학교 교육과정에서 도서관 교육은 학습 내용과 학습 방법 측면에서 방법적 지식과 사고 능력으로서의 성격을 갖는다. 즉 새로운 지식의 생산에 필요한 범교과적 학습 능력으로서의 위상을 갖는다. 문제는 이러한 성격이 교과 교육 과정은 물론 학생 일상생활과의 부단한 연계를 통해서 구현된다는 점이다. 즉 학교도서관 교육의 성공을 위해서는 학교 공동체 내에 학교 도서관 중심의 교육 공동체 구성이 필요하다. 학교도서관 정보화와 순회 사서를 포함한 비정규직 자원 봉사자 확산, 다양한 형태의 업무 대행 서비스 그리고 담당교사의 도서관 운영 연수 확대 속에서 자료 조직과 운영의 일부분은 영역 보편성을 띤지 오래되었다. 따라서 학교도서관 중심의 교육 공동체 구성은 도서관 활용수업으로 대표되는 교과의 자원기반학습과의 연계성에 기반을 두고 발전하는 추세이다. 본고에서는 필자가 개발 책임자로 참여하여 2010년 교육과학기술부와 대구광역시교육청이 공동으로 일선 학교에 보급한 사서교사와 교과교사의 협동수업용 장학 자료집의 주요 내용과 활성화 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.

지식과 정보의 창출, 확산은 국가혁신의 원동력으로 크게 부각되고 있어 선진국은 체계적이고 수요자 지향적인 과학기술종합정보시스템(NTIS)을 구축하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 그 동안의 노력에도 불구하고 기관별 상호 연계성 미흡, 중복 개발 운영되어 효율성이 낮고, 연구성과 관리가 어렵고 활용도가 저조하였다. 이에 정부는 기술, 시장, 산업, 인력 등이 연계된 전주기 종합정보서비스체제를 구축하여 과학기술정보종합상황판 구축 활용하고자 한다. 언제, 어디서나 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 시스템 구축으로 하나의 창구로 종합적인 과학기술 정보의 획득이 가능하게 되고 국가연구개발 상황을 종합적으로 파악, 분석하여 투명하고 개방적인 연구관리 지원체제로 지식 정보의 체계적인 창출, 확산, 활용 및 공유를 통해 연구개발 생산성 제고 및 새로운 혁신체제를 구축할 계획이다. NTIS 구축의 향후 과제로는 (1) 연구기획 강화를 위한 R&D모니터 및 조기경보시스템 구축, (2) NTIS 표준화의 선결적 추진이 요구된다. 4가지 표준화 영역 중 기술요소표준을 제외한 3개 영역은 별도의 표준화 과제 수행을 통해 추진하되 분류표준 중 기술분류 표준은 인력, 장비, 기자재는 물론, 사업/프로그램 및 과제관리기관 등과 관련성을 가지므로 NTIS표준화의 핵심이 될 것이다.

레지오 접근법을 토대로 한 구성주의적 지리교육이 현실적 적실성을 갖기 위해서는, 첫째, 도식적 언어를 통한 상징적 표상을 지식 구성의 결과가 아닌 과정적 도구로, 또는 토론의 매개체로 전환하여야 한다. 둘째, 주제(선도) 개념을 중심으로 연계성과 위계성을 가진 개념을 조직하고, 이를 토대로 여러 차시의 내용을 연계하여 수업해야한다. 섯째, 개인적 구성보다 사회적 구성이 보다 고차적이고 심층적인 지식 구성을 가능케 한다. 따라서 구성주의 수업은 협동적.토론적인 모습일 때가 바람직하다. 넷째, 수업의 방향성과 학습의 목적성을 위해 안내자, 조력자로서 교사의 역할을 다하여야 한다. 이때 안내는 학습자 스스로 자신의 학습 목적과 방향을 판단하는 매개체로서, 그리고 사고력을 증진시키는 디딤돌로써의 안내이어야 한다. 다섯째. 선행학습에서의 구성과정과 구성맥락을 재 상기시키고, 이를 통해 구서의 지속성과 심층성을 강화하는 나선형적 구성의 절차를 반드시 밟도록 해야 한다.

국가나 기업이 보유한 기술을 국제 표준에 반영하기 위한 표준화 활동은 국가의 산업 발전은 물론 기업의 생존이 걸린 중요한 문제라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 21세기 지식정보사회에서 우리나라가 정보화를 조기에 실현하여 지식정보강국으로 도약하고, 세계 정보통신 시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 정보통신시장을 주도할 핵심기술에 대한 국제 표준화를 추진하는 정보통신 표준화 전략 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 기술로드맵 체계 및 표준화 로드맵 수립 사례를 분석하여 기술개발과 연계한 표준화 로드맵을 수립하기 위한 체계적인 접근방법과 체계(framework)를 제시하여 국내 개발기술의 국제 표준화를 촉진하고 표준화 활동의 초석을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This paper examines the process of embodied technology spillovers in terms of supply and demand of technology For the purpose, this paper develops a consistent framework to estimate intersectoral R&D spillovers, and to pinpoint the sectors that are the most important for innovative activities and the sectors that produce most technologically intensive products. Based on an input-output framework, the technology intensity of fourteen sectors and the interaction between the sectors in terms of technology spillovers are measured. The results indicate that knowledge-based service sectors are highly supply-pulling and value-additive, but low in terms of employments. The study found that computer services, telecommunications, technology services, and art-related services are the most technology intensive sectors.

의료 정보 시스템은 많은 지식과 의료 인력과의 연계가 필요하기 때문에, 멀티 에이전트 시스템의 활용 영역으로 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 의료 정보 제공을 위한 멀티 에이전트 시스템인 MAMI(Multi-Agent system for Medical Image)의 에이전트 플랫폼의 설계 및 구현 대해 기술한다. MAMI는 여러 의료 정보 중 의료 영상을 위한 멀티 에이전트 시스템이다. MAMI의 가장 중요한 구성 요소로서는 에이전트 플랫폼을 들 수 있다. 에이전트 플랫폼은 에이전트들이 동작할 수 있는 물리적 기반을 제공해 준다. MAMI는 FIPA(foundation for Intelligent Physical Agent)가 제안하는 관리 모델을 따르고 있다. MAMI에서는 COM(Common Object Model)과 XML(Extensible Markup Language)로 인코딩된 ACL(Agent Communication Language)을 메시지 교환에 이용하고 있다. 의료 영역의 특성상 의사와 같은 의료 전문 인력과의 연계는 반드시 필요하다. MAMI는 이를 위해서 의료 인력을 하나의 에이전트로 개념화하여 시스템에 연결한다. MAMI의 에이전트 플랫폼은 소프트웨어 에이전트와 휴먼 에이전트들이 지식을 공유하기에 적합한 물리적 기반을 제 공해주어 지능형 의료 정보 서비스를 용이하게 해준다.

최근에 전자문화지도에 대한 관심이 늘어나면서 다양한 주제를 기반으로 한 전자문화지도들이 연구 및 개발되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 기존의 전자문화지도들은 대부분 단일 주제로 제작되므로 주제들 간의 연관성 분석이 어렵고, 전자문화지도들이 서로 연계되어 있지 않아 다양한 관점을 기반으로 한 활용이 미흡한 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 하나의 전자문화지도에 레이어 기능을 활용하여 다양한 주제들을 표현하는 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 이를 기반으로 전자문화지도에서의 주제별 중첩 기능을 활용하여 주제들 간의 연계 관계를 효율적으로 파악하고 다양한 주제들의 연관 관계를 통해 새로운 지식을 도출해 낼 수 있는 활용 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution calls for creativity - convergence talent. In addition to having mathematical knowledge, they can create new technologies by linking them to other fields. This social trend is also reflected in the 2015 revised curriculum, and plans to further expand the STEAM education emphasized since 2011. Many teachers who had previous experience with STEAM training were satisfied with the STEAM teaching effectiveness. However, the reality is that the lack of expertise in other subjects is causing a burden on the ongoing implementation of convergence education. One way to alleviate these teachers' burden is to find the STEAM elements and then apply. Since the convergence education is required continuously, it is necessary to analyze the textbook according to the 2015 curriculum. In this study, we examined how the elements of the STEAM were apply in 7th grade textbooks. Based on the classification framework proposed by Yakman (2008), a new classification framework was devised and applied to the analysis.

Digital library system is an area of multimedia data production system which can differentiate itself from the traditional libraries. While the major role of the traditional libraries is servicing the customers, digital library system is a total system which produces new-formatted knowledge from the existing and new information, and servicing the knowledge to the customers. Thus digital library system must incorporate open and standardized document formats such as SGML, and make the knowledge shareable among the other digital library systems. In order to do show the efficient implementation for the effective digital library system, a technical alternative will be introduced as performing the Digital Library Pilot project.

The advantage of ontology leads a new knowledge system through integrating existing knowledge system and descriptive element of the concept. This study based on the advantage of ontology, providing a modeling education ontology that considered educational circumstances and related objects-person, organization, educational resources and so forth. Therefore, this study developed the framework for education ontology that provided link between school library and MLA to practice teaching-learning activity, these characteristics of educational ontology were as follows : the first, utilizing the existing education metadata and ontology, the second, representing a concept of educational ontology, subsequently defining classes and properties of education domain, the third, adding new classes and properties to connect existing classes and properties.
