This study focuses on identifying motivation factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior in virtual communities. To achieve this research objective, a research model has been developed through two major coordinated theories such as social cognitive theory(self-efficacy and community-related outcome expectation) and social exchange theory (codification effort, image, reciprocity, and enjoyment in helping others). 246 samples have been collected and simple regression and multiple regression methods have been used for empirical analysis. The research result is that self-efficacy has a positive influence on image, reciprocity, enjoyment in helping others, and community-related outcome expectation and thus this result reveals that self-efficacy indirectly affects knowledge sharing behavior. Among the antecedents of knowledge sharing behavior, codification effort, enjoyment in helping others and community-related outcome expectation are significant, but image and reciprocity are not. The research results help to derive practical strategic implications related to knowledge sharing to activate a virtual community.

Organizations depend on smart working environments, such as mobile networks. This development motivates companies to focus on information security. Information leakage negatively affects companies. To address this issue, management and information security researchers focus on compliance of employees with information security policies. Countermeasures in information security are known antecedents of intention to comply information security policies. Despite the importance of this topic, research on the antecedents of information security countermeasures is scarce. The present study proposes information security intelligence as an antecedent of information security countermeasures. Information security intelligence adapted the concept of safety intelligence provided by Kirwan (2008). Information security intelligence consists of problem solving skills, social skills, and information security knowledge related to information security. Results show that problem solving skills and information security knowledge have positive effects on the awareness of employees of information security countermeasures.

진보와 함께 기업들이 지식의 가치를 인식하면서 지식을 창출, 공유 그리고 활용하는 "지식경영"이라는 새로운 패러다임이 다음 세기 초를 주도할 새로운 경영 방식으로 각광받고 있다. 지식경영이란 조직과 그 구성원들 속에 내재해 있는 지식의 가치를 인식하고, 이를 기업 전체 차원의 자산으로 구체화시켜 관리, 공유, 활용하려는 의도에서 비롯된 폭 넓은 의미의 경영 방식이다. 본 고에서는 "지식경영"의 중요성을 인식하고, 선진 기업들이 "지식경영"을 성공적으로 수행하는데 있어 그 요인들은 무엇이며 그 중에서도 "정보관리 전문가"에 대해 논하고자 한다. 그리고 정보 관리자가 정보화, 지식화 라고 하는 시대의 절대적인 흐름에 어떻게 대처해야 하는가를 모색해 보고자 한다.

This study was conducted with the goal to identify the degree to which elementary school students' knowledge about personal information protection practices impacted their actual behavior with regard to privacy protection. To fulfill this goal, knowledge about personal information protection was set as (1) knowledge about concepts of personal information, (2) knowledge of the rights of information holders, (3) knowledge about the code of conduct for information protection, and (4) awareness of the value of personal information. As for students' behaviors to ensure their personal information protection those were set as their habits to comply with the personal in-formation protection code of conduct and their efforts to respond and recover from any personal information violation. This study was conducted targeting 510 elementary students. The degree of the students' knowledge and their behaviors was measured by first distributing a self-report survey to the students and then analyzing their responses. The results of the analysis revealed the following: First, it was found that there are no differences among the four factors of knowledge and behavior according to the status of their education. Second, the two factors that primarily affected their personal information protection behavior were found to be their awareness of the information protection code of conduct and awareness of the value of personal information. This study holds significance in that it makes suggestions as to how personal protection practices should be taught to public school students.

In the knowledge society the main resource is knowledge, and the role of library to manage knowledge and information is very important. Therefore it is necessary to knowledge and information management that provides on demand service to user. The purpose of this research is to design model for web-based help-desk knowledge management system. This study used Qualitative methods as interviews and surveys through BBS and e-mail on information service in the university libraries. Here the investigated component factors are followings Q/A service user's education service to use the library, user's online reference service, e-mail service, FAQ service electronic service(BBS), lecture and research service for faculty, my library, SDI service, and open data service. In the context of the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, emergency alert text messages can violate the privacy of confirmed corona positive cases. This study used conjoint analysis to identify the essential information factors and the privacy invasion information factors of local government initiated safety notices. As a result of this study, we found eight essential information factors, including all routes of the confirmed case and ten privacy invasion factors of safety notices. In addition, we found that there is a similarity between the combinations of information perceived to be the most essential and perceived as the most significant privacy invasion; both combinations include the confirmed case's personal and route information. This study ultimately tried to suggest a way to lower the concern about privacy invasion of the confirmed cases without damaging the emergency alert text messages' essential information. We expect that this study will provide researchers and policymakers interested in disaster communication with valuable theoretical and practical implications.

The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the factors(organization managerial factors, relational factors and personal factors) that affect the knowledge sharing intention of records management specialists. A total of 126 responses were used for the final analysis and the findings of this study are as follows: First, managers' interests and supports had a significant positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing intention, but evaluation and compensation system had a negative effect on tacit knowledge sharing intention. Second, job stress was found to have a significant positive effect on the intention of knowledge sharing(tacit, explicit). It is required to form an organizational culture where records management specialists can freely participate in knowledge sharing activities with the interest and support of managers. In addition, the process of continuously improving the causes of one of the causes of job stress, such as awareness improvement and deprivation, should be carried out through records management training for all employees. This study is meaningful in that it provides policy implications for promoting knowledge sharing as a solution to the managerial problems faced by records management specialists by utilizing the current staffing structure.

전문가 시스템의 지식베이스 구축에 필요한 규칙추출에 관련되는 지식공학자의 인력 부족자 전문분야에 적합한 지식공학자 확보에 따른 비용 증가, 지식공학자 수행 프로세스의 비 정형화로 인하여 특정한 전문가 시스템의 개발 때마다 관련된 지식획득 과정의 어려움 발생, 전문가 시스템의 지식베이스 특성이 고려되지 않은 개발 과정 수행에 따른 비현실적인 지식베이스 구축 등의 현존 문제점은 효율적인 전문가 시스템 개발의 장애 요인이 되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 전문가 시스템 개발에 있어서 체계적인 규칙추출을 위하여 지식베이스 구축에 관한 분석단계까지를 5개 단계로 세분화하여 지식획득과정을 강화하였고, 각 단계별로 지식공학자가 수행해야 하는 프로세스와 각 프로세스별로 지식공학자가 실질적인 작업을 통해 결과를 산출하는 태스크를 정형화하였다. 규칙추출 프로세스/태스크를 체계적으로 정형화하는 것은 성공적인 전문가 시스템의 개발에 도움을 줄 것이며, 개발자가 지식공학자의 역할을 대행할 수 있으므로 지식공학자의 확보 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 또한, 전문가 시스템의 적용 분야에 대한 확대 효과가 기대된다.

지식검색서비스의 사용자들이 많아지면서 정보를 획득하고 전파하는 새로운 방법으로 각광받고 있고 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 단순히 사용자의 만족도에 관한 연구가 대부분이었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 사용자 만족도에 관한 연구와 더불어 개인이 느끼는 자신의 컴퓨터 활용능력에 따라 지식검색서비스에 대한 만족도가 상이할 것이라는 가정 하에 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 만족도에 정보 품질과 서비스 품질, 재미, 웹 사이트 신뢰도가 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조절 변수로 사용한 자기 효능감은 서비스 품질에 대해서만 조절 효과를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 자기 효능감은 정보품질과 재미, 웹 사이트 신뢰도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이 연구를 통해서 앞으로 지식검색서비스 사용자 만족도에 대한 연구들이 더욱 활발히 진행되고 사용자들을 유인할 수 있는 컨텐츠의 개발에 도움이 되고 사용자들의 손쉬운 정보 공유와 활용에 더 큰 역할을 할 수 있게 되기를 기대한다.

2000년 7월 인간게놈프로젝트 (Human Genome Project)가 완성되면서 Biotechnology(BT)산업에 대하여 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. BT산업은 기술집약적·지식집약적인 산업 특성을 가지고 있고 R&D 활동의 중요성이 두드러진다. 이에 따라 방대한 데이터와 지식에 대한 효율적인 관리 등 R&D 전 과정에 걸쳐 생성되는 지식들에 대한 체계적인 관리가 요구된다 본 연구에서는 BT산업의 기초 조직인 BT연구실의 효과적이며 효율적인 업무 수행을 지원하기 위하여 기존의 지식경영시스템(Knowledge Management System, KMS)에 실험실정보관리시스템(Laboratory Information Management System, LIMS)이 통합된 BT실험실의 지식경영시스템 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 BT연구실에서 생성되는 지식들의 체계를 분류하고 지식경영시스템 구축에 있어서의 핵심성공요인을 분석하였으며, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 모델을 개발하여 대학교 유전자 연구실에 실제 적용하였다.
