The purpose of this study is to understand the social welfare approach and to suggest implications for the establishment and expansion of social welfare techniques in recent urban regeneration to overcome the limitation of physical approach to urban regeneration. We used the method of the content analysis to extract social welfare programs in project plans of urban regeneration regions and vulnerable residence regions and then let them be categorized according to characteristic and form of their programs. As a result of the analysis, there are 4 welfare programs in urban regeneration regions; setting the economic fundament, improving the residential environment focusing on welfare, pursuing community integration and social service providing. And each type was classified into 12 subtypes. Based on the result of this study, some implications are suggested to operate social welfare techniques in a stable manner in urban regeneration projects; link of the suitable jobs for regional characteristics, the participation of local residents in the project process, empowerment for community integration and expanded provision of social services.

Recently, community welfare centers including the elderly welfare centers are also interested in the issue of loneliness and are attempting a comprehensive approach to care for the elderly in the community.The problem is that there is a need for volunteers who are sustainable, but trained semi-professionals rather than non-professionals.Therefore, ways to provide education programs that can be based on continuous supplementation and specialization of manpower and to apply them to the field are being sought.The purpose of this study is to present a plan through examples with the aim of linking college students majoring in social welfare as a major resource for preventing loneliness of elderly people living alone in local communities through volunteer activities. It was suggested that volunteer activities of college students majoring in social welfare should be provided more systematically to the elderly living alone in the community.

The radical changes in the business environment have motivated firms to exert serious efforts in managing sustainable development. This study identified the effects of sustainable development on the perceived performance of firms from the viewpoint of the balanced scorecard. Independent variables include economic efforts (of efficiency and ethic of accounting and fairness), environmental efforts (management and energy control), and social efforts (consumer protection and contribution for local community). The result from the analysis of data collected in this research suggests that sustainable development efforts are the critical sources of the incorporated performance of firms. The consumer protection efforts of the local community determine the competitiveness of a firm in managing social responsibility and creating value and social activities. Efforts to reconsider efficiency determine the competitiveness of a firm, becoming the critical factors that determine sustainable performance. Energy control facilitates value creation for the environment through cooperation and harmonization with nature, resulting in sustainable business performances through the vitalization of practical establishments and operations. Sustainable management needs to meet international standards, cooperation, and harmony. These standards are based on the economic, environmental, and social efforts that enable firms to adopt sustainable management efforts that are suitable for their own systems.

전 세계적으로 지구 온난화로 인해 발생한 가뭄은 사회적, 경제적, 환경적으로 막대한 피해를 야기하고 있다. 국내의 경우, 2022년부터 현재까지 지속되고 있는 가뭄 상황은 강수의 지역적 편차로 인해 남부 지역 중심으로 극심한 피해가 발생하였다. 남부 지역의 주요 용수공급원인 영산강, 섬진강권역의 용수 공급율은 예년의 57%(3.8억 톤)에 불과하며, 일부 도서·산간 지역은 용수공급이 제한되는 현상까지 발생하였다. 이러한 가뭄 피해를 대비하기 위해 초기에 모니터링을 통한 선제적 대응 방안을 구축해야 한다. 가뭄 모니터링의 경우 미계측 지역에 대한 모니터링 방법으로 주기적이고 균질한 자료를 제공 받을 수 있는 위성영상을 활용한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 가뭄을 정량적으로 분석하고 판단하기 위해 가뭄지수를 활용하고 있으며, 대표적인 가뭄지수는 지상 관측강수량자료를 활용한 확률분포 기반의 표준강수지수 (Standardized Precipitation Index, SPI)와 강수 및 기온의 변동성이 포함된 표준강수증발산지수 (Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index, SPEI)가 있으며, 위성영상 자료를 활용한 가뭄지수인 증발스트레스지수(Evaporative Stress Index, ESI) 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 강수와 기온을 고려한 가뭄지수인SPEI와 위성영상 기반의 가뭄지수인 ESI를 활용하여 2022년 남부 지역의 가뭄 사상을 중심으로 지표별 시공간적 변화를 분석하고자 한다. SPEI의 경우 기상관측소 지점자료의 기온과 강수량을 활용하였으며, Terra 위성의 MODIS (Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) 센서에서 제공되는 위성영상자료를 활용한 ESI는 미계측 지역에 대한 가뭄 판단을 위해 시·군별로 세분화하여 산정하였다.

It is widely agreed that a documentation strategy that considers the social context of fragmented records is needed for documentation of social memories. This paper examined a new methodology named Seoul Narrative Archiving Policy(S-NAP) which was developed for the documentation of social memories in metropolitan areas. Also, the paper reviewed the applicability of S-NAP through the collection cases of Seoul Metropolitan Archives. The development process of the S-NAP is as follows. First, acquisition topic domains that cover an entire metropolitan region were developed. Next, implementation units(S-NAP) were designed through extensive data analysis that encompasses social, economic, culture, and art areas and reflects outcomes of regional studies. As a result, a total of nine acquisition topic domains, 61 parents S-NAP, and 184 children S-NAP were derived from the aforementioned methodology and methods. Finally, this paper proposed the applicability of S-NAP as archival contents and as a supportive tool for archival activity networks.

This study was to analyze data of climate change impacts on social infrastructure using text-mining methodology, and to visualize the spatial information by integrating those with regional data layers. First of all, the study identified that the following social infrastructure; power, oil and resource management, transport and urban, environment, and water supply infrastructures, were affected by five kinds of climate factors (heat wave, cold wave, heavy rain, heavy snow, strong wind). Climate change impacts on social infrastructure were then analyzed and visualized by regions. The analysis resulted that transport and urban infrastructures among all kinds of infrastructure were highly impacted by climate change, and the most severe factors of the climate impacts on social infrastructure were heavy rain and heavy snow. In addition, it found out that social infrastructure located in Seoul and Gangwon-do region were relatively largely affected by climate change. This study has significance that atypical data in media was used to analyze climate change impacts on social infrastructure and the results were translated into spatial information data to analyze and visualize the climate change impacts by regions.

본 논문에서는 한국사회에서 미래 100년 동안 사회 경제 분야의 가장 중요한 핵심 문제로 대두되어질 다문화가정과 관련하여 IT와 융합된 전자책 시스템을 기반으로 자녀교육에 대한 해결책을 제시하기 위하여 7개국의 유명한 전래동화책을 수집, 분석하고 번역하여 다국어 전자책으로 제작하고 서적, CD, 웹사이트, 스마트폰을 이용하여 세계 각국의 다문화가정 교육모델로 제시하고 서비스한다. 구현되어진 다국어 전자책 모델 시스템은 국내 다문화가정 어린이의 이중 언어 교육을 통하여 부모와 연계된 다문화 시대의 문화적 언어적 문제를 해결하며 다문화 어린이들의 글로벌 마인드 함양 및 다문화를 기반으로 한 사회적 통합을 추진하며 세계 최고수준의 유비쿼터스 인터넷 인프라 기반 서비스를 통하여 전자책 서비스의 글로벌 표준을 제시한다. 다국어 전자책 모델 시스템은 국가지원과제 신청을 통하여 지역사회를 통한 복지 분야 행정시스템을 기반으로 무료 보급하며 2011년 독일에서 개최되는 국제도서전에 출품하여 글로벌 보급 활성화와 교육성과에 대한 발표를 추진한다.

대기 중 온실가스 농도는 인간의 인위적 활동에 의해 증가하고 있으며, 이로 인하여 발생하는 기후변화는 극한 수문 사상에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히, 기후변화로 인한 강수 특성의 변화는 홍수, 가뭄, 태풍 등과 같은 극한사상의 변화로 이어지며, 급격한 도시화와 복잡한 사회기반시설물 등과 맞물려 더욱 취약한 홍수위험 문제로 대두된다. 기후변화에 따른 미래의 불확실한 변화에 적응하기 위하여 다양한 기후모델들이 개발되었고, 기후변화와 관련된 많은 응용 연구들이 기후모델에서 모의된 자료를 기반으로 미래를 전망하고 있다. IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) 제6차 평가보고서(The 6th Assessment Report: AR6)에서는 사회경제 구조의 변화를 반영한 공통사회경제경로 시나리오(Shared Socioeconomic Pathways, SSP) 개념을 도입하였다. SSP 시나리오는 사회경제 변화를 기준으로 기후변화에 대한 완화와 노력에 따라 5개의 시나리오로 구별된다. 기상청 기후정보포털(http://www.climate.go.kr/)에서는 4개 조합의 시나리오(SSP1-RCP2.6, SSP2-RCP4.5, SSP3-RCP7.0, SSP5-RCP8.5) 결과가 제공된다. 자료는 동아시아 지역에 대해 생산한 자료로 25km의 공간해상도를 가지고 있으며, 현재모의기간(1979-2014, S_HIST)과 미래시나리오기간(2015-2020, S_SSP)으로 구분된다. 본 연구에서는 전술한 SSP-RCP 시나리오 조합 중 SSP1-RCP2.6, SSP5-RCP8.5 조합을 이용하여 광주지역 극한강우의 미래 변화를 분석하였다. 시나리오 기반 강우자료의 통계적 특성 분석을 위해 연최대 자료를 추출하여 경향성 및 변동성 분석을 수행하였고, 광주지역 강우 자료에 내재된 특성 변화를 정량적으로 분석하였다.

Health promotion has more comprehensive approaches in recent years. Nevertheless we accept the concept of health promotion differently, we are agree on that community is the most important field in health promotion which includes population at the aspect of health policy, individual skill and, environment. And there are a number of different approaches to health promotion. In them, 'population approaches' and 'high -risk group approaches' has the most different characteristics. 'Population approaches' is equally important or more important than 'individual approaches' for maintaining and promoting population health. Almost part of this article contents is the summary of the guideline and population strategy of health promotion in Korea, 1999 - 2005. Community based health promotion program should be reinforced, integrated, comprehensive, collaborative through efficiently utilizing community resources. Recent new orientation of community health program is integrated health program, we can find this orientation at Ottawa charter 1986. Comprehensive approaches with the determinant factors for health are essential task. Physical activity is a key health determinant. The population-health approach suggests that educating people about physical activity is not enough. Individual behavior changes are important too, but need to be balanced with strategies for environmental change. Population strategy with physical activity for health promotion should be developed through improving social and physical supportive environment, linking and integrating community resources between public and private sectors in national, regional and local level. Continuous public education and social marketing should be provided through collaborating with community physical activity organization, facilities, work-places and school for increasing concern of all the people of community about physical activity. Governments, agencies and citizens should held and participate to building movement. And the strategy that various 'active for life' program should be developed, delivered, maintained and reinforced continuously. Basically, adequate and sufficient financing, developing human resources, policies and legislation would be provided and supported fully too. At last, research development and knowledge exchange are required domestically and internationally. In Korea, we had classified the category of strategic priority of physical activity programs by environmental support, life-course approach, high-risk group approach and disease group approach for physical activity program based on community health center. Community based core programs for physical activity that includes infrastructure building and establishment of supporting environment, community campaign, health promotion education and public service announcement, physical activity programs for elderly and obesity, exercise prescription program.
