최근 들어 지식관리 시스템에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 또한 축적된 지식자원의 효율적인 사용과 공유, 판매 등을 위해 필요한 것이 바로 지식관리시스템(Knowledge Management System)이다. 기업에게 있어서 지식자원은 또 다른 자산으로 평가 받고 있다. 외국의 경우 기업이 지닌 지식자원과 정보를 산술적인 자산으로 평가하는 시스템까지 시도하고 있다고 한다. 이 코너에서는 국내 KMS 시장 규모와 동향등에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

Recently, information portals, national institutions, and integrated information centers, which are eager to acquire quality contents, actively share contents. Korean national knowledge is recognized to be superior in terms of its specialty and reliability. Currently, the distribution of national knowledge in Korea is at the beginning stage as the content sharing was intended to enhance the users' accessibility to the information and ease of information use. In this study, we identified the national knowledge distribution status in Korea and abroad by analyzing the roles of the information providers, information search portals, and Korea Knowledge Portal. We also conducted in-depth interviews with six experts, who represent academic institutions, libraries, specialized information centers, and commercial ventures. To enable effective Korean national knowledge distribution, we generated suggestions for the respective information providing services to share and cooperate based on the analysis and tile Interviews.

이번에 구축되는 첨단과학분야의 DB들은 슈퍼컴퓨터를 사용해야만 하는 방대한 데이터 양을 처리해야 되거나 혹은 계산알고리즘을 포함하고 있다. 또한 구축되는 DB들을 일반 상요자와 연결하는 정보서비스 시스템을 포함하고 있다. 따라서 연구개발 정보센터는 일반사용자가 획득하고자 하는 정보를 One-stop으로 제공받을 수 있ㄷ록 인터넷, 관련 공공망 그리고 슈퍼컴퓨터 센터의 전국망인 HPCNat을 통한 정보서비스 계획을 고려하고 있다.

A new type of malware that extracts personal and account data over an extended period of time and that apparently is resistant to detection by vaccines has been identified. Generally, a malware is installed on a computer through network-to-network connections by utilizing Web vulnerabilities that contain injection, XSS, broken authentication and session management, or insecure direct-object references, among others. After the malware executes registration of an arbitrary service and an arbitrary process on a computer, it then periodically communicates the collected confidential information to a hacker. This paper is a systematic approach to analyzing a new type of malware called "winweng," a kind of worm that frequently made appearances during the first half of 2011. The research describes how the malware came to be in circulation, how it infects computers, how its operations expose its existence and suggests improvements in responses and countermeasures. 이 논문은 지식정보 자원 통합 및 상호운용성 제공을 위한 국가 수준의 지식정보자원의 자동 생성 및 유통 시스템의 주요한 특징을 기술한다. 국가 지식정보 관리시스템들은 지식 유형과 지식관리 역할을 수행하는 종합정보센터에 따라 생성 자원 유형 및 유통 메커니즘이 상이하며, 다양하게 분류된다. 이러한 상호운용의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템간의 표준화된 지식정보 공유 기능 제공을 위한 국가 지식 정보자동 생성 및 유통 표준 모델의 설계가 요구된다. 이를 위해 설계된 모델은 분산 아키텍처 모델, 프로세스 모델 및 서비스 운영 모델로 구성되며, 국가 지식정보 공유를 위한 생성 및 유통 시스템의 개선, 신규 시스템의 설계 및 개발을 위한 참조모델로서 활용할 수 있다.

국가지식콘텐츠의 현재와 미래를 한 눈에 확인할 수 있는 2004 지식 콘텐츠 국가전략 세미나가 지난 3월 29일 한국 프레스센터 국제 회의장에서 열렸다. 정보통신부와 한국 전산원이 주최한 이 세미나는 학계와 민간, 공공분야 전문가들이 한 자리에 모여 국내 지식 콘텐츠의 현재를 살펴보고 지식 강국으로 발돋움하기 위한 발전 전략을 논의하는 자리가 됐다.

바야흐로 디지털 데이터의 빅뱅 시대로 진입하고 있다. 정보통신기술의 급속한 발전으로 인해 인터넷은 사회 전 분야를 변화시키고 있으며, 스마트 단말기, 사물인터넷, 소셜네트워크, 실시간 데이터 수집 장치, 지리정보시스템 등의 등장과 기타 여러 가지 새로운 형태의 데이터 소스가 출현하였다. 이에 따라 데이터 량이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며, 한 번에 처리해야 할 디지털 정보량이 수십 테라바이트에서 제타바이트에서 이르는 이른바 빅데이터 시대가 도래한 것이다. 그러나 빅데이터 기술의 빠른 성장에 비해 빅데이터 생태계의 근간이 되는 기술의 보호나 지식재산권의 침해로부터 관련 기술을 보호하기 위한 법적 구제수단은 미비한 형편이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 시대의 지식재산권 침해 유형을 분류하고, 현행법 하에서의 법적 구제수단에 대해 알아본다.

To improve research productivity, it is important to acquire up-to-date information quickly. To this end, researchers seek information resources through various channels and methods and utilize them in their research and development processes. The Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) has developed a platform for integrated scientific and scientific information service called ScienceOn to provide specialized information, infrastructure resources, industry and technology analysis resources in one place to support the research and information ecosystem. Through this process, accessibility and usability are enhanced through the connection and convergence of various information and services. In this study, we look at recent R&D trends in scientific technology academic information integration services and recommended packaging services that can be utilized in batches according to the purpose of use. We look forward to improving national R&D productivity by strengthening the linkage and convergence of scientific and technological information.
