본 고에서는 지식정보사회의 투자대상인 인간의 지식을 함양시키는 대학과, 특별히 대학구성원의 지식과 정보를 서비스하는 기관인 대학도서관에서의 지식공유에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 기존의 선행연구들을 통해 지식공유 영향요인을 추출한 후 지식관리시스템을 사용하고 있는 대학도서관의 도서관 직원들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 어떠한 요인들이 실질적으로 지식공유에 영향을 미치는지, 또한 지식관리시스템이 사용자에게 만족을 주는지 알아본 후, 이를 통하여 대학도서관에서 지식관리시스템을 사용하는데 효율적인 방안들이 무엇인지에 대해 연구하였다.

Modern society is changing rapidly toward the intellectual one. The needs of knowledge sharing are highly demanded for its growth and progress through the society at large. Even though university creates the knowledge in various fields, university members could not share the knowledge effectively for some reasons. This K university students case study reveals that usage of IT, college sponsoring and communicative culture affect educational performance indirectly as well as directly through knowledge sharing.

정보시스템 아웃소싱은 90년대 들어 정보시스템 분야에서 대두되고 있는 중요한 이슈중에 하나이다. 최근에는 정보시스템 아웃소싱시 지식 공유가 성공적인 파트너쉽 형성 및 유지에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있지만, 파트너쉽 형성에 관심을 가질 뿐 지식공유에 관한 연구는 그다지 많지 않다. 본 연구에서는 지식공유가 정보시스템의 아웃소싱 성공에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 지식공유의 측면에서 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 성공요인에 대한 실증적 기반을 제공하고자 한다.

Knowledge management strategy has become a one of the most important factors creating and maintaining the business opportunities. In this paper, I present a KM-ePAY typology to investigate the role of knowledge sharing strategy in the electronic payment domain. Specifically, I examine the characteristics of four types of electronic payment systems based on the confidence and efficiency that characterize the feature of electronic payment media and identify appropriate knowledge sharing approaches for each component. In conclusion, my findings indicate that knowledge sharing approaches which are align with the characteristics of electronic payment give a way both to increase relationship commitment and to optimize process over electronic payment transactions.

지식 정보화 사회에서 지식경영의 중요성이 부각되면서, 학계의 다양한 연구와 기업의 의욕적인 투자가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 지식경영과 관련된 기존 연구들은 다음의 한계점을 드러내고 있다. 즉 기존의 연구는 조직 내 구성원의 관계와 같은 구조적인 부분에 한정되어 지식경영의 주체인 개인의 개성(personality)에 대한 고려가 부족하고, 또한 구성원들의 동기를 고취시키기 위해 경쟁을 유도하는 환경이 지식공유에 주는 부정적인 영향을 간과하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 첫째, '개인간의 관계를 바탕으로 한 지식 공유에 있어서 자존감(Self-esteem)과 성취지향성(Conscientiousness)이 어떠한 영향을 주는가?', 둘째, '경쟁을 장려하는 것이 지식공유에 도움이 되는가?' 라는 문제에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구에서 KAIST 테크노경영대학원의 특정 수업의 수강생 32명을 대상으로 쌍방관계 데이터(dyadic relational data)를 수집하여 다중회귀분석(multiple regression Analysis)을 수행한 결과, 자존감은 개인간의 지식공유에 음의 조절변수(negative moderator)로 작용할 것이라는 가설이 지지되었고, 성취지향성은 개인간의 지식공유에 있어서 양의 조절변수(positive moderator)로 작용할 것이라는 가설은 지지되지 않았다. 마지막으로 조직 내의 경쟁이 심화될수록 개인간의 지식공유는 감소할 것이라는 가설은 지지되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 연구들과는 달리, 자존감이 높은 인재에 대한 보다 새로운 시각이 필요하다는 점과 경쟁을 장려하는 지식 경영 방법론에 대한 재고가 필요하다는 것을 실증적으로 보여주고 있다.

현재 전 세계 각국은 지식 경쟁력 확보에 혈안이 되어 있으며, 우리나라는 풍부한 인터넷 인프라를 구비하여 지식 강국으로 발돋움하기 위한 충분한 토대를 마련하고 있다. 특히, 인력은 인터넷 시대의 핵심적 지식 자원으로서, 전문가 두뇌 연계 망(네트워크)의 구축과 운영을 통해 해당 분야 전문가간 협력 및 교류가 진행되면, 지식 정보의 동시 생성, 공유, 활용 체제의 확립이 가능하다 전문가 커뮤니티의 구성원은 정보의 공유와 확산에 자발적으로 기여하는 지식의 선 순환 구조를 이루게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 과학기술 전문가로 구성된 한민족과학기술자 네트워크(KOSEN, www.kosen21.org)를 사례로 전문가 네트워크의 역할과 특징을 살펴보고, 지식 기반 사회에서 전문가 네트워크의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. KOSEN은 지식의 생성, 공유, 활용 등의 지식관리 프로세스를 지원하는 과학기술 전문가 커뮤니티이다. 향후 인적 자원 및 정보 자원의 적절한 연계를 통해 지식의 활용 측면을 더욱 확대하여 본격적인 지식 정보 활용의 장으로 거듭나야 한다. 컨텐트 가치증대를 통한 전문가 참여 확대, 전문가들간 상호 연계의 확대를 통한 소 공동체 형성, 전문가들간 상호 학습, 정보 거래 메커니즘 구축 등의 다양한 방안을 통해 보완될 것으로 기대한다.

KMS에서 지식전달 및 지식공유를 위한 커뮤니케이션 도구는 필수적인 요소지만 현재 국내 KMS에서 채택하고 있는 비실시간, 혹은 문자 중심의 커뮤니케이션 도구로는 지식전달 및 공유를 위한 조직원간의 커뮤니케이션 활성화가 불가능하다. 본 연구에서는 KMS의 커뮤니케이션 활성화를 위한 실시간 멀티미디어 인스턴트 메신저의 역할을 제시하였다. 제시된 KMS용 실시간 멀티미디어 시스템은 화상/음성통신, 문자/그래픽통신, 화이트보드통신, 화면공유, 그리고 에스코티드 브라우징과 같은 다양한 커뮤니케이션 방법을 제공하기 때문에 조직원간의 지식공유/전달, 공동작업, 그리고 사용자 편리성 및 접근성을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. A blockchain based platform can ensure data integrity, reliability, and security by applying distributed processing and encryption technology for transaction records. In the existing knowledge sharing platform, the created knowledge could not be shared or utilized sufficiently due to information asymmetry and centralization. However little research has been done so far on this area. In this study, we will examine case studies and development potentials for blockchain based knowledge sharing platforms based on previous studies of blockchain technology, token economy, knowledge sharing, motivation theory, and social exchange theory. Blockchain based platforms can contribute to the activation of knowledge sharing, by resolving information asymmetry, simplifying unnecessary work procedures through unified knowledge sharing flow and excluded centralization of authority by decentralization, and strengthening access and utilization of the knowledge produced by the platform.

Students should be able to find information and resources using the Internet. Also students need to have composite intellectual abilities to select information, convert to knowledge and communicate it to other people. However, most school and classroom homepages provide students with information but not contents that help them produce knowledge. This lowers the rate of connection to homepage. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop and apply homepage, which helps students make knowledge from comprehended and interpreted information(Knowledge.Sharing Technique; KST). In this study we use 'WIKI KST' and 'Q&A KST' to share knowledge. WIKI KST is 'an encyclopedia that we make,' which means that students upload their prior knowledge or knowledge produced from comprehended and interpreted information and create new knowledge to be added to their own knowledge and others'. As a result, the abilities to comprehend and interpret acquired information are improved and the ability to change implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge is also improved. Students create new knowledge to share their knowledge and, as a result, the rate to connection to homepage gets higher.

Modern society is complex and rapidly changing, and knowledge sharing is needed to acquire and create knowledge. Knowledge sharing is the act of providing information knowledge and know-how of their own in order to cooperate with or help their colleagues. This study presents a research model using social capital theory to explain the mobile knowledge sharing behavior of virtual community members. Based on previous studies, social capital theory is divided into structural, relational, and cognitive aspects. It was composed of social interaction ties as a measure of structural aspect, trust as a measure of cognitive aspect, shared language, shared vision and relational aspect. After collecting survey data, factor analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22. In this way, we examined how the detailed factors of social capital affect information sharing behavior and how the level of knowledge sharing affects community promotion. The results showed that social interaction ties, shared language, shared vision, and trust affect knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing has had a positive impact on community promotion.
