다품종 소량 생산은 제품개발의 사이클을 단축시켰다. 그 결과 생산기술의 축적에 의존한 제품경쟁력은 그 한계에 이르렀다. 결국 경쟁력 있는 제품생산을 위한 핵심적 전략은 제품개발기간 단축에 있다. 제품 개발기간에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인 중에 설계 오류는 약 50%가 반복적으로 발생한다. 이는 제품 개발 노하우의 체계적 관리가 미비학, 숙련된 설계자가 보유한 제품개발지식의 공유가 잘 이루어지지 않기 때문에 나타나는 현상이다. 비록 설계 지식의 공유를 지원하는 시스템을 갖추었어도, 단순히 설계지식을 저장해놓은 경유에, 설계자가 키워드를 통하여 검색을 하게 되면, 원하지 않는 결과 까지 제공되어, 시스템의 사용이 저조해진다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위해, IKMS라는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템의 설계문서를 XML 형태로 저장, 다양한 문서가공이 가능하게 하였고, 온톨로지를 이용하여 지식 체계를 구성하였다. 이 시스템은 설계자가 온톨로지로 구성된 지식 체계를 통하여, 설계 지식을 공유하였고, 개발중인 제품에 대한 기술적 지식을 가지고 검색하게 함으로서 필요 없는 검색 결과를 최소화 하여, 이용하는 설계자의 일의 로드를 줄이고자 하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 농업 재래지식(indigenous knowledge)이 농업생산과 환경에 미치는 중요성을 알아보고 농업 및 환경교육에 그 필요성을 제시하는 데 있었다. 우리 나라에서는 농업재래지식은 조상 대대로 농업작부체계에서 매우 유용한 농업기술로 이어져 왔다. 그러나 현대의 과학 농업기술에 의하여 최근에 농업 재래지식의 활용은 급감하였고, 이에 대한 체계적인 연구나 보전이 매우 미흡한 상태에 있다. 그러나 미국, 일본, 케냐 등 많은 국가에서는 여전히 농업 재래지식이 농업생산 및 농촌개발 과정에서 그 적용율이 $9{\sim}27%$ 정도로 나타나고 있다. 농업 재래지식은 자연농법 및 유기농법과 함께 중요한 환경보전 기술이므로 실태 파악과 그 보전 방안이 강구되어야 할 것이다.

In this study, we have measured the effects on production inducement, added value inducement, employment inducement and backward and forward linkage regarding the knowledge service industry in Korea. It turns out that the knowledge service industry greatly contributes to increase of added value and employment creation while highly withholds to effect on production inducement and backward and forward linkage effects. In recent, government seeks out new growth driver out of the knowledge service industry. We have found the fact that its direction should be 'production growth of the knowledge service industry' through this study.

This study is focusing on the establishment of knowledge management framework of library, supposed that library becomes an integrated knowledge system offering various types of knowledge. Knowledge management of library based on knowledge ecology justifies the logical and physical roles of library, as the sustainer of the knowledge ecosystem in which all the types of social factors consisting of knowledge ecosystem are Interacting to continuously circulate knowledge. The library as the center of knowledge ecosystem should make sure the systemized environment in which knowledge producer is supported to timely distribute knowledge to knowledge consumer through information professional accomplishing the role of knowledge facilitator.

One of the oldest chestnuts in economic geography is this: Cultural and creative industries strongly gather in large cities and this geographic concentration of economic activities leads to regional development. Of course, depending on the circumstances, such a proposition still holds good. But, under the current paradigm shift to knowledge-based economy, it may be open to question. This study aims to investigate financing and knowledge accumulation in the film industry through an alternative framework for explaining their spatial distributions, "formation mechanism of economic space." From the fact that their production organizations are formed on a project basis, project-based financing structure in the investment stage and knowledge accumulation process in the production stage form both axes of it. Film industry as the most mature industry among the cultural and creative industries does not always concentrate in a certain place (industrial agglomeration) or show metropolis-oriented preference. This allows us to reconsider our long brooding theory.

This research was conducted to evaluate whether knowledge and information resources produced in four educational institutions function as a knowledge management system in the institutions, and to suggest a proposed plan for the foundation of the national knowledge management system. Knowledge and information resources available on the institutes' websites were classified as 'knowledge and information resources of result', 'knowledge and information resources of process', and 'knowledge and information resources of communication'. The application of metadata and the configuration of the search system were examined by content analysis method. From the result, 8 ways to improve the management of knowledge and information resources have been found; the development of standardized metadata and classification scheme, high recognition that the website is a counter for external distribution of knowledge and information resources, various searching skills and the provision of knowledge maps available, provision of linked information for original information acquisition, awareness of the agency managers and homepage managers to the homepages as knowledge management systems, segmentation of appropriate data size unit in a mobile environment work, an organic linkage function of the internal electronic approval system and the homepage have been proposed.

최근 기계공업에 있어서 컴퓨터 이용은, 메카트로닉스 및 CAC/CAM 등에서 볼 수 있듯이 급속히 진전되고 있다. 이와 더불어 생산 기술에 있어서도 소프트웨어의 비율이 중대함과 더불어, 그의 질적 향상 및 생산성 향상이 강력히 요망되고 있다. 이와 같이 소프트웨어의 중요성이 널리 인식 됨에도 불구하고, 생산시스템 전체를 통합적으로 취급할 수 있는 소프트웨어의 체계는 아직 확립되어 있지 않다. 금후 기계공업을 더욱 고도화 시키고, 국제경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 이의 연구개발을 한층 강력히 추진하지 않으면 안될 상황이다. 특히, 숙련공의 기술 및 Know-How에 의존 하는 일이 많은 연삭 가공분야에서는 이러한 전문가의 경험 및 연구로부터 얻은 지식을 컴퓨터의 지식베이스에 집어넣어 인공지능(AI) 기술 및 Expert System을 이용하여 문제를 해결하는 방법은 극히 유효하다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 연삭 작업 표준 설정의 연구의 발전적 연구로서, 최근 급 속히 연구 개발이 진행되고 있는 지식공학을 연삭가공분야에 응용하여, 지금까지 개발한 Siumlation 수법을 상호보강시켜 하나의 지식 처리 system을 구성하고자 한다.

본 논문에서 소개하고 있는 플렉시블 케이블(Flexible Cable) 가공기는 기존의 준자동적인 다수의 생산라인을 한 생산라인에 자동화하여 접목시킨 기기이다. 가공기에 문제점이 발생하였을 경우의 현상을 진단하기 위하여 제작자, 작업자 그리고 R&D엔지니어들의 지식을 수집하고 실제 발생 데이터를 근거로 지식베이스 시스템(knowledge-based system)을 구성하였다. 플렉시블 케이블(Flexible Cable) 가공기의 문제점 진단을 목표로 하여 수집된 지식들을 지식베이스화 하였고 이를 바탕으로 진단 시스템이 구축되었다. 가공기 작동 중 문제점이 발생하게 될 경우 전문가뿐만 아니라 비전문가도 본 논문에서 제안된 지능형 진단시스템을 사용하여 문제점을 빠르게 진단, 파악하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

지식 정보의 생산을 활성화하기 위해서는 데이터의 수집 및 생성, 가공, 관리, 검색하는 기술과 지식정보와 지식 정보간의 연동, 지식정보와 이용자간의 유통 등의 지식정보 시스템과 관련된 기술을 상호 호환할 수 있도록 이에 관한 적절한 지침 및 표준이 필요하다.
