In this study, the economic ripple effect of knowledge service industry were compared and analyzed in four countries of USA, UK, Japan and Korea. The production induction coefficient is the largest in Japan, followed by the United Kingdom, the United States, and Korea. On the other hand, the employment inducement coefficient of the knowledge service industry was the highest in all countries except the UK. This implies that the proportion of employment is significantly increased compared to other industries as the role and importance of knowledge service industry increases in the economic and social structure on which knowledge is based.

스마트 폰을 비롯한 다양한 모바일 단말들이 사회 생활 전반에 널리 사용됨에 따라 소프트웨어 서비스 산업은 모바일 어플리케이션을 통한 새로운 기회를 맞이하고 있으며, 기업은 이러한 업무 환경 변화에 대비하기 위해 다양한 환경에서의 소통-협업을 지원하기 위한 프레임워크가 필요하게 되었다. 본 고에서는 네트워크에 산재되어 있는 여러 웹 서비스 기능들을 융합하여 다양한 어플리케이션을 생성-실행-관리할 수 있는 공통프레임워크 기반 서비스 플랫폼 기술을 소개하며, 이를 기반으로 지식 협업 스마트워크에 적용하기 위한 지식 협업 서비스 플랫폼의 구조, 기능, 어플리케이션 시나리오를 소개한다.

The purpose of this paper is to study the mechanism of Acquisition of Customer Knowledge through Web Site at Global Electronic Commerce Times in Korea. The major findings of this paper is that the models of inter-business alliance network for EC based on contents, types of participating company, categories of business of participating company, modes of alliances, and concentrated industry or function are various and complex. Therefore all companies should know this result and reflect in their business strategy.

정보시스템 아웃소싱은 90년대 들어 정보시스템 분야에서 대두되고 있는 중요한 이슈중에 하나이다. 최근에는 정보시스템 아웃소싱시 지식 공유가 성공적인 파트너쉽 형성 및 유지에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있지만, 파트너쉽 형성에 관심을 가질 뿐 지식공유에 관한 연구는 그다지 많지 않다. 본 연구에서는 지식공유가 정보시스템의 아웃소싱 성공에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 지식공유의 측면에서 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 성공요인에 대한 실증적 기반을 제공하고자 한다.

오늘날 컴퓨팅 기능의 급격한 발달은, 시스템의 효율뿐만 아니라 지능화에 대한 요구를 증대시키고 있다. 지능화된 서비스를 성공적으로 제공하기 위해서는, 제공하려는 도메인에 대한 지식 처리 기능이 필수적이다. 시스템의 지능적인 행동은 그 시스템이 보유하고 있는 지식의 질(質)에 영향을 받기 때문에, 사용되는 지식의 질적 우수성을 보장하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있지만, 문제는 지식의 질이 높아질수록, 지식 관리의 비용이 증가한다는 점이다. 따라서 품질과 비용 사이의 균형점을 맞추기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용하려는 지식의 품질과 시스템에서 요구하는 지식의 품질을 비교함으로써, 이 균형점을 맞추는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 시스템이 제공하려는 서비스 시나리오를 대상 지식으로 표현 및 처리한다. 시스템 관리자는 이 결과를 바탕으로 채택하려는 지식과 자신의 시스템 사이의 괴리를 손쉽게 판단 할 수 있고, 그 차이를 없애기 위해 지식의 확장 및 축소의 부분을 결정하고, 수정할 수 있다.

NFC(Near Field Communication) 기술은 스마트 폰과 같은 모바일 기기에 적용되어 정보의 송수신을 위한 매체로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 결제, 개인인증 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 NFC 기술을 이용해 개인정보를 활용한 다양한 맞춤형 서비스들이 등장하고 있으며 이에 따른 개인 정보위협의 부작용도 발생되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 현재 NFC 서비스에서 발생할 보안 위협 요소에 대한 분석과 해결책에 대한 연구는 매우 미비하다. 본 논문에서는 NFC 서비스에 대한 보안 취약점과 NFC 기반 시스템에서 발생할 수 있는 공격들에 대해 분석하고, 이를 해결하기 위해 NFC 기반 시스템의 인증 메커니즘을 제안한다.

최근 정보기술과 모바일 환경의 발전에 따라 서비스의 패러다임이 웹에서 앱 중심으로 다시 변화하고 있다. 또한 연구자의 R&D 생산성 제고를 위한 노력들이 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 연구자의 R&D활동을 지원하는 네트워크 기반 개인지식도구에 관한 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 네트워크 기반 개인지식도구는 국내외 과학기술정보 뿐만 아니라 연구자 개개인이 보유한 정보들도 융합하여 R&D활동 과정에서 쉽고 편리하게 활용할 수 있도록 도와줄 것이다. 또한 개인별 도구를 활용함으로써 보다 개인화된 정보서비스가 실현될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 상황을 인지해 각 사용자에게 필요한 서비스를 자동으로 제공하거나, 사용자로부터 요청받은 서비스를 주어진 환경에서 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 그 서비스를 수행하는 각각의 장치들은 일정 수준 이상의 지능을 갖고 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 일차 술어 논리를 사용하는 규칙 기반 추론 엔진으로 JRM-S를 개발하였다. 본 엔진은 위치 기반 상황 모델 구축을 위해 공간지식 처리 기능을 갖고 있으며, 유비쿼터스 환경에 존재하는 서비스 장치들에게 상황을 인식할 수 있는 지능을 부여하기 위한 지식 처리기로 사용될 수 있다.

Open science policies are spreading that disclose, share, and utilize research results produced through government public funds. As a policy to revitalize open science, interest in research support services that allow easy search, access, and reuse of results is increasing. To support services to provide researchers with various information, we propose a research resource knowledge graph model to meaningfully express the relationship between the scattered various outcome data. In this paper, it contributes to the improvement of the service of the national research data platform DataON by meaningfully connecting national R&D task information, researcher information, performance information, and research data information.

The purpose of this study is to make out a draft for the standard classification of the National Knowledge and Information Resources. As the result of the Study the standard classification system of the national knowledge and information resources, named "Knowledge Classification 'KC' is suggested. KC consists of 3 classification systems classification by subject, type of resources and type of media. The classification by subject has 12 main classes, and each main class has divisions. Main classes consist each of major discipline or group of related disciplines. The type of resources is classified by 10 types of content, likewise numbered 0-9, and the media of knowledge are classified by 8 types. likewise 0-7. In the Practice the notation always consists of 2 characters and 2 digits. The first character designate main class and the second character designate division. The first number designate the type of resources and the second number designate the type of media.
