This study examined to offer practical implications for the bullying for the prevention and response in early childhood education at the scene of the bullying that occur by to confirm the perception of the bullying to pre-service early childhood teachers. The survey questionnaire was completed by 313 pre-service early childhood teachers. SPSS Win program was used to perform frequency analysis, ANOVA. (1)The perception of bullying were significantly different according to grade and experience of child care practice, classroom observation, education program for taking preventive measure. (2)Teachers' perception about the action that can be seen as bullying followed by 'apply the violence, such as kicking, or were frequent', 'shared in things that often prevents','often to another carrier or shame in front of a friend'. (3)Perception about characteristics of bullying Perpetrators was 'aggressive behavior and talk much' and perception about characteristics of bullying victims was 'shy and not much'. (4)The reason of bullying perpetrators was 'Just for fun without a special reason' and the cause of bullying victims was 'problem of parents' child-rearing attitudes and home environment'. (5)Important institutions to combat bullying prevention followed by teacher, parents and family, community and the nation, preschool educational institution. Teachers guidance content of combat and prevent bullying was 'to be isolated from the class to infants continue to monitor'. Parents guidance content of combat and prevent bullying was 'communicate a lot and attention to children'. Early childhood education institutions guidance content of combat and prevent bullying was 'operations to come up with the bullying prevention education in educational time'. This study indicated that it is necessary to make efforts for increasing perception of bullying in pre-service early childhood teachers.
This paper analyzes the priorities of introducing agricultural environmental conservation practices for the successful introduction of agricultural environmental conservation programs and promotes customized agricultural environment conservation practices packages suitable for the local environment. Agricultural environmental conservation practice consists of three fields: soil, water, and air, nine sub-fields, and 30 practice skills. Using the advantages of AHP and BWS appropriately for priority analysis, three areas and nine sub-fields are measured using AHP techniques, and the practical activities of each fields are measured by priorities using BWS techniques to enhance the differentiation and completeness of research. In addition, the criteria for evaluating priorities of practical activities used 'Environmental effectiveness' and 'Technical feasibility'. As a result of the priority evaluation, the 'Soil testing and reduction of fertilizer and livestock manure application' activities were evaluated as having the highest priority. Based on the results of the priorities for these practical activities, examples of customized practical activity packages by farming type and environmental conditions were presented.

For the successful execution of an ODA project, it is necessary to know what areas are weak and necessary to the country of demand exactly. The health sector is also a top priority in most of developing countries. This study was carried out to introduce non-communicable disease (NCD) in Fiji for ODA projects planning. The major causes of death in Fiji in 2016 are diabetes, ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, lower respiratory infect, asthma in ranking. The major causes of death in Korea in same year are cancer, ischemic heart diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, pneumonia, suicide, diabetes in the order of ranking. The chronic disease as non-communicable disease (NCD) has been increasing continuously due to changes in lifestyle and consumption patterns and population aging in prevalence rate. This global trend is also apparent in Fiji and Korea, reflected in increasing mortality and personal costs for the treatment and management of NCD. The need for a sustained comprehensive treatment tailored for individual patients has suggested from many studies and the development of a systematic program to manage NCD patients to provide such care have been recommended. The Fiji government developed Non-communicable Diseases Strategic Plan 2015-2019 and has tried to reduce the prevalence rate of non-communicable diseases by factors. The WHO global action plan guiding national-level NCD policies requires an NCD prevention and control model at the community level, presenting strategic goals and detailed options for the introduction and application of the approach to communities. It is necessary to develop an NCD prevention and control model, consisting of a strategy of community intervention, education for students and NCD patients, and the legal enactment of NCD that adequately meets the needs of community members.

This study was conducted to find out the degree of self-esteem, resilience, and subjective happiness of nursing college students and to establish strategies to improve their subjective happiness. The study subjects included 204 nursing students, and data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test, and ANOVA analysis to determine self-esteem, resilience, and subjective happiness according to general characteristics. Pearson's correlation was used for correlation. Factors affecting subjective happiness were analyzed by multiple regression. Study results found that self-esteem and resilience had an effect on grade level and department satisfaction, and subjective happiness had an effect on department satisfaction. In addition, self-esteem was found to be correlated with resilience and subjective happiness, and resilience was found to be correlated with subjective happiness. As a result of multivariate regression analysis, grade and subject satisfaction were found to be important factors affecting the subjective happiness of nursing students. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop programs for each grade for the subjective happiness of nursing students, and it is necessary to make efforts to establish and apply strategies and plans for satisfaction with the department.

This study aims to investigate the effects of the ENACT project on promoting pre-service science teachers (PSTs)' views on the social responsibility of scientists and engineers. The ENACT project was designed to cultivate the social responsibility by integrating the theoretical framework of socioscientific issues (SSIs) education with problem-based inquiry approaches for the resolution of the issues. Thirty-two PSTs voluntarily participated in the project and completed the five stages over three months. Data was collected through a questionnaire to measure PSTs' view of the social responsibility of scientists and engineers (VSRoSE) and focus-group interviews. Results indicate that the PSTs presented statistically significant changes in their views of the social responsibility after the ENACT project. The mean scores of the five sub-dimensions of VSRoSE significantly increased. The interviews also supported that the PSTs had opportunities to seriously consider the social responsibility of scientists and engineers through epistemological exploration of science and technology (Cycle I), and problem-solving and action-taking (Cycle II). In particular, they agreed more on such responsibilities as consideration of societal needs and demands, pursuit of the common good, civic engagement and services using their expertise, communications with the public regarding potential risks, and participation in policy decision-making related to science and technology advances. Educational implications for SSI education and teacher education were suggested.

This study is aimed at identifying the important factors required by customers through importance-satisfaction analysis of how they choose skin care shops on the basis of certain factors and attributes at this time when there is an urgent need to improve the level of quality that meets their expectations and demands in combination with the quantitative expansion of skin care shops. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 217 people over the age of 20 in Gwangju and Jeonnam area with experience in using skin care shop services. The SPSS v. 21.0 program was used to analyze the collected data. The results are summarized as follows. IPA grid analysis of the difference in importance-satisfaction of sub-factors for skin care shop choice showed that the items corresponding to the upper-left side of maintenance and strengthening, the upper-right side of stainability, and the lower-left side of gradual improvement were the 'sanitary control of tools and products', 'basic situation(legal compliance)', and 'workers' sanitary control', 'internal control of skin care shops', 'professionalism and skills of workers'and 'quality of services', respectively. Consequently, the results of this study will be based on the efficient operation of skin care shops, and further more the utilization of them is expected to expand the quantitative and qualitative base of the skin care industry.
The purpose of this study is to provide the service marketing data for skincare shops through analyzing the impact of the quality of service of skincare shops on perceived values and revisit intents. For this study, 397 middle-aged women who visited and experienced the services of the skincare shops in Seoul and the Gyeonggi region were surveyed. The data from the said survey were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The findings of this study were as follows; first, the formality, reliability, certainty, and empathy among the service factors of skincare shops had a significant impact on economic values, while trust, certainty, and empathy had an impact on emotional values. Second, the formality, reliability, and empathy had a significant impact on revisit intent for skincare shops. Third, among the perceived values on skincare shops, both economic and emotional values had a significant impact on the intent to revisit. Fourth, the perceived values were confirmed to have partial mediating effects in the relationship between the quality of service of skincare shops and revisit intent for each service quality type.

This study investigated the differences in emotional labor, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment by job type, and the effect of emotional labor on job satisfaction and organizational commitment for public library employees. Using SPSS 27.0, the survey contents were performed frequency analysis, factor analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the librarianship experienced more emotional labor than non-librarians, and the frequency of emotional labor increased depending on whether or not the civil service was included, and had a negative effect on overall job satisfaction and job condition satisfaction. However, in the case of psychological response to job satisfaction, library data work was found to be high. In terms of user service, emotional labor that occurs in librarians' work has two sides, which can have both positive and negative effects on the librarian's job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, practical measures to reduce the frequency and emotional dissonance of emotional labor and increase the diversity of emotional labor should be included in the user response manual and future mental health promotion program development.

This study investigated students' views in relation to a career in science as a first step towards developing science career education programs and materials. The instrument was developed through preliminary surveys. The questionnaire was sent to, administered and returned by 3608 students including 1036 primary, 1137 middle, and 1435 high school students, who were selected through stratified cluster sampling from all over the country. The results were analyzed using statistical package program. The students' image view of science, preference for science and science learning, perception of science achievement, career hope for oneself, degree of hope in getting science-related job, perception about science-related career, important factors of science career choice, and their hope for science/non-science career and the reason for their choice in the past and present were investigated. The results show that "science as an experimentation activity" was the most frequent image view of science. The preference for science and science learning was more positive than the perception of science achievement. The percentage of total students who want to have science career was 21%, and this percentage of middle school students was especially low. The most frequent answers for advantages of science career were 'useful for national development', 'possible to get new knowledge', and those for disadvantages were 'dangerous', and 'too much to study'. The most frequent reason for students' choice of a science career was 'interest in science and science learning'. Judging from these results, the basic direction for science career education should be in raising the students' preference for and interest in science learning. The positive awareness for a career in science and vision for a science job in the future should be given through a science career education and science career education proper to the students' developmental stage and characteristics is more important.
This study was conducted to identify job stress, nursing work environment, and turnover intention for nurses at COVID-19 dedicated hospital, and to identify factors influencing turnover intention. From September 1 to September 27, 2022, 144 nurses at a COVID-19 dedicated hospital in the I area were collected. The collected data used the SPSS Statistics 23.0 program. As a result of the study, the intention to turnover according to general characteristics showed significant differences in work experience (F=11.20, p<.001), and by position (F=4.09, p=.009). In addition, turnover intention showed a significant correlation with job stress (r=.561, p<.001) and nursing work environment (r=-.382, p<.001). The factors influencing turnover intention were job stress (β=.46, p<.001), work experience of more than 11 years (β=.34, p<.001), work experience of 3-10 years (β=.20, p=.022), nursing work environment (β=-.22, p=.001), and 43.9% of explanatory power. Accordingly, in order to reduce the intention to turnover of nurses at hospitals dedicated to COVID-19, it is necessary to create measures to reduce job stress and an efficient nursing work environment considering the characteristics of work by career in infectious disease situations.
