연소 가공은 고품질 고정도를 필요로 하는 경우 매우 유효한 가공방법이지만 그 공정이 많은 Parameter에 의해 구성되기 때문에 동일한 조건에서도 정량적인 평가가 어려우므로 작업현장 에서는 과학적 원리와 공학적 지식 보다는 숙련자의 경험과 기능에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 국면에 대처한 문제 해결을 위해 Computer가 인간사고에 근접 할 수 있도록 Fuzzy 이론과 Default 이론을 도입하고 전문가의 이론적 지식과 숙련자의 감각적 지식을 적극 수용 하여 연소용 Expert system (최적 가공 조건의 설정 System과 Trouble shooting system)을 개발하였다. 또한 연소 가공 Data의 불확실한 애매성을 효과적으로 이용 할 수 있도록 Fuzzy 가능성이론에 의해 가공 Datad을 회귀 분석하여 실가공 Data base에 축적시켜 재활용토록 설계하었으며 개발된 본 System 의 실행 결과 그 활용성이 높음을 입증하였다.

2020년대에는, 7조개의 스마트 디바이스의 급증, 70억의 인구, 새로운 고품질 매체에 대한 요구가 급증하면서, 새로운 이동통신 환경 및 비즈니스 모델의 변화에 대한 선제대응이 필요하고, 현재 셀률라의 1000배의 용량, 사용자당 Gbps 서비스, 그리고 사용자당 1000분의 1의 에너지효율을 높이면서도, 사용자와 인터액션과 감성을 만족시키는 서비스에 대한 선도적인 연구개발이 필요하다. 이를 통해서, 현재 이동 통신 사업자들의 투자 대비 수익 감소에 따른 불합리한 투자 및 수익 구조를 개선할 수 있을 것으로 예상한다. 이러한 기술을 바탕으로 5G 이동통신 네트워크는 Early Adpater 시장뿐 아니라, 보편적 모바일 핵심 인프라기반으로 미래의 사회 문제를 해결하고 지식의 양극화를 적은 비용으로 해소할 수 있어야 하며, 또한 창조지식 국가 실현을 위한 성장엔진으로, 새로운 혁신 산업 및 지식산업의 생태계를 창조함으로서, 산업 육성 패러다임의 역할을 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 고에서는 이동통신 환경 및 서비스 변화를 예측하면서, 5G 이동통신에서 실현해야 할 이동통신 기술의 비젼과 그 추진 전략에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 그 구체적인 추진 전략으로서 국가 정책 및 연구 개발 활성화 방안을 수립하고, 그 실행을 위한 민관 연합의 협력 기구인 5G 포럼의 구성과 역할에 대해서 살펴본다.

Maintaining active users who repeatedly share high-quality knowledge is critical for the success of online Q&A sites. This study suggests two paths that lead to active users' continuous knowledge sharing: 1) elaborated decision process, represented by continuance intention, and 2) automated cognitive process, represented by past behavior. The direct and moderating effects of continuance intention and past behavior were verified by analyzing subjective intention data and objective behavior data of 333 active users of Naver Knowledge-iN. Using Cox proportional hazards regression and negative binomial regression, the influences of continuance intention and past behavior on two types of continuous knowledge sharing were examined. The results showed that only past behavior was significantly influential on knowledge sharing continuance and as to the frequency of knowledge sharing, both continuance intention and past behavior's influences were significant. It was also confirmed that past behavior negatively moderates continuance intention's effect on the frequency of knowledge sharing. In order to maintain active users' continuous knowledge sharing, it is important to habituate knowledge sharing through repetitive knowledge sharing behavior. And in order to increase the frequency of knowledge sharing, in addition to the habituation, appropriate benefits that can increase the continuance intention should be provided.

Recently, The importance of a quality control for implementing 3D geospatial database has being emphasized to build a 21st century knowledge society and an ubiquitous land. The improvement of 3D geospatial database quality control through establishing an integrated quality control makes data suppliers update data efficiently and users get high quality data. The purpose of this study was to derive the improvement plan of 3D geospatial database quality control through the analyses of the existing 3D geospatial database quality control and case studies. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, we defined the concept of 3D geospatial database quality control. Secondly, we set the boundary, factors and process of 3D geospatial database quality control through classifying it in detail. Lastly, we drew improvement contents such as the quality control checklist by implementation process according to the improvement plan of 3D geospatial database implementation.

This study analyzed the government data quality management model, big data quality management model, and data lifecycle model for research data management, and analyzed the components common to each data quality management model. Those data quality management models are designed and proposed according to the lifecycle or based on the PDCA model according to the characteristics of target data, which is the object that performs quality management. And commonly, the components of planning, collection and construction, operation and utilization, and preservation and disposal are included. Based on this, the study proposed a process model for research data quality management, in particular, the research data quality management to be performed in a series of processes from collecting to servicing on a research data platform that provides services using research data as target data was discussed in the stages of planning, construction and operation, and utilization. This study has significance in providing knowledge based for research data quality management implementation methods.

오늘날 인터넷을 통한 정보검색이 일상화되면서 생활상식에서부터 기존에 서적이나 논문 등을 통해서만 알 수 있었던 전문지식까지도 손쉽게 찾을 수 있게 되었다. 즉, 현대생활에 있어서 검색엔진은 원하는 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 찾을 수 있게 해준다는 점에서 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 검색엔진 기술적인 연구이외에는 서비스 품질이나 고객만족에 대한 연구는 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 검색엔진 서비스에 있어서 서비스 품질과 서비스가치, 고객만족, 충성의도의 관계를 연구모형으로 설정하고 이들간의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 서비스품질의 정확성, 정보함유량, 사이트 이미지, 편리성이 서비스가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그중에서 정확성, 사이트 이미지, 신뢰성은 고객만족에도 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스가치가 높을수록 고객만족은 상당히 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며 고객만족이 충성의도에 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론은 검색엔진 서비스 기업이 경쟁우위를 유지하기 위해서는 서비스가치의 구현을 통한 지속적인 고객만족을 달성해야 하며, 이를 위해 정확성, 정보함유량, 편리성, 사이트 이미지에 중점을 둔 고품질 서비스 전략의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

Software quality is strongly associated with requirement quality. Accordingly, companies are trying effect for enhancing requirement quality. But, it is difficult to verify the requirement of specification format, which have to rely on abnormal business knowledge of analyst. Also, it is insufficient to normal methodology or automated technique for enhancing requirement quality of specification format. In this paper, we propose the process of requirement verification and automated verification tool for enhancing requirement quality. we compare the external view design and internal view design for verifying requirement. In the case study, we evaluate the feasibility of the proposed automated verification technique of requirement.

This research aimed at constructing consultant's competencies of having the biggest effect upon consulting performance with competencies, knowledge and attitude, clarifying the effect upon service quality and consulting performance and being useful for some researches developing future consultant's competencies and looking for service quality improvement plan. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, it was identified that the consultant's competencies had positive effect upon consulting service quality. Second, it was verified for service quality to have positive effect upon consulting performance. Third, consultant's competencies proved that it has positive effect upon consulting performance.
