The ontology has been used widely in recent years with its aim to accumulate knowledge that machine can comprehend. We believe that machine can manage and analyze information on its own using the ontology. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that allows us to extract properties of ontology instances from structured information already existing in web documents. In particular, by stratification of the domain knowledge that is composed of property information, we were able to make the algorithm better and improve the quality of extraction results. In our experiments with 20 thousands targeted documents, we were able to extract property information with 83% confidence.

Determination and optimization of proper welding condition are very important tasks to be directly related to weld quality and productivity. On this research the relationship between welding parameters and results is investigated systematically. Theoretical method, statistical analysis of experimental data and analysis of empirical knowledge are applied for this work. These results are represented by empirical equations, fuzzy rules and artificial intelligent knowledge forms in the knowledge base. The approximate reasoning of fuzzy expert system and the information in the knowledge base are used for recommendation of suitable welding condition, and optimization of welding parameter which is based on the evaluation of welding results by user.

Fashion Industry is one of the Knowledge Based Industry. The firms which produce the fashion merchandises should shirt to new paradigm of creating new image to delight customers. New image and design is derived from each designer's creative mind. However, self management team work of designers is more creative power than each independent designer's work. This study recommends that the Korean fashion firms implement self management team, concurrent product design and development and Just-in-Time Ⅱ based on sharing information and knowledge with the supplier to set competitive advantage. It can not only reduce cost and improve speed of management and the qualify of products but also satisfy and delight customers.

This study aimed at finding the ways to improve competitiveness of Korean low cost carriers in the highly competitive air transport market by understanding the relation among the influence of prior knowledge, service quality on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. The result of the research is as the following. At first, the influence of prior knowledge on customer satisfaction and reuse intention was statistically significant. The result indicates that customers who have much prior knowledge are more likely to be satisfied and to reuse. Secondly, the test for finding out the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and reuse intention was statistically significant also. Thirdly, the results revealed that customer satisfaction positively influenced reuse intension. The influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and reuse intention reached the same research result compared with the existing literature.

본 논문은 정보거래 자동 중개 시스템을 위한 한국어 문형 표준안에 대하여 기술한다. 정보거래 자동 중개 시스템은 인터넷상에서 지식정보자산의 공급자와 수요자를 자동으로 연결해주는 시스템으로서 텍스트로 기술되는 수요자의 의도와 공급자의 지식정보 내용을 정확히 연결할 수 있는 신뢰성을 보장한 고품질의 정보검색 기술이 필수적이다. 그러나 자연어의 복잡성과 불규칙성은 정확한 언어처리 기술이 필수적인 고품질의 정보검색을 보장할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문은 한국어 문장 표현 방식을 표준화하여 언어처리 기술 적용의 한계를 극복해보자는 데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 일반 사용자의 언어 표현을 문형 표준안으로 유도하는 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 문형 표준안의 구성은 표준 문형 표준 문형 유도 방법, 어휘부로 구성되어 있다.

Effective management of knowledge is essential to keep up with demands of this challenging information age. The first step for this kind of management would be to define indicators to evaluate the quality of knowledge. In this paper, we use five latent variables (intrinsic quality, representational quality, ease of use of quality, maintainable quality, usage of quality) as basis for a preliminary path analysis for knowledge management. Preliminary study results showed that high intrinsic quality does not necessarily guarantee high frequency of use. A modified questionnaire is made and is used for SERVQUAL. The result of SERVQUAL shows that customers are not relatively happy about both intrinsic quality and its ease of use. Additional path analyses are done for both expected and observed quality indicators. The path model based on the expectation indicated that the presentation method of knowledge would induce its easy maintenance while that based on observation did not back up the same phenomenon.

e-Business는 최근 IT산업에서 가장 빈번히 등장하는 화두이다. 인터넷이 빠른 속도로 보급되고 시간과 공간의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 가능성을 제공함에 따라 기존의 오프라인 시스템들의 인터넷과 연동이 추구되고 있다. 인터넷과의 연동은 단순한 정보의 공유뿐만 아니라 지식, S/W, E/W 등의 거의 모든 IT자원들에 대한 공유를 촉발시키고 있다〔1〕. 1990년대 정보기술 아웃소싱은 괄목할 만한 성장을 가져왔다. 최근 새로운 종류의 아웃소싱 비즈니스 모델인 ASP(Application Service Providers)의 등장으로 정보기술 시장의 주요 이슈로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 아직 초기단계이기 때문에 수요층의 인식부족, 효과에 대한 확신 부족 등과 같은 여러 걸림돌이 있지만 e-Business의 핵심영역으로 발전할 것으로 전망된다. ASP는 e-Business관련 소프트웨어 및 어플리케이션을 배송하는 하나의 방식이다. 즉, ASP는 e-Business를 가능하게 하는 Enabler라고 볼 수 있다〔3〕. 본 연구는 ASP(Application Service Provider, 이하 ASP)의 서비스 품질의 차원을 분류하여 고객에게 보다 중요한 품질 요인을 찾기 위한 측정의 개념적 틀을 제시하고자 한다.

There are many defects that cause the schedule and qualify problems during software development. This paper designs the opportunity tree framer work that removes and manages the schedule and quality problems as well. For the similar projects, we can estimate defects and prepare to solve them by using domain expert knowledge and the opportunity tree framework which can greatly improve the software process. This research provides solution of schedule defect problem and detection of defect and its causes that happen on software development.

지문의 특이점은 인식이나 분류를 수행할 때 중요한 특징이다. 특이점 추출은 영상의 품질에 민감하기 때문에, 정확한 추출을 위해 영상의 품질을 향상시키는 것이 필요하다. 다양한 이미지 필터를 적절히 적용하면 개별필터를 적용하는 것에 비해 더 높은 품질을 얻을 수 있지만, 영상 필터가 다양할수록 성능이 좋은 필터 조합을 찾는 것이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 특이점 추출율이 좋은 필터 조합을 찾는 방법을 제안한다. 진화에 의해 성능이 좋은 필터 조합을 자동으로 찾아주며, 전문가의 지식이 필요하지 않기 때문에 영상 개선의 여러 분야에 적용될 수 있다. 제안하는 방법을 NIST DB 4에 적용한 결과 기존의 영상 개선 방법보다 높은 성능을 획득하였다.
