지방자치단체별로 특성화된 이벤트의 개발은 지역사회의 경제 문화 발전에 많은 영향을 끼치면 또한 주민들의 적극적인 참여로 인해 그 시너지효과는 더욱 커진다. 지역이벤트를 개최목적과 지역특성반영정도에 따라 분류하였다. 이벤트개최목적을 주민공동체의식함양과 지역경제활성화로 나누고, 또한 이벤트의 내용이 지역특성을 반영하는 정도에 따라 분류하여 이벤트의 형태를 4가지로 나누었다. 지역주민공동체의식함양을 목적이며 지역단위특성이 있는 이벤트를 지역고유이벤트라 하였고, 이는 지역의 전통문화 또는 지역의 지리적특성 등을 살리면서 지역주민의 공동체의식을 높이는 것을 목적으로 하는 이벤트이다. 반면에 같은 목적을 가지면서도 지역특성이 반영되는 정도가 낮은 이벤트가 있을 수 있다. 이는 체육대회 등 순수 공동체의식제고에 목적을 둔 이벤트이다. 또한 문화적 요인 등 뿐만 아니라 지역산업의 특성을 지니면서 지역경제활성화를 목적으로 하는 이벤트가 있을 수 있고, 동일한 목적을 지향하지만 지역단위특성을 반영하는 정도가 낮은 이벤트가 있을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 경남과 전남에서 실시되고 있는 이벤트들의 현황을 보고, 동서지역 특성을 살핀 다음, 동서지역 특성에 맞는 이벤트 개발방향을 모색하였다. 경남과 전남은 각기 독특한 특성을 가지면서도 수려한 한려해상, 지리산, 섬진강과 같은 자연자원을 공유하고 있으며, 또한 전남과 경남 공히 넓은 평야를 중심으로 하는 쌀농사라는 공통점이 있고, 그리고 전남에는 제철, 석유화학 등 기간산업이 경남지역에는 중공업 산업들이 발달해 있다. 이러한 요인들을 결합하여 양지역의 특성을 살리면서 효과적으로 연계할 수 있는 이벤트 개발방향이 모색되었다. 또한 충무공 이순신, 장보고, 사명대사, 허준과 같은 역사적 인물들이 동서지역을 넘자들면서 활동을 하였는 바 이를 이벤드화 하는 방안도 모색되었다.

현재 국민의 여가활동 패턴변화와 주5일 근무제 도입 등으로 전통문화, 자연체험 기회제공의 장으로서 농촌이 재인식되고 있으며, 농촌전통테마마을사업(농촌진흥청) 등 농촌지역 부존자원의 잠재서비스 개발ㆍ연출 및 농촌마을만이 가진 다양한 가치 발굴, 이를 자원으로 활용한 마을 활성화 관련 정책 및 프로그램이 추진되고 있다. 이때 농촌마을 부존자원의 다양한 부가가치 개발을 통해 지역경제 활성화의 수단이자 공동체 활성화 수단으로서의 가치를 새롭게 인식하는 것이 중요하다. (중략)

This paper aims to explain the changes of social spatiality in rural areas as seen on a sloping scale in reference of population structure and utilization of territorial assets. Guessing from the population characteristics of rural communities and farming activities in Hwangsan village of Uichon-Myeon, Geochang-Gun and Hanam village of Chogye-Myeon, Hapchon-Gun, it will become a society characterized by super-aged intensification and large-scale crop cultivation. Deokgok-Myeon and Yulji village of Hapchon-Gun are required to intake outside residents. They have to understand the complementary cooperation and become conscious of the relationship between existing residents and relocated people in Yudong village of Yokji-Myeon, Tonyoung-Si. Due to a decreasing population and the phenomena of the 'super-aged', the efforts to revive the spatial function as a living and working space while utilizing territorial assets could be challenged in these case study regions.

It is important to understand sense of community and community participation for successful community development projects. This study aims to identify the factors influencing community participation on sense of community. Data were collected from 173 usable respondents from 8 villages in Gyeongsangnam-do. Results of a factor analysis yielded two dimensions of sense of community which were shared emotional connection/influence and reinforcement of needs/membership. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that female, less educated, younger are more likely to be highly participated. The study suggested that policy makers and community practitioners consider the sense of community, age, gender, and educational background to enhance community participation.

Profound changes have occurred in the archival landscape since the advent of community archives and the global spread of archival art. This trend can be seen in Korea where a noticeable growth in archival arts and local community archives can be observed. This study explores how archival arts in Korea function when they are specifically intended to play a role in local community archiving. For this purpose, we analyzed the 'Gyeonggi archive_Now (2018)' and 'Seongbuk Documenta (2016-2018)' exhibitions, which were both exemplary cases of archival arts exhibited in connection with local community archives. Based on the analysis of the Gyeonggi Archive, which was aimed at strengthening the local identity of Gyeonggi Province, as well as the analysis of Seongbuk Documenta, which focused on the loss of place that resulted from redevelopment projects in the area of Seongbuk-gu, this study identifies the multiple roles of artists in archiving work. This study also reveals the variety of archiving works that exist and illuminates the value that such initiatives have in constructing local identity and reviving a sense of place. In particular, this research shows that archival art has the potential to empower local community archives while also providing opportunities to boost artistic creation. Our research concludes by highlighting the necessity of promoting the right environment and conditions that are required for archival arts if they are to play a role not only in keeping records and memories but also in producing further knowledge and discourse in a local community.

Living culture emphasizes cultural activities in daily life based on local characteristics, and aims to integrate art with daily life to communicate with others through activities of local residents. In this process, the values that individuals and society should have, are evoked and restored. In order to understand the context and processes in which the values of the living culture are expressed as local culture, we analyzed the case of 'Gosaek Nongak(community band music, dance and rituals in Korea) conservation association' in Suwon area and tried to diagnose how art and daily life are integrated and restoring community life in the actual field. For this purpose, phenomenological research was conducted through literature review participatory observation, and in-depth interviews to categorize the social impacts of living culture activities and public support due to individual, community, and local influences. We found that public support for living culture led to increased artistic development and human interaction in the community, and that individuals who are thus empowered to seek artistic experience and actively interact with other people, emerge as vital subjects and practitioners of culture and arts in their local community. Furthermore, we found that the activities of living culture facilitated the formation of local identity for members and local residents. Through living culture activities, members and local residents became more aware of being members of the community and found value and meaning in participating in daily life and cultural activities.

세계 에이즈 회의는 UNAIDS, IAS(국제에이즈협회)가 주관하는 행사로서 개최 초기에는 에이즈라는 질병 자체에 대한 새로운 별견을 공유하는 데 주력했지만, 점차 에이즈 자체에 대한 지식이 축적됨에 따라 사회, 공공 보건, 공동체 기반 사회, 지역별, 국가별로 전개된 특수한 경험을 공유하고 함께 이해하는 것에 중점을 두고 전개되고 있다. 단일한 질병을 주제로 한 국제 행사로는 최대 규모라는 점에서 에이즈가 전 인류에게 미치고 있는 심각한 영향을 확인할 수 있는 자리였다.

안산시는 시민을 위한 사회, 문화적 기반시설의 확충으로 사회체육활동 공간과 지역 주민의 공동체 의식을 확립할 수 있는 장으로 시민건강 증진을 위한 종합운동장 건립을 추진, 현상설계경기를 실시하여 지난 96년 10월16일 아도무건축(장석웅)안을 당선작으로 선정, 발표했다. 가작으로는 공간건축(정종영)안과 유신건축(김지덕)+제일건축(정원심)안이 선정됐다. 본지에서는 당선작과 가작 중 공간건축안을 게재한다.

Currently, China's urban space is gradually changing from gradual development to inventory transformation. The planning and development goals of urban communities have also shifted from material space construction to the direction of sustainable development of humanities and society. Currently, community planning and construction at a single latitude, which focuses on residential life, overlooks the multidimensional elements of community life production, causing many problems such as cold relationships between communities and difficulties in forming relationships between humans and the environment. Therefore, this article re-recognizes the sociality of the community in the continuous unification of the community in time and space, clarifies the central and private aspects of the community, and re-explores the dynamic creation and methods of the community as the starting point of daily life.
