictor of the onset of metabolic syndrome in women.

  • To fulfill the complex user requirement, composition web service comprised of existing services is considered from the efficient and reusable point of view instead of making entirely new web service. However, with the growing the number of web services which provide the same functionality but differ in quality value, the service composition becomes a decision problem on which component services should be selected such that end-to-end QoS constraints by the client and overall QoS of the composition service are satisfied. QoS of service aspects is a determinant factor for selecting the services, since the performance of the composed service is determined by the performance of the involved component web service. In this paper, hybrid genetic algorithm is presented to select component services to take part in the QoS-aware composition. The local search method is used to be combined with the genetic algorithm to improve the individuals (component service) in population as well as composed service. The paper also presents a set of experiments conducted to evaluate the efficiency of selection algorithm using the real web service data.

An actual Analysis on the Determinants of the Private Security Agents Career Choices (민간경비원의 직업선택 동기 결정요인에 대한 실증분석)

  • This study is to investigate determinants of the private security agents' career choices. Random sampling of newly agents working at the private security firms in Gyeonggi-do and ChungChong-do was used. The period of under review was from May, 2010 to June, 2011 and the total number of interviews was 382. For this study using SPSSWIN 18.0, factor analysis(EFA/CFA), reliability analysis, discriminant analysis and descriptive statistics. The followings are conclusions. The first factor is' the value of job'. It consists of public security, contributions to our society and nation, protection public safety, spirit of sacrifice, crime prevention, and maintenance security. The second factor is 'ease of career choice'. Qualifying conditions are not particular and it is easy to get the job, as a result, this job is easy of access, they chose this job. The third factor is 'occupational stability'. They think this is a good job because the job is future-oriented so they chose this job. The fourth factor is' curiosity'. They became interested in this job, so they wanted to know about this job and then they chose this job.

  • The urban streets as a featured and well performing public space for people should be organized in a way that can work as a whole system through network as well as that can provide amenities fur pedestrian. This is a study on Seattle's 'Blue Ring' project for an analysis focused on how its street weaving system organized and what are the design characteristics of the streets. The results are as followings. (1)Pedestrian oriented design, (2)Urban street as a part of open space that can accommodate human activities, (3)Integrated, not isolated with outer/ other open space, (4)Organically networked in a hierarchical manner that can promote pedestrian movement, (5)Utilization of regionally identical design elements. And Smart Growth concept lies in the core of 'Blue Ring' project.

  • Things in the IoT(Internet of Things) make various services by exchanging information over networks. The IoT includes many types of WSNs(Wireless Sensor Networks) that consists of spatially distributed wireless sensor nodes and operates with the various purposes with useful technologies such as identification, sensing and communication. Typically, Zigbee network composed of low-cost and lowpower devices is mainly used for wide-area monitoring and remote device control systems. The IoT composed of various WSNs cannot interoperate among networks because of heterogeneous communication protocol and different data representation of each network, but can facilitate interconnection and information exchange among networks via the DDS, which is communication middleware standard that aims to enable real-time, high performance and interoperable data exchanges. In this paper, we proposed design of Zigbee Adaptor for two-way interoperation and data exchange between Zigbee network and other networks in the IoT. Zigbee Adaptor communicates with Zigbee network according to the Zigbee protocol and communicates with external networks via DDS. DDS-based Zigbee Adaptor can facilitate interoperation between a Zigbee network and external networks by systematic cooperation among its components.
