For the past few years, personal information breach incidents, great and small, occurred constantly. Accordingly, the Personal Information Protection related Ordinances are enacted and amended persistently, and the information security products also keep advancing and developing in the same way. There are the certification systems such as Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation(CC) and Korea Cryptographic Module Validation Program(KCMVP) for the information security products. These are also strictly carried out. This paper analyzes and categorizes the 5 Personal Information Protection related Ordinances in the aspects of technical protection measures by using key words. Here are the 5 related ordinances; 'the Personal Information Protection Act', 'the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc', 'the Act on the Protection, Use, Etc, of Location Information', 'the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act', and 'the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.' Moreover, this study analyzes the association between the technical protection measures in the 5 relevant laws and the information security products that are obtaining the CC Evaluation & Validation(CC) and the products that are now produced at KISIA's member companies.

This study develops a model fer establishing and operating "Arts and Humanities Business Incubators (AHBI)" to improve the productivity in the field of arts and humanities, the major resource of the knowledge-based society. The AHBI is a center that provides general assistance to those who want to start a new business in the area of arts and humanities and continue to provide managerial consultation to those who graduated from the AHBI. This research provides systematically how to provide the hardwares such as of office space and furniture, and how to supply the softwares such as management skills, financing, and marketing. This research indicates that the Ministry of Small and Medium-sized Industry should develop AHBIs, and suggests that the Ministry of Culture and Tourism establish AHBIs in its Cultural Industry Incubation Centers. This research expects that a government research institute or professional institute operates AHBI to create job opportunities for arts and humanities majors, to add the academic value of arts and humanities, and to vitalize the local economy.

The prediction accuracy of prestress plays an important role in the quality of maintenance and the decision on rehabilitation of infrastructure such as prestressed concrete bridges. In this paper, the Bayesian statistical method that uses in-situ measurement data for reducing the uncertainties or updating long-term prediction of prestress is presented. For Bayesian analysis, prior probability distribution is developed to represent the uncertainties of creep and shrinkage of concrete and likelihood function is derived and used with data acquired in site. Posterior probability distribution is then obtained by combining prior distribution and likelihood function. The numerical results of this study indicate that more accurate long-term prediction of prestress forces due to creep and shrink age is possible.

The Non-Sampling Error can happen any time by means of the intended or unintended error by the interviewer or respondent, but it is very difficult to find the error in survey database because it can hardly be computed mathematically and systematically. Until now, we have found it accidentally through the simple relation between the items or through the inspection from the random field. Therefore we introduced an heuristic methodology that can detect the interviewer's error by statistical decision-making or data mining techniques with a case study. It will be helpful so as to improve the statistical duality and provide efficient field management for the supervisor.

The Chinese Geography Standards for Senior Secondary Schools(trial) was released in 2003. The Standards put forward some changes for senior geography education, the changes in geographical education are reflected explicitly and implicitly by the textbooks. The purpose of this descriptive study was to review of the improvement of Chinese senior geography education by analyzing contents organization and coherence of the new standards-based geography experimental textbooks. The results of study are as follows. The textbooks adopts a student-centered approach through the way of 'more chapter topics with slimmed contents' and by introducing four type activities, geographical inquiries. These student activities are implicity encourages students' active acquisition of geographical knowledge what they have learned in their real lives. The organic coherence of the textbooks' contents rests on the compulsory and the elective subject relating to diversification of the learning areas. The organic coherence between the compulsory and the elective subject rests on diversification of the learning areas. More, looking at the arrangement of the four basic concepts(population, resource, environment, sustainable development) among the textbooks, it was imbalanced by subject.

With the increasing number of health consumers aiming for a happy quality of life, the O2O medical marketing market is activated by choosing reliable health care facilities and receiving high quality medical services based on the medical information distributed on web's blog. Because unstructured text data used on the Internet, mobile, and social networks directly or indirectly reflects authors' interests, preferences, and expectations in addition to their expertise, it is difficult to guarantee credibility of medical information. In this study, we propose a blog reading system that provides users with a higher quality medical information service by classifying medical information blogs (medical blog, ad blog) using bigdata and MLP processing. We collect and analyze many domestic medical information blogs on the Internet based on the proposed big data and machine learning technology, and develop a personalized health information recommendation system for each disease. It is expected that the user will be able to maintain his / her health condition by continuously checking his / her health problems and taking the most appropriate measures.
