오늘날 모바일 기기를 이용한 무선인터넷의 속도와 품질이 향상되어 언제 어디서든 인터넷을 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 기존의 인터넷에서 서비스되던 지역별 맛 집, 뮤지컬 공연 검색 등 위치 검색 서비스를 이제 모바일에서도 제공 받을 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 모바일 기기의 작은 화면과 상대적으로 느린 속도는 신속하게 원하는 주변 장소를 찾아내기 어렵게 만들기 때문에 위치기반서비스와 온톨로지를 이용하여 가깝고 또 사용자가 선호도하는 추천장소를 빠르게 제공하기 위한 방법을 연구한다.

최근 국내에서도 여러 지역에서 지진의 발생이 빈번해지고 있으며, 대형 화재나 COVID-19 바이러스의 확산과 같은 다양한 형태의 재난재해 상황으로 인해 재난경보를 제공하기 위한 서비스에 대한 관심이 더욱 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ATSC 3.0 기반의 지상파 UHD 헤드엔드 시스템을 통해 전송되는 멀티미디어 재난경보 방송 서비스 신호를 분석하기 위한 모니터링 시스템의 동작을 분석한다. 구현된 모니터링 시스템을 이용하여 헤드엔드 장비에서 전송되는 멀티미디어 재난경보의 시그널링 분석을 통해 현재 시범서비스 중인 재난경보 방송 서비스의 안정적인 제공에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

한국의 전통탑에 대한 정보는 주로 2D 형식의 사진이나 동영상 자료를 통해 제공되고 있다. 또한, 특정 지역 및 시대에 따라 분류하여 제공하는 웹사이트도 일부 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 다양한 시대별 탑에 대한 서비스를 현실적으로 체험할 수 있도록 웹 기반으로 구현했다. Aframe 언어를 활용하여 웹상에서 그래픽을 표현하고, 서버는 아파치를 이용하여 서비스를 제공했다. 더불어 가상현실를 이용해 실감형서비스를 제공하기 위해 웹상에서 가상현실을 지원다. 이를 통해 사용자들은 웹상에서 가상현실과 360도 서비스를 동시에 이용할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to verify qualitatively and quantitatively practitioners' perceptions of functions and roles of community child center which plays a pivotal role in afterschool care in Korea. To achieve its purposes, we investigate environments, services, workers, service users, and delivery systems of community child center. As a result, 4 types of perception of community child center(service integration-oriented type focusing on professional workers, care-oriented type based on child care center's physical environment, delivering service-oriented type working in collaboration with schools, and individual case management-oriented type) were examined. These results were also classified into two categories. One focused on the importance of workers and supports for service environments. The other focused more on the functions of community child center to find commonality and originality in other afterschool care systems. This study can be valuable in understanding practitioners' different perception on functions and roles of community child center which have not yet been confirmed statistically. The results allow us to apply diverse practitioners' perceptions to the practice, and to elicit discussions regarding improved practice directions for managing community child center. It also can provide useful baseline data in policy decisions and enforcement.

The tourism industry has a great influence on national economy activation. The development of IT technology has enabled the collection and analysis of personal profile information, location information and activity information based on the characteristics, behavior, purchase propensity and interest of tourists. In order to realize this, the implementation of convergence smart tourism information service platform is completed by developing business model, IoT & Big Data integration management system, big data algorithm development and analysis platform in three stages. The underlying technology of the platform and algorithm needs a process of adopting open source, expanding the service element on the basis of it, and then complementing the problem through the test-bed demonstration test that connects the area. Using this platform, it is possible to develop a smart tourism environment that can provide customized services for each tourist by analyzing various information in an integrated manner. Also, it will be possible to improve the life of tourist destination residents and contribute to regional revitalization and job creation through the creation of smart tourism ecosystem focused on the region.

오늘날 기업의 인터넷 활용상태를 보면 인터넷을 통한 기업내의 인트라넷(Intranet), 기업간의 엑스트라넷(Extranet)이 활발하게 구축되고 있으며, 전자상거래 시도를 촉진하는 매개체로서의 역할도 충실하게 수행하고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷 환경에서 전자상거래가 활성화를 이루면서 웹사이트의 시스템을 제대로 구축하고자 하는 노력이 시도되었으며, 그 적용범위 및 가능성이 증대되었다. 기업의 입장에서 보면, 인터넷상의 모든 기업이 경쟁자가 되므로, 생존을 위한 더욱 치밀한 기술 및 기법이 필요하다. 전 세계의 고객으로부터 정보사용 수준에 관한 요구가 쇄도할 수 있으며, 그 요구는 현재의 수준보다 훨씬 다양한 형태로 나타날 수 있다. 이러한 고객의 욕구를 만족시키기 위해서는 단순한 정보를 제시하는 것에서 벗어나 전문지식을 이용한 웹사이트 시스템을 개발하는 것이 필연적이다. 이 상황에 적절한 대책 사업인 경남지역 기계산업정보화사업을 중점으로 해서, 그 동안 추진해 온 사업을 앞으로의 전국 대상으로 한 관련된 기업체들을 보다 더 확대 수용할 수 있게 정부차원에서 전략적인 방안이 마련되어야 하겠다. 전자상거래를 성공적으로 적용하기 위한 전략적 방안은 국가차원에서 지역특성을 감안한 정보화 사업을 제대로 수행을 해야 한다. 이는 인프라 구축과 더불어 지속적인 사업이 되어야 한다. 대외적인 여세를 대비해 보면, 사업 추진해온 경남지역을 중심으로 한 경남지역의 4,877개 기계산업체를 대상으로 구성된 ASP(Application Service Provider) 기반 인프라를 현실화로 기하기 위해 국가차원에서 지속적으로 지원이 이루어진 여건 하에서 이용업체와 지원기관의 적극적인 협조체제가 이루어져야 만이 다가온 국제적 변화에 대응할 수가 있다는 것이다.

센서 레지스트리 시스템 (Sensor Registry System, SRS)은 이기종 센서 네트워크 환경에서 센서 데이터의 즉각적 활용 및 끊김 없는 해석을 위해 사용자에게 센서 정보를 제공한다. 불안정한 네트워크 상황에서 지속적인 서비스 제공을 위해서 이동 경로 예측기반 SRS가 연구되었다. 하지만 네트워크가 지원되지 않거나 신호가 약한 지역에서는 여전히 센서 정보의 끊임 없는 제공이 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 네트워크 커버리지의 정보를 이용한 센서 레지스트리 시스템 확장 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 예측한 경로와 네트워크 커버리지에 대한 오픈 데이터(지역 통신사 정보, 통신 대역폭, 신호 강도, 통신 타입)를 이용하여 사용자가 불안정한 네트워크 지역에 도착하기 전에 해당 지역의 센서 정보를 추가로 송신한다. 기존의 경로 예측기반 SRS의 센서 정보 송신보다 추가 오버헤드가 발생하지만, 사용자는 끊김 없는 센서 정보를 수신하여 이용 센서 응용 서비스의 품질을 높일 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the political and functional requirements of the regional library portal and to evaluate such requirements. A literature review was carried out to discuss library portal, and introduce the best practices of the regional library portal. After analyzing the political and functional requirements of the regional library portal, AHP was applied to evaluate requirements. In the political requirements, standards, digital collection development, operation and evaluation were ranked according to importance, and copyright & licence management which belongs to digital collection development was underrated. There were differences in the importance among the functional requirements of the regional library portal, integrated search, integrated interface, information service, separated digital collection management and access management were ranked according to importance.

스마트 휴대 단말기의 보급으로 인해 다양한 휴대 단말용 서비스가 보급되고 있다. 대부분의 서비스는 휴대 단말기의 가장 큰 특징인 이동성을 이용하여 위치 정보와 결합된 서비스이다. 따라서 정확도 높은 측위 기술은 휴대 단말용 서비스에 매우 중요하다. 현재 실외에서는 GPS를 이용해 고정밀의 측위가 가능하지만 실내에서의 측위에는 GPS를 사용할 수 없기 때문에 또 다른 고정밀 측위 시스템이 필요하다. 현재 주로 연구 개발되고 있는 실내 측위 기술은 주로 네트워크 기반의 측위 기술로써 설치 장소 및 인프라 구축 비용 등의 문제를 가지고 있으며 일부 지역에는 신호가 잡히지 않는 음영 지역 또한 존재하므로 정확한 실내 측위를 할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재 휴대 단말에 기본적으로 탑재되어 있는 가속도 센서를 이용해 실내 측위를 하고 측위 오차를 QR코드를 이용해 보정하는 방안을 연구한다.
