최근 과학기술의 혁신적 발전으로 문명의 패러다임이 산업사회에서 지식.정보화 사회로 전환되고 있으며 전쟁의 양상도 혁신적으로 변하고 있다. 최근의 아프간 전쟁을 살펴보면 미래 전쟁의 양상이 시스템 복합체계에 의한 디지털전쟁, 네트워크전쟁, 정보전으로 변화되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 미래 전쟁양상에 대처하기 위해서는 군사혁신(RMA : revolution in Military Affairs)을 통한 정보.기술위주의 전력체계 구축이 요구되고 있다. 과학기술의 혁신적 발전에 따라 무기체계는 첨단화, 복합화, 고도.정밀화 되고 있다.

Design and management of information and industrial engineering (DMIIE) is a project-oriented junior/senior class that integrates the methodologies of industrial and information engineering in order to solve real-world problems. It examines social issues, engineering approaches to solve the problems and business models that can generate sustainable value for society. This course help students use their engineering knowledge to assess and solve the problems faced by local community. By conducting real-world projects, students get an opportunity to refine their oral and written communication skills. In this paper, the experience of DMIIE course is presented. The effects of the community-based learning for a senior design course are discussed. The possibility of using this blended type of design course to meet the ABEEK outcomes is also stated.

This study focuses on identifying motivation factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior in virtual communities. To achieve this research objective, a research model has been developed through two major coordinated theories such as social cognitive theory(self-efficacy and community-related outcome expectation) and social exchange theory (codification effort, image, reciprocity, and enjoyment in helping others). 246 samples have been collected and simple regression and multiple regression methods have been used for empirical analysis. The research result is that self-efficacy has a positive influence on image, reciprocity, enjoyment in helping others, and community-related outcome expectation and thus this result reveals that self-efficacy indirectly affects knowledge sharing behavior. Among the antecedents of knowledge sharing behavior, codification effort, enjoyment in helping others and community-related outcome expectation are significant, but image and reciprocity are not. The research results help to derive practical strategic implications related to knowledge sharing to activate a virtual community.

현대사회는 후기산업사회로서 지식ㆍ정보사회를 의미하며, 컴퓨터와 통신의 결합은 고도정보사회인 후기정보사회로의 진입을 가능케 하였다$^{1)}$ 이러한 기술적 변화와 함께 인간의 의식과 거래관계, 사회제도 등 모든 것들이 이른바 ‘가상공간’에서 이루어지기 시작하고 있으며, 이러한 현상의 대표적인 것으로서 전자상거래 혹은 전자거래라고 불리우는 것들이 생겨나고 있다. 이러한 전자거래는 이른바 ‘인터넷’을 통하여 급속히 확산되고 있으며, 이에 따라 법ㆍ제도의 정비에 관한 요구가 높아지고, 이에 부응하여 금년 7월부터는 우리 나라에서도 전자거래기본법과 전자서명법이 시행되고 있다. The purpose of this study is to achieve two goals. One is to construct knowledge database which could read and analyse electronic documents in place of researchers for the purpose of improvement of research productivity, and the other is to develop automated patent application engine which is connected to the knowledge database. This study discusses the possibilities and appropriateness of two systems mentioned earlier, and provides elements necessary to system developments and technical problems through model development.
