Necessity of Standardization and Standardized Method for Substances Accounting of Environmental Liability Insurance (환경책임보험 배출 물질 정산의 표준화 필요성 및 산출방법 표준화)

  • Related incidents and accidents are frequent after 2000 years, such as the outbreak of the Taian peninsula crude oil spillage and Gumi hydrofluoric acid leakage accident. In the wake of such environmental pollution accidents, Consensus has been formed to enact legislation on liability for the compensation of environmental pollution in 2014 and the rescue, and has been in force since January 2016. Therefore, in the domestic insurance industry, the introduced environmental liability insurance system needs to be managed through the standardization formula of a new insurance model for managing the environmental risk. This study has been carried out by the emergence of a safe insurance model with a risky nature of the risk type, which is one of the services of the knowledge base. The verification of the six assurance media on the occurrence of environmental pollution such as chemical, waste, marine, soil, etc. is expressed through semantic interoperability through this possible ontology. The insurance model was designed and presented by deducing the relationship between the amount of money and the amount of money that was written in the area of existing expertise, In order to exclude the possible consequences, the concept of abstract is conceptualized in the form of a customer, and a plan for the future development of an ontology-based decision support system is proposed to reduce the cost and resources consumed every year. It is expected that standardization of the verification standard of the mass of mass will minimize errors and reduce the time and resources required for verification.

Study on Environmental Factors of Inquiry Instruction of Secondary School Science Teachers (중.고등학교 과학교사의 탐구수업 환경 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study was performed to find the environmental factors of inquiry instruction perceived by secondary school science teacher. The instrument consisted of three domains such as teaching conditions, viewpoints of secondary school science teachers of environmental factors for inquiry instruction, and barrier and improve! rent factors of inquiry instruction. Teaching conditions between middle school and high school science teachers were not different significantly. Environmental factors of inquiry instruction of secondary school science teacher included five factors such as 'facilities and encouragement', 'amount of works and materials', 'teacher education and textbook', 'practice and knowledge' and 'perception of necessity and satisfaction'. And all factors except 'perception of necessity and satisfaction' were very low state for inquiry instruction. In the disturbant and improving factors, the critical factors were 'over students per class', 'textbook' and 'learning materials' for middle school science teachers, and 'over students per class', and 'entrance examination' for high school science teachers. Thus the development and diffusion of adequate inquiry learning materials may be helpful to practicing inquiry instruction as decrease of works and psychological charges, and it is needed to reorganize systematically and intensify pre- and in-service teacher education to practice inquiry instruction.

Comparison Analysis on the Informatization Level between Construction CALS and Other Sectors (건설CALS의 정보화수준과 타 부문의 비교분석)

  • Ministry of Land, Transportation and Marine Affairs(MLTM) has implemented Construction CALS project for improving productivity of construction industry and for making construction project management efficient by responding to informatization and knowledge base society in 21st century. CALS has beeb applied successfully to projects form MLTM, however, the outcomes of Construction CALS hasn't been recognized. In addition, there is no way to find how high the level of Construction CALS is when it is compared with other SOC informatization projects. This study found out the informatiziation level of Construction CALS by using the evaluation index proposed in the former study, and by comparing with other sectors. The evaluation on the level was implemented in the three parts such as informatization infrastructure(network, hardware, standardization, data, informatization, informatization security), informatization utilization(information usage, IT performance), and informatization support(informatization goal, organization of informatization, informatization investment, informatization education), and then, this evaluation was compared with "Assessment for level of industry information system", "Assessment for level of small and midium sized industry information system", and "IICI(Informatizaion Index for the Construction Industry)". With the result from the comparison, this study produced superior factors and inferior factors for each sector. These results are expected to be useful for prioritizing budget allocation by finding out the informatization level of Construction CALS.

Effects of a Simulation-based Stroke Care Education on Nursing Performance Ability and Satisfaction in Nursing Students (뇌졸중 대상자간호 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호학생의 수행능력과 만족도에 미치는 효과)

  • The aim of the study was to verify the effects of simulation-based stroke care education on the nursing performance ability and satisfaction among nursing students. The study used a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. A total of 64 nursing students in a nursing college participated in this study. The participants were assigned conveniently according to the academic year to either the experimental group in 2013 (n = 32) or control group in 2014 (n = 32). The experimental group received a simulation-based stroke care education, and the control group received a clinical placement with self-directed practicum. The data was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that the scores of the overall nursing performance ability (z = -3.373, p < .001) and satisfaction (z = -3.245, p = .001) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Overall, simulation-based stroke care education is an effective teaching strategy of improving the nursing performance ability and satisfaction among nursing students.

Experience of Nursing Professionalism among Nursing Students after Simulation-based Education: Focused on finding from a focus group interview (시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육을 통한 간호학생의 간호전문직관 인식 경험: 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 중심으로)

  • This study was undertaken to identify nursing professionalism perceptions among nursing students who had completed a semester of simulation-based education, and to provide the basis for presenting direction of the simulation curriculum that helps in the emergence of a positive nursing professional in future. Data obtained from focus group interviews of study participants determined 17 semantic categories and 6 themes through the process of identifying, comparing, and categorizing meaningful concepts. The perception of nursing students regarding the profession after simulation-based education include 'realization of professionalism', 'ethics and emotions as professional human subjects', 'cultivation of communication skills', 'integrative thinking for problem solving', and 'foundation', and also the importance of a 'foundational knowledge body' and 'reflection of self-capacity'. The results of this study reflect on 5 intuitional areas of a nursing professional: professional self-concept, social awareness, nursing expertise, nursing room role, and independence of nursing. The results of this study indicate that in order to enable nursing students to experience nursing professional intuition through simulation-based hands-on training, it is necessary to actively revise and apply courses for the development of a positive nursing professional intuition through simulation education.

  • Artificial intelligence, which is in the spotlight as the core driving force of the 4th industrial revolution, is expanding its scope to various industrial fields such as smart factories and autonomous driving with the development of high-performance hardware, big data, data processing technology, learning methods and algorithms. In the field of defense, as the security environment has changed due to decreasing defense budget, reducing military service resources, and universalizing unmanned combat systems, advanced countries are also conducting technical and policy research to incorporate artificial intelligence into their work by including recognition systems, decision support, simplification of the work processes, and efficient resource utilization. For this reason, the importance of technology-driven planning and investigation is also increasing to discover and research potential defense future technologies. In this study, based on the research data that was collected to derive future defense technologies, we analyzed the characteristic evaluation indicators for future technologies in the field of artificial intelligence and conducted empirical studies. The study results confirmed that in the future technologies of the defense AI field, the applicability of the weapon system and the economic ripple effect will show a significant relationship with the prospect.

소다라임 유리기판상 다층박막 (SiO2/Nb2O5/SiO2/Nb2O5/SLG) 증착 및 저반사 특성 연구

  • 터치패널은 키보드나 마우스와 같은 입력장치를 사용하지 않고, 스크린에 손가락, 펜 등을 접촉하여 입력하는 방식이다. 누구나 쉽게 입력할 수 있는 장점으로 인해 기존에는 현금인출기, 키오스크 등 공공분야에 주로 많이 사용되어 왔으나, 최근의 터치스크린은 휴대폰, 게임기, 네비게이션, 노트북 모니터 등 개인정보기기의 입력장치로 활용분야가 넓어져가고 있다. 최근의 정전용량 방식의 터치패널은 디스플레이 패널 위에 올여지는 형태의 Add on type이며, 테블렛의 출현으로 터치패널의 사이즈가 커지면서 인듐산화물 투명성 전도막의 두께가 두꺼워지고, 이로 인하여 광학적 특성인 투과율이 저하되는 문제가 발생하여 투과율을 높여주기 위한 새로운 전도박막 제조방법이 요구되는 상황이다. 현재의 고글절 산화물(TiO2)과 저굴절 산화물(SiO2)의 적층형태의 저반사 특성의 다층막은 주로 플라즈마 보조의 전자빔 증착기를 이용하여 제조되기 때문에, 저반사 특성이 우수하지만 대면적 크기의 대량생산에는 적합하지가 않다. 그리고 태양전지의 에너지 변환효율도 태양전지로 흡수되는 태양광의 량에 크게 의존하기 때문에, 태양전지로 흡수되는 태양광 량을 높이기 위하여 태양전지의 가장 위층에 혹은 모듈 제작시 커버유리의 내부에 저반사 특성을 갖는 박막을 코팅한다. 특히 박막태양전지의 경우는 대면적의 유리위에 저반사 코팅을 해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 In-line magnetron sputtering system을 사용하여 소다라임 유리 기판 위에 고글절 산화물(Nb2O5)과 저굴절 산화물(SiO2)의 2층 적층형태의 "SiO2/Nb2O5/SiO2/Nb2O5/SLG" 다층 박막을 증착하고, 저반사의 광학적 특성을 하였고, 이를 논하고자한다. 일반적으로 빛이 투과되는 투명한 기판이 공기층에 노출되어있을 경우에 기판의 양면에서 공기층과의 계면에서 각각 4%의 반사율 즉, 총 8%의 반사율을 갖는데, 본 연구의 다층 박막에서는 530에서 540nm 파장 영역에서 투과율은 95% 이상, 반사율은 4.8% 이하이었다. 이 결과는 터치패널과 박막태양전지 시장의 Needs에 대응할 수 있기 때문에 산업의 응용측면에서 매우 중요한 연구 성과를 얻었다고 말할 수 있다.   • 1990 년대 후반부터 다양한 디지털 통신망을 이용하여 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 서비스가 가능하게 되었다. 하지만, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 전달 및 이용을 위한 기반 구조들의 독자적 발전 및 다양한 통합적 관리 체계 시스템으로 인해, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 표현 방식의 호환성 문제, 혼재하는 네트워크 전달 방식과 단말 방식의 호환성 문제 등의 잠재적인 문제점이 발생한다. 이런 문제의 대안으로 현재 존재하는 기술 및 기반 구조들 사이의 연동을 통한 큰 프레임워크인 MPEG-21이 진행 중이다. MPEG-21 의 목표는 표준화 목표를 구체화하는 것부터 진행하여, 최종적으로 “다양한 네트워크 환경과 단말기에 있어서, 투명하고 통합적으로 멀티미디어 자원의 이용을 가능하게 하는 것”이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 표준화 작업이 진행 중인 MPEG-21 을 기반으로 하는 Testbed를 제안한다. Testbed는 server, client, DIA(Digital Item Adaptation) 의 세 모듈로 구성된다. Server 의 역할은 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 Digital Item(DI)으로 생성하고, client 가 DI를 요구할 경우 DIA 모듈을 통해서 변환된 DI를 client 에게 제공한다. DIA 모듈은 server 에서 동작되며 client로부터 요청된 DI를 분석하고 client로부터 전송된 환경 정보를 이용하여 client 환경에 적합하게 변환된 (adapted) DI를 생성하는 것이 주 기능이다. Client 는 server 에 저장되어 있는 DI를 선택하고 user preference, terminal capability 등의 필요한 정보를 server로 전송한다. Testbed 에서는 스포츠 경기의 동영상, 정지 영상, 경기 내용 역사를 기록한 파일 등의 DI를 이용한다. 표현 언어는 XML이며, HTTP 기반의 Web 환경에서 구동되도록 설계된다.스템 사이에 의미 있는 데이터 전송, 지식 획득을 위해 정보 기술 분야에서 활용해야 할 영역으로 XML Web Services, Multi-agent Systems, 전문가 컴뮤니티를 위한 그룹웨어 연구 개발에 관해 사례 중심으로 발표한다.다 신선한 공기를 넣어 주었을 때는 배의 발달이 많이 늦어져 배양 3주째에 다른 처리보다 배의 수가 훨씬 적었다. 체세포배가 발달하는 동안에는 산소를 많이 요구하지 않으나 성숙하는 동안에는 산소를 많이 요구하는 것으로 생각된다.적인 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 곡선형은 물론 직선형에서도 열교환 튜브의 배치밀도, 튜브 길이 및 두께 등의 변화에 따른 최적화 연구가 수반되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.에서 제공된 API는 객체기반 제작/편집 도구에 응용되어 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 제작에 사용되었다.x factorization (NMF), generative topographic mapping (GTM)의 구조와 학습 및 추론알고리즘을소개하고 이를 DNA칩 데이터 분석 평가 대회인 CAMDA-2000과 CAMDA-2001에서 사용된cancer diagnosis 문제와 gene-drug dependency analysis 문제에 적용한 결과를 살펴본다.0$\mu$M이 적당하며, 초기배발달을 유기할 때의 효과적인 cysteamine의 농도는 25~50$\mu$M인 것으로 판단된다.N)A(N)/N을 제시하였다(A(N)=N에 대한 A값). 위의 실험식을 사용하여 헝가리산 Zempleni 시료(15%$S_{XRD}$)의 기본입자분포로부터 %$S_{XRD}$를 계산한 결과, 16%$S_{XRD}$의 결과값을 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 도출한 관계식들이 유효함을 확인할 수 있었다.계식들이 유효함을 확인할 수 있었다.할 때 약간의 증가

  • As the recent development of the IT services, there is a urgent need of effective diagnosis system to present appropriate solution for the complicated problems of breakdown control, a cause analysis of breakdown and others. So we propose an intelligent diagnosis system that integrates the case-based reasoning and the artificial neural network to improve the system performance and to achieve optimal diagnosis. The case-based reasoning is a reasoning method that resolves the problems presented in current time through the past cases (experience). And it enables to make efficient reasoning by means of less complicated knowledge acquisition process, especially in the domain where it is difficult to extract formal rules. However, reasoning by using the case-based reasoning alone in diagnosis problem domain causes a problem of suggesting multiple causes on a given symptom. Since the suggested multiple causes of given symptom has the same weight, the unnecessary causes are also examined as well. In order to resolve such problems, the back-propagation learning algorithm of the artificial neural network is used to train the pairs of the causes and associated symptoms and find out the cause with the highest weight for occurrence to make more clarified and reliable diagnosis.

The Effect of the Integrative Education Using a 3D Printer on the Computational Thinking Ability of Elementary School Students (3D프린터를 활용한 융합교육이 초등학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력에 미치는 영향)

  • One of the goals of the new 2015 revised curriculum is to cultivate the creativity of students who will live in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to create new things through diverse ideas and challenges based on basic learning skills. Accordingly, in order to solve the given problems rationally, the convergence problem solving ability that can process and utilize various areas of knowledge and information is becoming important. Therefore, in this study, we designed the integrative education using a 3D printer based on Tinkercad modeling and applied it to the class to investigate the effect on the improvement of computing thinking ability of elementary school students. To verify the contents of the study, two classes of 25 sixth-grade elementary school students were divided into an experimental group and a controlled group. For the experimental group, 12 classes of convergence education programs using a 3D printer were applied for about three months, and the same amount of general curriculum was conducted for the control group. After that, the t-tests were carried out using the pre-post test to measure the effectiveness of the computational thinking ability. After the application of the program, the experimental group showed statistically significant improvement in computational thinking ability, but the controlled group showed no statistically significant difference. The results show that convergence education using the Tinkercad modeling-based 3D printer has a positive effect on the improvement of computing thinking ability of elementary school students.
