Due to advanced complex strategies, the complexity of information that a commander must analyze is increasing. An intelligent service that can analyze battlefield is needed for the commander's timely judgment. This service consists of extracting knowledge from battlefield information, building a knowledge base, and analyzing the battlefield information from the knowledge base. This paper extract information similar to an input query by embedding the knowledge base built in the 2^nd step. The transformation model is needed to generate the embedded knowledge base and uses the random-walk algorithm. The transformed information is embedding using Word2Vec, and Similar information is extracted through cosine similarity. In this paper, 980 sentences are generated from the open knowledge base and embedded as a 100-dimensional vector and it was confirmed that similar entities were extracted through cosine similarity.

본 논문에서는 DiffServ망의 EF PHB를 이용해 구현한 프리미엄 서비스를 UDP및 TCP 플로우에 적용하였을 때 나타나는 특성을 측정 및 분석함으로써, DiffServ망을 이용하여 고품질의 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 서비스 사용자에게 미치는 영향을 제시하였다.

최근 IT기술의 발전은 교육의 패러다임을 변화시키는 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이러한 IT의 기술이 학습환경을 변화시키며 학습모형에도 영향을 미치고 있는 것이다. 특히 창의적인 생각이나 새로운 아이디어를 중요시 하는 국가적 교육 경쟁력이 핵심으로 작용하면서 창의력 증진을 위한 학습모형 개발 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 하나의 지식보다는 그룹의 지식이 강조되는 집단지성 기반의 창의력 증진 학습모형 개발에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 기존의 학습모형은 교수자 중심적으로 지식을 전달하는 방식 이였다면, 본 연구에서는 교수자와 학습자, 참여자라는 집단의 생성과 학습 자료의 공유, 개방을 극대화 한 창의력 증진학습 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 창의력 증진 학습모형을 위한 기술과 교육 그리고 소셜 네트워크의 통합적 적용 설계 모델을 제시한다.

최근 국가R&D 효율성 제고를 위하여 연구관리 강화를 위한 노력들이 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS)는 R&D 효율성 강화를 위한 국가R&D정보 지식 포털로 자리매김하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 NTIS와 일본 문부과학성이 운영하는 부처공동연구개발관리시스템(e-Rad)을 연구관리 측면에서 비교 분석하고, 특히 연구자 편의성을 제고하는 관점에서의 연구관리 효율화를 위해 범부처적으로 공동활용이 가능한 서비스 요소들을 도출한다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 NTIS 개선방향에 대한 시사점을 분석한다.

As the service industry is advancing, the meaning of service innovation has been evolved. Recently, service innovation embraces all creative activities about service offering or relevant to service offerings and emphasizes the importance of customers in innovation process as a key driver. The innovation in services is often the result from a collaborative process between KIBS firms and client firms. Many researchers have pointed out about how the KIBS firms drive the innovation through service. In spite of the importance of service innovation, previous studies did not address the questions about what kinds of factors affect service innovation in KIBS firms still remain, or what are the effects of different knowledge on the innovation process. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the interactivity that KIBS firms have with their customers on various types of innovations in KIBS firms. Interactivity has been touted to be the most important starting point for and the basis of service innovations. This study also examines the effect of knowledge types (tacit or explicit) on the relationship between interactivity and service innovation. To test the proposed hypotheses, we developed measurement items and distributed survey questionnaires to domestic companies. 230 survey questionnaires were distributed and 81 were returned among which 76 were usable. The results of this study show that interactivity may be a significant indicator of innovation within KIBS firms. It also represents that the effect of knowledge types on the relationship between interactivity and innovation. These results indicate that KIBS firms need to improve the various activities of interaction with customers for innovation. This study provides a blueprint to further investigation of the critical role of service in service science perspectives.

This study analyzed the impact of information security service company certification on financial performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the "Information Security Service Certification Company" system from a financial point of view for information security service certified & non-certified companies, and listed & unlisted companies. From a financial point of view, performance analysis was conducted using two-way ANOVA on sales, operating profit, and profit rate. This study verified whether there is a difference in management performance between an information security service certified company and an uncertified company. In the financial performance indicators of sales, operating profit, and profit rate, the information security service certification system showed an impact on financial performance because the information security service certification company showed better management performance than the uncertified company. The implications of this study are that the empirical performance analysis from the financial point of view of the information security service certified company system can be used as a basis for negative regulatory policies to revitalize the information security industry in the future, contributing to the growth of information security companies with excellent growth potential.

In the knowledge society, the importance of sharing knowledge, technology, and information has been increasing. Due to the different characteristics of information itself, information marketing is a newly emerging perspective. This study aims to identify the factors which effect information customer value and satisfaction of the national R&D information service. The results show that information quality and service quality have a significant influence on customer value. In addition, the information quality, service quality and the information customer value have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, customer value of information acts as an intermediary between information quality and customer satisfaction. The indirect effects of information quality on the satisfaction are higher than the direct effect. On the other hand, the difference between the direct and indirect effect of service quality was not significant. After an analysis of research result, we discussed implications and limits of the study as well as future result direction.

The Internet, especially the mobile Internet influences enormously in many areas in human societym espeially in terms of the exchanging speed of knowledge and information. This new society of knowledge and information will introduce many new types of services based on valuable knowlwdge and information. Among many new services in this mobile computing environment, the real-time worldwide korean information networking service using the Korean characters invented by the mobile computing environment, the real-time worldwide Korean information networking service using the Koean characters invented by the King Sejong is possible ubiquitously with wired and mobile Internet. We studied the user interface with Korean characters in the mobile computing environment, and introduce the useful results with new metrics of performance analysis after real implementation for real-time Korean information networking using Korean domain names.

Post-Genome 시대의 Biotechnology(BT) 산업에 세계적으로 관심과 투자가 증가하고 있다. BT 산업은 기술 및 지식 집약적 특성상 R&D 활동이 중요하기에 BT 연구실의 실험 생산성 증가에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이와 관련하여 연구실 지식경영과 지식경영시스템활용에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 그 초점이 연구 지식들의 조직화, 체계화 및 검색기능 등의 원활한 지식 공급 시스템 구축에 있기에 효율적이고 효과적인 지식 생성 방안을 제시해 주지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 실험실 내 데이터 처리 및 통합 관리 역할을 해온 LIMS(Laboratory Information Management System)를 활용하여 실험 데이터들로부터 실험 디자인을 위한 효율적이고 효과적인 형식지(Explicit Knowledge)의 생성을 목적으로 하는 지식 생성 툴(Knowledge Creation Tool)을 설계하였다. 또한 상기 모델을 적용하여 실제 어떠한 형태로 지식이 생성되는지 A대학교 B유전자 연구실의 실험 데이터로 실증 분석해 보았다.

This study was conducted to grasp the changing user needs, especially the changing information needs of the vulnerable groups of knowledge and information. The study analyzed the information needs of the migrants in Area A by introducing a community-based participatory research methodology. The authors cooperated with the local community throughout the entire course of the study and proposed an inclusive library strategy for the underprivileged in the A region. Migrants were in demand for easy writing materials, reading activities programs, leisure culture programs, and literacy programs. In particular, it was analyzed that services should be provided through cooperation with related organizations. As a result of the study, it was suggested to provide experiences of deeply participating in the current library and to provide various information sources (resource guides) and to promote through children.
