사물인터넷(IoT: Internet of Things)은 지능화된 사물들이 연결되는 네트워크를 통해 사람과 사물 (물리 또는 가상), 사물과 사물간에 상호 소통하고 상황인식 기반의 지식이 결합되어 지능적인 서비스를 제공하는 글로벌 인프라이며, 2017년 2,900억 달러 시장이 예측되는 스마트 폰 이후 유망기술이며 모바일, 클라우드, 빅데이터 기술 등과 융합하여 초연결사회의 핵심이 될 전망이다. IoT의 성공적인 실현을 위해서는 데이터 분석 및 추론, 개방형 시맨틱 플랫폼, 고신뢰 네트워크, 센서-스마트 단말 인터렉션 및 협업, 에너지 하베스팅, 스마트센서 등의 핵심기술 개발과 글로벌 표준화, 정보보호, 사생활 침해 우려 등의 장애 극복을 위해 IoT 생태계 참여자 모두의 협력이 필요하다.

필자는 대략 30년 전부터 전국 각지의 각종 단체에 초대되어 $\ulcorner$농약$\lrcorner$에 관하여 여러 가지 이야기를 해오면서 다양한 질문에 답하고 비판도 받았다. 그리고 너무나도 무책임한 때로는 의분(義憤)을 금할 길이 없을 정도의 정보누적에 의해 $\ulcorner$농약$\lrcorner$이라는 단어가 사람의 건강에서 자연생태계에 이르기까지 $\ulcorner$위험한 물질$\lrcorner$의 대명사가 되어 가는 것을 가슴아프게 생각해 왔다. 이는 분명 전문가가 아닌 어설픈 지식을 가지고 진보적 지식인인 양 하는 사람들과 너무나도 일방적인, 때로는 감정적인 보도자세에 의한 것이라 여겨진다. 어쨌든 쉽게 농약을 의심하는 풍조가 있지만 그로 인하여 간과 할 지도 모른다는 사실이 심히 염려스럽다. 이같은 사례와 함께 농약의 올바른 모습을 2회에 걸쳐 정리해 보고자 한다.

최근 NFC를 이용한 모바일 결제 서비스가 국내 외에서 널리 주목받음에 따라 모바일 결제 시장이 더욱 활성화 될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 따라 지식경제부 기술표준원에서는 2012년 3월 모바일 지급결제를 위한 표준으로 KS X 6928을 제정하였으며, 관련 학계 및 업체들은 안전하고 효율적인 결제 서비스 환경을 위한 다양한 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 모바일 지급결제 표준이 갖는 문제점을 제시하고 이를 해결하기 위해 기존에 제공되는 표준 기술과 NFC의 Signature RTD를 활용하여 안전한 거래 인증 기법을 제안한다.

지식 정보화 사회의 진입으로 인해 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 핵심기술을 보유하게 됨에 따라 국가경쟁력이 강화되어지고 있다. 국가경쟁력이 강회되어짐에 따라 중요 산업정보나 핵심기술이 발생하였으며 이러한 핵심 산업정보를 지키는 것이 매우 중요해졌다. 이에 따라 정부에서 이러한 산업자산을 보호하기 위해 산업보안 관련 부서를 구성하여 다양한 산업보안활동을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 아직 산업보안의 개념 및 학문의 정체성이 확립되어지지 않아 제대로 된 산업보안 활동이 수행되어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부기관의 산업보안활동을 비교/분석하려고 한다. 그리고 산업보안 개념 분석을 통해 정부기관의 올바른 산업보안활동 방향성을 제언하려고 한다.

In recently, the SNS which is the hot issue of the knowledge-based information age use various goal based on human networking. This service construct a human relationship which exchange of information and opinion freely, and can extend the human network relationship using open his profile and closeness others. But, each individual's privacy invasions and pissing based on information open and sharing are rising. In this paper we present a method of protecting the SNS group's communications and information interchangeability efficiently.

부인가능 인증은 수신자가 전송된 메시지에 대한 출처를 확인할 수 있지만, 제 3 자에게는 전송된 메시지의 출처를 증명할 수 없는 인증 메커니즘이다. 이러한 부인가능 인증을 통하여 프라이버시 노출 가능한 전자투표와 전자상거래에서 메시지 전송에 대한 익명성을 보장할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 그룹 멤버의 익명성을 보장하기 위한 환 서명을 이용하여 부인 가능한 서명을 제안함으로써 서명자의 프라이버시를 보호한다. 또한 추후에 서명에 대한 출처 확인이 필요할 경우, 서명자가 서명 생성을 위한 지식을 증명함으로써 서명에 대한 출처를 제 3 자에게 증명할 수 있다.

최근 지식 정보화 사회에 있어서 컴퓨터 네트워크 개방화와 함께 컴퓨터 시스템의 보안 위협이 급증하였다. 또한 기본적으로 데이터 보호에 초점을 맞추고 있기 때문에 접근에 대한 제한이 없으며 응용 프로그램에 따라 보안 운영방식이 다르다는 취약점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 하드웨어 기반 보안상태 모니터링 가시화를 위하여 TCG에서 제안한 TPM 칩을 기반으로 동작하는 컴퓨팅 환경의 신뢰 상태 및 시스템 자원에 대한 상태 정보를 실시간으로 모니터링하고 분기 추적 모니터링을 통해 논리적 에러의 초기위치를 파악하여 가시화한다.

코로나 19(Covide-19)이후 가상과 현실이 융·복합 되어 사회·경제·문학활동과 가치 창출이 가능한 메타버스가 차세대 핵심산업으로 부상하고 있다. 이에 자사 보유 기술, IP(Intellectual Property) 등을 활용하여 메타버스 플랫폼을 구축하고자 하는 기업들이 증가하여 지식재산권을 둔 법적 이슈들이 새롭게 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 상표권 침해를 보호하기 위하여 딥 러닝 기반 객체 탐지모델인 YOLOv5 모델을 활용한 메타버스 환경에서의 상표권 탐지 시스템을 제안한다.

Da-san Jeong Yak-yong(정약용) was one of the notable realist in the late 18th century, the second half of Chosun Dynasty. He accentuate the need of national riches and stabilization of the public welfare through his reformat proposal on actual condition. He regarded geography as the necessary knowledge to achieve the national riches and stabilization of the people's livelihood. We can read the contents on agricultural policy and encouragement of farming in Mokminsimseo(목민심서). In Mokminsimseo(목민심서), as coverage on economic geography, he present various policy of encouragement of agriculture as device of agricultural promotion and urges governors initiative on this. On policy of encouragement of agriculture, he insisted that the farmers have side job like horticulture, sericulture and live-stock farming far their rural economy. In sum, Da-san Jeong Yak-yong regarded economic geography as a important subject under realism which aims at improving and reforming contemporary world against 주자학 oriented Confucian classics.

Rearing knowledge is a significant factor of relevance for rearing practice, and assessment of rearing knowledge and practice is important for infant parents. The author adopted the Child Rearing Knowledge Scale (CRKS) and Child Rearing Practice Scale (CRPS) that were developed and validated by Saramma & Thomas. According to the international linguistic validation process, pilot testing was done based on 20 infant's mothers in one Oketani massage center and one public health center. Descriptive statistic methods and Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test were employed to evaluate the level and compare the mean score according to general characteristics of subjects of the tools. Reliability and validity were tested by Cronbach's alpha and Spearman Correlations. The mean age of the subjects was 33.94 (${\pm}2.99$) years and the mean age of babies was 3.35 (${\pm}0.58$) months. The understanding level of the Korean version of the CRKS and CRPS was 1.80 (${\pm}0.65$) and 1.33 (${\pm}0.54$), respectively. In addition, the CRKS and CRPS were relatively easy to use. The mean score of the CRKS was 22.50 (${\pm}4.89$), which was a moderate score, while the mean score of the CRPS was 30.75 (${\pm}2.04$), which was high. The Cronbach's alpha values of the CRPS were as follows: feeding, 0.71; growth and development, 0.64; cleaning and protection 0.68; infant stimulation, 0.77. There was a significant correlation between infant stimulation of the CRPS and growth and development of the CRKS (r=0.530, p=0.016). The CRKS score of medical staff was significantly higher than that of non-medical staff (p=0.04). The CRKS and CRPS are expected to be used in clinical or community care practice as easy-to-use tools that are easy to respond to.
