Marriage Immigrants have greater impact on local communities than migrant workers and foreign students, all the more because their children are relatively more important. Therefore, this study aims to inquire into the fundamental cause on the choice of residential location of marriage immigrants. Residential segregation is often considered to be one of the social problems that intensify locality of residential district. Although migrant workers and foreign students cannot freely decide their residential location at the outset, they could change their residence later on. However marriage immigrants are not free from the residential location choice continuously. The intentional(involuntary) residential segregation brings differential residence of marriage immigrants. The residential segregation of marriage immigrants is concerned with the close relationship of their ethnic background and the community characteristic with focus on Vietnamese and Filipino. The results of this study could be used basic guideline for community development policy for marriage immigrants.

그간 건축사지에 수록된 건축 작품들이 주로 서울과 수도권에 편중되어 대한민국 다양한 지역의 작품을 충분히 소개하지 못하여 왔다. 이에 한 지역의 작품과 문화적인 배경을 집중적으로 소개하는 특집을 기획하였다. 지난 호남지역, 부산 경남지역, 제주지역, 충남지역에 이어 마지막으로 강원지역의 문화와 건축을 조명하는 기회를 마련해보았다.

Since the 1990s, the international married couple, who were transnational migration has increased. therefore, there has been many studies on this approaches in the meanwhile, but enough analysis is not being done on the background of female marriage migrant and the adaptation of international marriage couples, because there is limits of the approach method. With the awareness of these issues, this study is about the analysis on the background and adaptation of them, based the data of surveys and in-depth interviews targeted international marriage couples in the area of Daegu and Gyeongbuk. The result of analysis survey on background of international migration was very high level about the recognition of the international marriage couple's global thinking, and analyzed this macro-background does not affect much about the international marriage couple's adaptation. However, this study were analyzed that the advance cognition degree to the other side, which are expected affect directly to the life and adaptation of all the couples is very low level.

This paper presents a panorama background generation and object tracking technique using a Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera. The proposed method estimates local motion vectors rapidly using phase correlation matching at the prespecified multiple local regions, and it makes minimized estimation error by vector quantization. We obtain the required image patches, by estimating the overlapped region using local motion vectors, we can then project the images to cylinder and realign the images to make the panoramic image. The object tracking is performed by extracting object's motion and by separating foreground from input image using background subtraction. The proposed PTZ-based object tracking method can efficiently generated a stable panorama background, which covers up to 360 degree FOV The proposed algorithm is designed for real-time implementation and it can be applied to many commercial applications such as object shape detection and face recognition in various surveillance video systems.

우리 나라의 배경농도 측정소에서 1996년과 1997에 측정한 대기오염물질 농도 경향을 살피고, 결과의 타당성에 대한 검토를 수행하였다. 그 결과 배경농도 측정소의 대기오염물질의 농도는 오존을 제외하고는 도심지역의 농도에 비해 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 이황산가스와 일산화탄소의 경우에는 일반용 측정기기를 사용하였기 때문에, 실제 농도보다 매우 높게 관측결과를 낼 수도 있음을 확인 하였다. 또한 예년 경향과 다르거나, 비정상적인 경향을 보여 측정결과의 신뢰성이 낮은 측정 결과도 일부 파악되었다. 우리 나라 배경농도도 측정소의 설치, 운영목적이 배경농도를 정확히 파악하고, 대기오염물질의 장거리이동 관련 연구의 기초자료를 생산하는데 있는 만큼, 배경농도 측정요인 저농도 측정기기의 이용과 함께, 좀더 적극적인 기기의 유지, 관리가 필요하다.

최근에 지능형 로봇분야에서 주위 카메라를 기반으로 실시간으로 환경인식 및 물체 추적 등 다양한 분야에서 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 환경인식 및 물체 추적은 결국 배경과 관심물체를 분리하는 것이라고 볼 수 있는 데, 차 연산을 이용하여 물체의 움직임만을 배경으로 분리하는 방법과 물체인식을 통해 배경으로부터 분리하여 추적하는 방법에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 배경과 물체 사이에서 변화하는 색상의 변화를 퍼지기법을 이용하여 물체를 배경과 분리하여 실시간으로 물체를 추적하고자 한다. 실시간 물체 추적을 위해 전체영상에 대한 전역적 탐색을 통해 여러 후보 물체 중 관심물체를 배경에서 추출 후, 추출된 물체의 크기에 따른 지역탐색을 통하여 물체를 추적하는 방법이다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 ARM프로세서를 이용한 카메라시스템을 제작하여 실시간 추적을 실험하였다.
