Today, despite the increase in professional knowledge-related information needs of citizens, the expansion of citizen participatory research in academia, and the provision of information services for the professional knowledge, there are still difficulties in access to scholarly information resources by laypeople. Focusing on this problem, this study investigates laypeople's scholarly information needs and behaviors through a questionnaire survey. By examining the search and use behaviors of scholarly information resources, and the perception of the need to support the utilization of them, this study analyzes the degree and pattern of social sharing of scholarly information resources beyond the scholarly community. This study is significant in that it expands the range of users in traditional scholarly communication and emphasizes the need to support them to access and use scholarly information resources.

Much technologies building cloud computing environment and supporting sevices on the cloud computing have been developing. Through the environment, accessing new services and sharing knowledge become easy. So far, they have just focused on companies which can support services and people who can use those services. In other words, the environment and models for cloud computing are the most important issue. However, the environment changes rapidly, mobile devices that are connected with each other not only will replace the computing environment based on desktop, but also can create Big data. Therefore, technologies and models are need to follow the trend including mobile based cloud computing environment. In this paper, we explain the cloud computing technologies and trend. Also we address Machine to Machine(M2M) technology and Web of things(WoT) in order to apply those into the cloud computing environment because these two concepts will enhance effectiveness and service reusability in the coming days.

본 논문에서는 고객추천지수(NPS : Net Promoter Score)를 이용하여 2019년도 이용 고객의 서비스 만족 및 품질에 대하여 모니터링하고 기관의 고객만족 개선 활동에 대한 고객의 의견을 분석하기 위함이다. 한국과학기술정보연구원의 한민족과학기술자네트워크(KOSEN : The Global Network of Korean Scientists & Engineers)는 전 세계 한인 과학기술자들을 하나로 연결하는 네트워크 서비스로 2019년 현재 70여개국 14만여 회원들로 이루어진 거대한 네트워크로 성장하였습니다. 1999년 이래 과학기술부, 교육과학기술부, 미래창조과학부, 과학기술정보통신부 지원 사업으로 한국과학기술정보연구원에서 운영해오고 있습니다. 네트워크를 통한 한인 과학기술자들의 지식 공유가 주목적이며, 연구자들을 위한 다양한 서비스를 무상으로 제공하고 있습니다. 이를 위해 서비스를 경험한 262여 명의 의사결정자를 대상으로 한민족과학기술자네트워크에 대한 고객충성도를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 인터넷 등 정보의 발달로 고객의 긍정적 또는 부정적인 구전이 급속도로 노출되는 환경에서 고객의 만족도를 관리함으로써 핵심고객을 확보하는데 사전 예측자료로 활용될 수 있다.

의료 정보 시스템은 많은 지식과 의료 인력과의 연계가 필요하기 때문에, 멀티 에이전트 시스템의 활용 영역으로 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 의료 정보 제공을 위한 멀티 에이전트 시스템인 MAMI(Multi-Agent system for Medical Image)의 에이전트 플랫폼의 설계 및 구현 대해 기술한다. MAMI는 여러 의료 정보 중 의료 영상을 위한 멀티 에이전트 시스템이다. MAMI의 가장 중요한 구성 요소로서는 에이전트 플랫폼을 들 수 있다. 에이전트 플랫폼은 에이전트들이 동작할 수 있는 물리적 기반을 제공해 준다. MAMI는 FIPA(foundation for Intelligent Physical Agent)가 제안하는 관리 모델을 따르고 있다. MAMI에서는 COM(Common Object Model)과 XML(Extensible Markup Language)로 인코딩된 ACL(Agent Communication Language)을 메시지 교환에 이용하고 있다. 의료 영역의 특성상 의사와 같은 의료 전문 인력과의 연계는 반드시 필요하다. MAMI는 이를 위해서 의료 인력을 하나의 에이전트로 개념화하여 시스템에 연결한다. MAMI의 에이전트 플랫폼은 소프트웨어 에이전트와 휴먼 에이전트들이 지식을 공유하기에 적합한 물리적 기반을 제 공해주어 지능형 의료 정보 서비스를 용이하게 해준다.

Our society has evolved into a fully connected society in a mixed reality environment enabling various knowledge sharing / management / control / creation due to the expansion of broadband ICT infrastructure, smart devices, cloud services and social media services. Therefore cyber threats have increased with the convenience. The society of the future can cause more complex and subtle problems, if you do not have an effective response to cyber threats, due to fusion of logical space and physical space, organic connection of the smart object and the universalization of fully connected society. In this paper, we propose the strategy to build knowledge-base as the basis to actively respond to new cyber threats caused by future various environmental changes and the universalization of fully connected society.

In this paper by realizing the knowledge base on the web, for example, the information of the technology and human resources of the universities, which is the mecca of the knowledge management, technology information in various segment, education information, visible anti invisible knowledge information like technical advice, etc, and scholaristic knowledge like basic science technologies, economic theories which are verified by experts of the field, and pragmatic knowledge like technical patent, software, data base, also, hands on experience and knowledge like field technology, customer service, front line management. All those related information provides easy access to anyone who need of. This system is also designed for the utilization of the study, company activities, and professionals of the basic science technology which enables not only professor to exchange the research results but also, general public, companies, students can effectively share and exchange the information.

인터넷에 대한 지식 없이도 누구나 직접 참여하고 생성하고 공유할 수 있는 웹 2.0 환경은 새로운 사용자들을 웹으로 끌어 들이게 되었고 이로 인해 웹은 또 다른 보안 위협의 유통 채널로 확고하게 자리 잡게 되었다. 이와 같은 웹의 보안 문제는 기존의 웹 1.0의 보안 솔루션으로는 웹 2.0의 동적인 페이지와 복잡해진 서버 환경에 대응하기에 한계가 존재한다. 하지만 웹 보안에 대한 인식 부족 및 사용자와 웹 서비스 업체의 보안 불감증으로 인하여 웹 보안에 대한 연구와 솔루션이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 웹 2.0 환경에서의 보안 문제를 분석하고 보안 문제 해결을 위한 효율적 웹 검사 방안을 제지해본다. 이와 같은 연구로 제시된 내용을 통해 현재 웹 2.0환경에서의 보안 문제에 대한 '백신'이외의 또 하나의 필수 보안 솔루션이 필요하다는 사회적 인지와 인식이 확립되고 웹 브라우저 보안 문제 해결을 위한 서비스가 보다 많이 제공되길 기대해 본다.

In recently, the SNS which is the hot issue of the knowledge-based information age use various goal based on human networking. This service construct a human relationship which exchange of information and opinion freely, and can extend the human network relationship using open his profile and closeness others. But, each individual's privacy invasions and pissing based on information open and sharing are rising. In this paper we present a method of protecting the SNS group's communications and information interchangeability efficiently.

유비쿼터스 서비스 인프라로 부각되고 있는 P2P(Peer-to-Peer) 네트워크는 사용자 제작 콘텐트, 동영상, 파일 등으로 대표되는 지식 콘텐트뿐만 아니라, 컴퓨터 및 네트워크 자원(Resource)을 다양한 환경에서 N 대 N의 형태로 상호 공유 및 분배할 수 있는 구조적 가능성을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 "Open, Dynamic, Anonymous" 등의 특성을 기반으로 하는 P2P 네트워크는 신뢰적 ID(Identity) 생성 및 관리 그리고 이의 적절한 인증에 대한 지원 없이는 현실적으로 잠재적인 보안 위협에 노출되는 제약이 따르게 된다. 한편, 최근 금융보안업계가 주축이 되어 일회용패스워드로 지칭되는 OTP(One Time Password) 인증 메커니즘(Authentication Mechanism)을 제 1 등급 보안방법으로 명시화하고 있고, 온라인 업계에서도 이를 활용하는 기술적 시도 및 개발 사례가 늘어나고 있어, OTP 기술의 보안성 검토 및 활용 범위를 확대하는 방안에 대한 논의의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 기술적 흐름 및 산업계 동향에 발맞춰 P2P 네트워크에서 사용자 인증을 위해 OTP 메커니즘을 활용하기 위한 방안에 대해 검토하고 이의 적용 가능성을 분석한다.
