It is not easy to achieve the essential goal of knowledge management, which is to strengthen individual competence and organizational competitiveness, only by collecting distributed knowledge in the centralized knowledge repository conducted so far. In order to establish a sustainable knowledge ecosystem, we must expand knowledge production through exchange and cooperation, not independent knowledge production. Through this, producing meaningful and high-value knowledge resources becomes possible. Therefore, this study aims to design an integrated service platform that stores science and technology knowledge resources and reproduces and evolves knowledge through opening, sharing, and utilization. In order to evaluate its excellence, Five experts evaluated the designed platform on detailed items classified into planning adequacy, platform effectiveness, platform efficiency, and roadmap adequacy. The evaluation score averaged 95.56 points for the above four evaluation items.

지난 30여년 간 우리나라는 추격적인(catch-up)기술개발을 통해 효과적으로 선진국과의 기술격차를 좁히는데 성공하였다. 그러나 기술부문의 제조생산에는 큰 발전을 이룩하였음에도 불구하고, 원천기술(original technologies)의 기초가 되는 연구는 매우 미흡한 수준에 머물고 있다. 따라서 성장엔진으로서 새로운 기술을 창출할 수 있는 지식이 활발히 생산될 수 있는 여건을 조성하는 차원에서 과학기술정보인프라정책에 관심을 강화할 필요가 있다.

21세기 지식 정보화 사회를 이끌어갈 학생들이 고등학교에서 배운 내용들을 실생활 속에 적용시킨 수 있도록 하기 위해 통계 교육의 목표를 '지식정보화 사회에 사는 시민으로서 통계를 근거로 생산된 각종 정보의 해독 이해 능력을 갖게 하고 다양한 정보로 지식을 생산할 수 있는 능력을 함양하는 것'으로 설정한 후 첫째, 현재의 초등학교로부터 고등학교까지의 교육과정 및 교과내용에 대해 살펴보았고, 둘째, 보다 효율적인 통계 교육을 위한 교과 재구성 방안을 제시하였고, 셋째, 학교 현장에서의 통계 교육의 실태 및 문제점에 대해 알아보고 더불어 개선방안에 대해서도 살펴보았다.

본 논문은 지식경영의 기술적 기반을 확보하고 숨어있던 지식을 명시화하여 공유하는 데 성과를 거두고 있는 지식경영 선도기업들이 지식경영 활동을 업무 성과와 직결시키기 위해 시도하고 있는 활동들에 주목한다. 지식경영이 업무와 별개로 이루어지는 것이 아니라 업무 프로세스와 통합되기 위해 필요한 요인들을 탐색하기 위해 우선 현장 전문가들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 반영한 설문지를 바탕으로 지식경영 사용자들을 대상으로 조사를 실시한 후 확인적 요인분석 기법을 활용하여 각 요인들의 타당성을 검증하였다.

현재 S회사의 생산공정은 전 과정에 걸쳐 통합된 정보처리 체계가 없고, 생산계획 및 통제 과정에서의 복잡한 계산 및 중요한 의사결정이 담당자의 경험적 지식에 의존하고 있다. 이러한 상황의 한계로, 현재의 생산공정계획 및 생산실행계획은 시간적 제약이 크고, 유연적인 수정이 어려울 뿐 아니라, 통계적 분석의 자료체계가 부실하다. 그러나, S회사는 보다 개선된 공정관리를 위해 새로운 생산계획전략의 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 하나의 접근방법으로써 DEVS 형식론을 바탕으로 공정을 효과적으로 모델링 및 시뮬레이션화 하였다. 생산계획의 핵심부분인 전문담당자의 경험적 지식을 체계적 규칙으로 정리하여 모델에 반영하였고 이를 통해 습득된 시뮬레이션 결과를 분석하여 생산계획 전략의 신뢰할만한 평가기준을 마련하였다.

Fashion Industry is one of the Knowledge Based Industry. The firms which produce the fashion merchandises should shirt to new paradigm of creating new image to delight customers. New image and design is derived from each designer's creative mind. However, self management team work of designers is more creative power than each independent designer's work. This study recommends that the Korean fashion firms implement self management team, concurrent product design and development and Just-in-Time Ⅱ based on sharing information and knowledge with the supplier to set competitive advantage. It can not only reduce cost and improve speed of management and the qualify of products but also satisfy and delight customers.

While this paper will be of interest to Convergence of Knowledge and Border Thinking, one of my main concerns has been to open the world of mind. Because the convergence of knowledge and border thinking are closely related to the problems of mind. It should be clear from this procedure that the scope of this study is limited. It is not intended to be a definitive account of all problems of mind, bur rather a clear and thorough account of that segment of mind that pertains to an analysis of convergence of knowledge and border thinking. This claim, with their supporting arguments, will be discussed as follow; 1. What our knowledge has been for? 2. Knowledge and convergence of knowledge 3. How is the convergence of knowledge made up? 1) meeting at border 2) mind as a border 3) converging at mind.

These days, it seems to be a core time to build proactive prevention systems for small and medium sized enterprises due to the reinforced safety in the production process and the strong environmental regulations (ES) both at home and abroad. On the other hand, a network of experts that combines the industrial environment and production safety as well as even the knowledge services companies are not quite enough to prepare to support them. In this study, through a survey of experts the current statue of the convergence of industrial environment and production safety were reviewed, and the structure of knowledge ES cluster was proposed to overcome this current state. Detailed strategies such as the development and distribution of ES convergence methodology, ES efficiency analysis and an ES roundtable.

21세기에 들어서면서 경제와 사회는 정보화라는 짧은 과도기적인 사회변화 상태를 지나 지식기반 사회로 급속하게 이전하고 있다. 정보보다는 지식의 중요성과 필요성에 대한 인식이 확산되고 있으며, 지식의 창조, 전달등 지식 생산성이 개인 및 기업, 국가경쟁력의 원천이 되고 있는 점은 주지의 사실이다.
