Companies' efforts to secure and sustain a competitive advantage in the market may also appear in the form of new product development. This has increased the importance of leveraging knowledge from other companies in a global competition that is accelerating with an accelerating product life cycle and the development of transportation and communications. In order to create valuable knowledge through the exchange and combination of knowledge, the absorptive capacity of the recipient of the knowledge should be considered as important, but also the knowledge protection tendency, which is characteristic of the knowledge transferor, should be considered. However, studies that considered these factors at the same time were very limited. This study examines the effect of suppliers 'absorptive capacity and buyer' s knowledge protection on new product development performance during the joint development of new products. In addition, we investigated the interaction effect between supplier's absorption capacity and buyer's knowledge protection tendency. For this purpose, data were collected for automobile industry, electronics industry and defense industry, where joint development of new products occurred frequently, and statistical verification was performed by regression analysis. The results showed that the absorptive capacity of the supplier was positively correlated with the performance of the new product development, and the buyer 's knowledge protection tendency had a negative relationship with the new product development performance. In addition, the absorptive capacity of the supplier and the buyer 's knowledge protection tendency have an interaction effect on the new product development result. These results suggest that suppliers' absorption capacity is an important factor in the joint development of new products, but suppliers with superior absorption capacity may have a negative impact on new product development performance if buyers have a negative attitude toward knowledge transfer.

This study aimed to identify the level of knowledge, attitude toward the elderly, competence of carers, and the correlation between these variables. Research design employed a cross sectional descriptive study using structured questionnaires. Data were collected from 145 carers who have worked in long term care facilities from June 2014 to September 2014. Descriptive statistics, ANOVA, independent t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficient were performed to identify the relationship among variables. The competence of carers was related to a positive attitude and a higher knowledge of caring for the elderly. Therefore, educational content that considers improvement among carers who have a low level of educational status should be developed. It should require carers to have a positive attitude toward the elderly through improving the job environment in order to increase the quality of long term care.

As the importance of information security grows, the demand of professionals in information security field is continuing to increase. In developing as information security professionals, however, there are practical problems to be solved in advance. This study defines the body of essential knowledge(EBK) for information security professional development; on the other hand, this study suggests a education program as a multidisciplinary major based on the EBK.

This study was a descriptive research conducted to confirm the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities. Subjects were 197 caregiver's and data collection was conducted from July 1 to 29, 2022. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 28.0 program. There was a significant positive correlation between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and self-efficacy(r=.653, p<.001), and patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities(r=.467, p<.001). In addition, the complete mediating effect of self-efficacy was confirmed in the relationship between caregivers' patient safety knowledge and patient safety management activities, and the explanatory power was 46.8%. Therefore, strengthen the patient safety management activities of caregiver's, systematic program development and educational opportunities should be provided to improve self-efficacy.

21세기를 흔히 지식정보화 사회라고 한다. 이는 20세기 산업사회가 자본과 노동력을 기반으로 발전된 것에 비해, 21세기에는 지식과 정보가 주요한 생산요소로 작용하고 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 전쟁의 주요도구들도 농경사회의 창과 칼, 산업사회의 탱크, 비행기, 총포등에서 이제는 정보지식과 기술이 사용되기 시작하였다. 또한, 정보지식 사회로 발전할수록 정보 인프라 의존도는 급격히 늘어나기 때문에 컴퓨터나 네트워크와 같은 정보통신 기반체계에 대한 공격은 국가 사회의 존립을 좌우할 수 있는 매우 중차대한 문제로 부상하고 있다. 본 기고문에서는 이러한 혁신적인 정보지식 사회의 전쟁 패러다임의 변화를 수용하기 위한 여러 가지 공격기술과 방어기술에 대한 최근의 경향과 함께 국내외 기술 개발 현황에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

우리나라는 세계 최고 수준의 IT 인프라를 기반으로 네트워크 및 서비스 융합, RFID 등 u-IT 서비스 확산 등을 통해 유비쿼터스 사회로 빠르게 진입하고 있다. 향후 디지털 융합이 가속화됨에 따라 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 원하는 정보의 획득 활용이 증가하고, u-Health, u-learning 등 IT가 타산업과 융합되면서 높은 부가가치를 창출할 것으로 전망 된다. 그러나 정보화의 급속한 진전에 따른 사회 전반의 편의성과 효율성이 향상하였으나, 해킹 바이러스, 개인정보 유출사고, 스팸 등 역기능으로 인한 피해도 확산되고 있다. 최근에는 네트워크 방어체계를 무력화시키는 지능화된 해킹, 대량의 고객정보 유출, 사회공학 기법을 활용한 피싱 등 이용자의 자산과 프라이버시를 침해하는 사이버범죄 증가 등으로 이용자자산과 권리 보호관점에서의 정보보호의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 향후 시간과 장소에 상관없이 지식정보를 활용하여 편리하고 쾌적한 생활을 누리게 하는 지식정보사회는 예측 불가능한 위험이 곳곳에 산재한 정보위험사회로의 진입을 의미 할 수도 있다. 그러므로 미래사회에서 예상되는 위협을 예측하여 효과적으로 사전에 예방할 수 있는 체계를 마련하는 것은 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 지식정보사회를 향유하기 위한 전제조건으로 작용한다. 이에 본고에서는 미래 지식정보사회에 대비한 정보보호 전략으로 안전한 u-사회 청사진 설계 및 환경조성 선도와 국제화, 사이버위협 예방 및 대응체계의 입체적 조화와 융합, 정보보호 기술 제품 산업간 선순환 촉진과 성장 등 3대 전략을 설정하고 실행방안을 제시한다.

This study was conducted with the goal to identify the degree to which elementary school students' knowledge about personal information protection practices impacted their actual behavior with regard to privacy protection. To fulfill this goal, knowledge about personal information protection was set as (1) knowledge about concepts of personal information, (2) knowledge of the rights of information holders, (3) knowledge about the code of conduct for information protection, and (4) awareness of the value of personal information. As for students' behaviors to ensure their personal information protection those were set as their habits to comply with the personal in-formation protection code of conduct and their efforts to respond and recover from any personal information violation. This study was conducted targeting 510 elementary students. The degree of the students' knowledge and their behaviors was measured by first distributing a self-report survey to the students and then analyzing their responses. The results of the analysis revealed the following: First, it was found that there are no differences among the four factors of knowledge and behavior according to the status of their education. Second, the two factors that primarily affected their personal information protection behavior were found to be their awareness of the information protection code of conduct and awareness of the value of personal information. This study holds significance in that it makes suggestions as to how personal protection practices should be taught to public school students.

경북대학교 이동네트워크 정보보호기술 연구센터(Mobile Network Security Research Center, MSRC)는 2000년 8월 네트워크 분야의 IT 연구센터(지식경제부지정 ITRC)로 선정되어 2008년 12월까지 8년 4개월간의 연구센터로서의 연구, 개발, 인력양성 활동을 성공적으로 수행하였다. 경북대학교 문상재 교수를 중심으로 POSTECH, 부경대학교, 호서대학교, 동서대학교, 경남대학교 등 6개 대학 연간 11여명의 교수진과 57여명의 대학원생들은 물론, 국내외 정보보호 분야의 외부 전문가와 관련 산업체들의 활발한 협력 연구 활동으로 논문, 특허, 산학협력, 표준화 등의 부분에서 우수한 연구 실적들을 도출하며, 지식경제부의 IT 대학 육성 지원 사업을 성공적으로 마무리 하였다.

It is really important that trained professional care givers service pursuer for long tenn care insurance in Korea. This study was done to evaluate the infection prevention knowledge and attitude on nursing caregiver students with one group pre test-post test to compare on the education program. The data was collected by standardized self-administered questionnaire with a total of 128 nursing caregiver students in G city. The data was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 10.0 program such as t-test. The knowledge of infection prevention was significantly increased on pre-education and post-education of Infection Prevention Education Program. It is necessary for continuous education to maintain quality of nursing and improve the knowledge of infection prevention and program development on nursing caregiver.

대한민국은 지식재산권 보유규모만을 한정하면 세계 어디에도 손색이 없는 수준의 지식재산 강국이 되었다. 그러나 세계 4위의 지식재산 보유 강국이면서도, 지식재산권의 활용이나 보호 측면에서는 여전히 많은 노력이 필요한 것이 현실이다. 최근의 지식재산권 통계자료에 의하면, 특허출원 증가율에 있어 대기업은 연평균 18.2%, 중소기업은 2.7%로 중소기업이 대기업에 비해 정체되어 있고, 더욱이 우리나라의 특허활용도는 세계 21위 수준(IMD 경쟁력보고서)이고 보면 지식재산의 보유 양에 비하여 질적 수준이 낮아 가치 창출에 미흡한 편이다. 더욱이 경기침체로 국내 대기업을 비롯한 세계 굴지의 기업들이 생존경쟁과 특허 선점을 위한 글로벌 특허전쟁을 벌이는 가운데 국내 중소벤처기업은 부족한 자금과 인력풀 속에 온갖 특허분쟁에 시달리고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 단순히 물건을 잘 만들어 잘 판매하는 것만으로는 험난한 글로벌 특허 전쟁에서 살아남을 수 없다. 지금껏 개발하여 잘 판매하고 있는데 느닷없이 관련된 권리를 가지고 판매 및 생산을 중지시키고, 수출을 위해 선적해둔 물건을 압류해 버리는 일이 종종 발생되고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 자신의 지식재산권을 지키고 다른 이의 지식재산권을 침해하지 않도록 조심하고, 문제가 생겼을 경우 적절히 대응하는 것은 물건을 잘 만들고, 잘 판매하는 것만큼 대단히 중요하며 어쩌면 큰 수익을 낼 수 있는 투자이기도 하므로, 최근 빈번한 지식재산권 분쟁 대처사항을 점검해 보자.
