Modern society is complex and rapidly changing, and knowledge sharing is needed to acquire and create knowledge. Knowledge sharing is the act of providing information knowledge and know-how of their own in order to cooperate with or help their colleagues. This study presents a research model using social capital theory to explain the mobile knowledge sharing behavior of virtual community members. Based on previous studies, social capital theory is divided into structural, relational, and cognitive aspects. It was composed of social interaction ties as a measure of structural aspect, trust as a measure of cognitive aspect, shared language, shared vision and relational aspect. After collecting survey data, factor analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22. In this way, we examined how the detailed factors of social capital affect information sharing behavior and how the level of knowledge sharing affects community promotion. The results showed that social interaction ties, shared language, shared vision, and trust affect knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing has had a positive impact on community promotion.

The knowledge sharing in a knowledge management process is much affecting generation and distribution of knowledge. Especially, the knowledge distribution is being revitalized with the center of social media service like twitter and library service 2.0 in the knowledge-based IT (Information Technology) environment. The present research analyzed the structure and characteristics of a social network inside an organization that is growing like an organism through self-organization through tools for SNA (Social Network Analysis) and multiple regression analysis of independent variables such as 1) a relationship between social network's structure and knowledge sharing, 2) a relationship between structural holes and knowledge sharing influence of centrality, 3) a relationship between individual ability and knowledge sharing of information technology and work recognition.

의미적 지식기반인 온톨로지(ontology)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 온톨로지란 어휘나 개념의 정의 또는 명세로서, 인간과 컴퓨터의 의사소통 또는 지식의 표현과 저장, 활용 및 재사용을 위해 이용된다. 그러나 온톨로지를 구축하는 대부분의 방법은 체계적이거나 자동적이지 못하다. 도메인 전문가에 의존하는 전통적인 온톨로지 구축 방법은 시간과 비용이 많이 소요된다. 온톨로지 구축 툴은 많이 있지만 아직 인간의 노력을 필요로 한다. 또한 변화하는 도메인 지식을 온톨로지에 신속하게 반영하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계를 해결하기 위해, 도메인 전문가의 지식이나 경험을 최소화하면서 자동적으로 도메인 지식을 얻을 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법은, 데이터 기반의 도메인 지식을 대상으로, 베이지안 망(Bayesian network)이 갖고 있는 데이터 분석에서의 장점과 온톨로지와의 관련성을 이용하여 온톨로지를 자동적으로 구축하는 것이다. 평판(flat panel) TV 경기예측 사례를 통하여 온톨로지를 구축하는 과정을 알아보았다. 구축과정의 타당성을 확보하기 위하여 디스플레이 산업 전문가들과의 인터뷰를 통하여 온톨로지를 완성하고, 해당 온톨로지의 타당성 검증을 위하여 멤버체크를 한 결과 매우 높은 타당성을 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 온톨로지는, 실제로 산업경기 예측을 계획하고 구축하며 미래 의사결정지원시스템을 설계하기 위한 주요 구성요인으로 제공될 수 있을 것이다.

The main objective of this study is to identify and analyze the factors affecting technology innovation of the innovative IT SMEs. A research model is established based on the previous studies on the technology innovation of SMEs. The model consists of independent variables (Adhocracy culture, R&D capability, IT capability, Leadership, and Appraisal & Reward), an intermediate variable (Knowledge management), and dependent variables (product/service innovation and process innovation). Major research results can be summarized as follows: IT SMEs pursuing technology innovation should: (1) pay attention to innovation oriented culture, IT capability, and evaluation & compensation systems of the company; (2) recognize that knowledge management is an essential activity performed by the company; (3) strengthen the R&D capabilities of the company by not only exerting internal efforts but establishing cooperative network with various parties; and (4) resolve the decoupling problem of the evaluation & compensation system.

The purpose of this study is to identify how to construct roles and services appling advanced information resources management to improve usage and utilization in corporation that is affected by changing information and competition environment. 본 연구는 체계적인 문헌연구를 통해 웹2.0의 사용이익과 도입요인을 분석하였다. 전자저널 검색결과 259편의 문헌 중에서 도입 기업사례 및 사용요인 관련 연구 10편을 선별하였다. 선택된 논문을 웹2.0기술의 사용이익과 성과, 웹2.0기술 수용요인, 블로그 사용자 행동 및 동기의 주제로 나누어 구분하였다. 이를 통해 본 논문에서는 웹2.0기술에 대한 실제 사용이익을 정보이익, 사회적 이익, 업무관련이익, 지식관련이익으로 제안하였다. 수용요인에 대한 연구결과로는 웹2.0 특성변수를 반영한 요인으로 지각된 참여성과 동시성, 플로우 경험, 지식의 자기효능감, 개인성과기대가 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 밝혀내었다.

여타 다른 학문분야에서 주장되지 않는 정보과학(情報科學)에 대한 정립(定立)은 Kari Popper의 제 3 세계 - 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)의 세계(世界) - 고도(高度)의 자율성(自律性)을 인정함으로써 발견 될 수 있다는 것을 우선적으로 논의하게 된다. 따라서 정보과학의 임무란 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)의 세계(世界)를 탐구(探究)하는 것으로 정의(定議)를 내릴 수 있으며, 또한 도큐멘테이션과 도서관학의 영역을 확대시키는 것도 되지만, 양자(兩者)는 분명히 구별되어야 한다. Popper 식(式)의 존재론은 정보(情報) 개념(槪念) 및 주관적(主觀的) 객관적(客觀的) 지식(知識)들과의 관계가 확대되어 수용되어져야 한다. 그리하여 Popper의 세가지 세계의 공간영역들은 고찰(考察)의 대상이 된다. 인식과 물리적인 공간은 동일(同一)하지 않으며, 이러한 동일성(同一性)의 결여가 정보현상에 대한 적절한 정량화(定量化)를 저지시키는 문제를 발생케하는 요인이 된다고 주장하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze influencing factors on knowledge of contraception with University freshmen. The cross-sectional descriptive study design was used and we selected 139 University freshmen through randomize sampling. The method of study was frequency, chi-square test, pearson correlation, and hierarchial regression. The result of this study was as follows; General characteristics including sexual related characteristics were sexual education, sex, allowed money in order and there were correlation between sexual education and knowledge of contraception, allowed money and sexual education, and parents and major satisfaction. Therefore we suggest that 새 set up the right sexual culture, right information about sexual information to University freshmen and there are needed tailed sexual education program should be established with sex and allowed money.

Large-scaled hospital information system projects are often delayed than originally planned. Regarding project management, it is necessary to examine main factors triggering the schedule delay and to analyze the causality of such delay. This study tries to find the delay factors and causal relationship between them based on the case of the hospital information system development project by using the grounded theory method. It turned out that 'unrealistic scheduling' affects overall schedule delays like domino phenomenon, and 'poor analysis of existing systems' leads to poor quality of work analysis while 'poor subsystem integrated interface' triggers poor design quality. This study found out the factors affecting the delay of a project, analyzing cause-and-effect relationships between them in the academic side. From the practical view, it shows a solution to minimize delays in the project schedule for each of SI companies, hospitals and project managers.

본고에서는 디지털 융합시대의 국가 미래 IT 인프라 전략으로 지능형 광대역 인프라를 제시하였다. 지능형 광대역 인프라는 광대역 네트워크 인프라, 정보통신 서비스 인프라, 기반체계 인프라로 구성되는 디지털 사회간접자본으로서 전통적인 사회간접자본과 융합되어 신(新)지식기반 SOC를 구축함으로써 국가 지식인프라의 하부구조를 이루게 된다. 초고속정보통신망 정책 성공요인에 대한 고찰을 기반으로 지능형 광대역 인프라의 성공적 구축을 위한 정책과제를 제시한다.
