A Study on knowledge management of web search engine based on knowledge search community (웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티 기반 지식관리에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 환경에 따른 정보의 지식화현상과 지식경영 추세에 따라 새롭게 등장한 웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티 기반 지식관리에 관한 연구이다. 아직까지 지식검색커뮤니티에 대한 연구를 거의 찾아볼 수 없는 상황에서, 본 연구는 네이버의 ‘지식 iN’, 야후의 ‘지식검색’, 엠파스의 ‘지식거래소’를 대상으로 웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티를 살펴보았다. 지식의 개념을 통해 지식 순환과정을 고찰하였고, 순환과정의 각 단계별로 지식관리를 연구하였다. 더불어 커뮤니티 기반의 지식창출과 지식공유단계에 대한 이용자연구를 하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 보다 건전하고 활발한 지식공유문화조성을 위한 지식검색커뮤니티의 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문은 스마트 디바이스와 소셜네트워크의 커뮤니티 기능을 활용하여 정보와 지식을 위한 실시간 질의응답 시스템을 제안한다. 정보와 지식의 양이 증가 하고 인터넷과 스마트 디바이스의 발전으로 인하여 지식검색의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 현재 컴퓨터는 사용자의 질문을 정확히 이해하고 관련된 답변을 제공해주기 어렵다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 질의응답 시스템은 스마트 디바이스를 이용하고 SNS와 같이 커뮤니티 기반의 서비스를 적용한 실시간 커뮤니티형 질의응답 시스템이다. 사용자의 질문을 분석하여 관심사가 같은 사용자들을 그룹화 하고 관심사가 같은 사용자끼리 질문과 답변을 할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하여 질문과 답변을 효율적으로 주고받을 수 있다. 또한 사용자 피드백을 적용하여 사용자 랭킹을 보여줌으로써 사용자들의 답변률을 향상 시키고 스팸성 답변자에게 제한을 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

  • 현재 전 세계 각국은 지식 경쟁력 확보에 혈안이 되어 있으며, 우리나라는 풍부한 인터넷 인프라를 구비하여 지식 강국으로 발돋움하기 위한 충분한 토대를 마련하고 있다. 특히, 인력은 인터넷 시대의 핵심적 지식 자원으로서, 전문가 두뇌 연계 망(네트워크)의 구축과 운영을 통해 해당 분야 전문가간 협력 및 교류가 진행되면, 지식 정보의 동시 생성, 공유, 활용 체제의 확립이 가능하다 전문가 커뮤니티의 구성원은 정보의 공유와 확산에 자발적으로 기여하는 지식의 선 순환 구조를 이루게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 과학기술 전문가로 구성된 한민족과학기술자 네트워크(KOSEN, www.kosen21.org)를 사례로 전문가 네트워크의 역할과 특징을 살펴보고, 지식 기반 사회에서 전문가 네트워크의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. KOSEN은 지식의 생성, 공유, 활용 등의 지식관리 프로세스를 지원하는 과학기술 전문가 커뮤니티이다. 향후 인적 자원 및 정보 자원의 적절한 연계를 통해 지식의 활용 측면을 더욱 확대하여 본격적인 지식 정보 활용의 장으로 거듭나야 한다. 컨텐트 가치증대를 통한 전문가 참여 확대, 전문가들간 상호 연계의 확대를 통한 소 공동체 형성, 전문가들간 상호 학습, 정보 거래 메커니즘 구축 등의 다양한 방안을 통해 보완될 것으로 기대한다.

  • Along the information technology progresses, the demand for the educational application increases which derives the need for cyber education. Cyber education should take the knowledge construction model rather than the knowledge delivery model. For the educational paradigm shift by cyber education, 'Project-Based Learning' and 'Cyber Learning Community' need to be adopted. In this study, project-based cyber learning community for teacher education is developed with 5 major categories: Home(community vision, general information, project list, Q&A), project learning center(preparation for the instructional activities, group-based learning activities, presentations), meeting plaza(request for group mentoring, sharing ideas, meeting specialist, survey participating, forum participating, result presentation), references(cases of project studies, materials for project studies, materials for teacher education, general materials), management(project management, project cases, idea bank, finding partners, dialog with instructors, sharing references, sharing experiences, survey, forum).

  • 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅이란 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 하나의 컴퓨팅 요소를 통해 해결하기 어려운 문제들을 커뮤니티란 메타포를 통해 해결하고자 하는 방법론이다. 커뮤니티는 어떤 목표를 달성하기 위한 컴퓨팅 요소들의 조직으로 기존의 방법론들이 어떤 문제를 해결하기 위해 하나의 조직에 컴퓨팅 요소들이 고정적으로 존재했던 반면 커뮤니티는 컴퓨팅 요소가 동적일 뿐만 아니라 조직 자체도 동적인 특징을 지닌다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅에서 필요한 롤(Role)과 정책(Policy)을 기술하는 방법과 구현에서 나타나는 문제점을 지적하고, 대안으로 규칙기반 방법론을 역할과 정책의 기술 방법으로 제시한다. 그리고 이를 실제 구현하기 위한 규칙기반 시스템을 소개하고 기존의 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅의 역할과 정책을 규칙형태로 표현하여 규칙기반 시스템을 이용했을 때의 실현성과 효율성을 검증해 보았다.

Development of online learning community using Humhub social network software (Humhub 소셜네트워크 소프트웨어를 사용한 온라인 학습 커뮤니티 구축 방안)

  • In this study, we have developed an online learning community site using Humhub social network software and promote social constructive learning through the questions and answers in subject specific learning groups. By accumulating learning contents which consist of questions and answers about specific topics, learners can acquire knowledge by searching relevant topics and questions and can create and reconstruct knowledge as well as consuming knowledge by participating in self-regulated learning community. We have developed a mathematical editor feature which enables users to enter mathematical expression such as equations and greek characters. Online learning community sites can be used for inquiry based information education.

  • Modern society is complex and rapidly changing, and knowledge sharing is needed to acquire and create knowledge. Knowledge sharing is the act of providing information knowledge and know-how of their own in order to cooperate with or help their colleagues. This study presents a research model using social capital theory to explain the mobile knowledge sharing behavior of virtual community members. Based on previous studies, social capital theory is divided into structural, relational, and cognitive aspects. It was composed of social interaction ties as a measure of structural aspect, trust as a measure of cognitive aspect, shared language, shared vision and relational aspect. After collecting survey data, factor analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22. In this way, we examined how the detailed factors of social capital affect information sharing behavior and how the level of knowledge sharing affects community promotion. The results showed that social interaction ties, shared language, shared vision, and trust affect knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing has had a positive impact on community promotion.

Representing City Image as Regional Geographic Knowledge: Ontology Modeling Approach (온톨로지 방법론을 이용한 지역지리 지식으로서 도시이미지의 표현)

  • Nowadays, the navigation system is very popular to general public and the study of landmarks has an important role to develop the cognitive systems for regional navigation. The city image is composed of landmarks that are well-known to regional community and they are the reference frame for place recognition in urban navigation. In general, the case of navigation can be categorized as two kinds. The first is to explore the new region and the second is to navigate the familiar region. In case of latter, the city image has a critical role in place recognition for regional community. Place recognition of a community might be a knowledge-based inference on the basis of city image which is composed of the systematically connected places. In this study, the mental structure of urban image is regarded as a hierarchical knowledge and represents it as domain ontology for the regional navigation of a community. The city image of a community is assumed as the collection of landmarks, which are categorized as anchor, distant and local according to spatial familiarity of community. Representing city image as a regional knowledge using ontology modeling method is an essential step to make the geographical assumption of a regional community explicit and reusable for the regional agents who will provide the regional guide in LBS age.

  • The national spatial information systems project which is promoted by our country has been extended from existing 2-D geographic information to 3-D spatial information as the basic geo-spatial Information. Most of the construction of the ground geo-spatial information are completed or underway, on the other hand, the construction of the subsurface geo-spatial information has difficulty caused by the lack of the drilling data characterizing the subsurface. In terms of the construction of the geo-spatial information of the subsurface, the subsurface information is constructed and managed by the domestic institutions, but the subsurface information which is possessed by the institutions was not shared mutually so it is managed inefficiently. This study presented the 3-D national underground information DB design by dividing with the ground DB item which configures the state of the ground and the soil DB item which configures the state of the soil in order to increase the efficiency of the construction of the subsurface spatial information. The implementation & utilization of the national underground information application technology was reviewed by applying the constructed DB to the actual model area, and the national underground information knowledge-based community establishment plan was presented.

  • It is library service innovation that leading change as cultural leader in advance of original technology of knowledge information, sharing and forming a new system, creating a new knowledge in feedback relationship, and constructing a specified unique library in active interaction. The purpose of this study is to provide public library a new vision based on pubic library 2.0 service model through library service innovation in digital knowledge information age. This study aims to improvement community knowledge information system of conceptual design based on public library 2.0. It is summarized as follows: First, library 2.0 service model is proposed with library 2.0 definition, principle and essential factor through literal and e-journal search. Second, application case is searched centering around library 2.0 cooperating technology of blogs, wiki, instant messaging, podcast, social networking, flickr. Third, public library new vision is proposed by definition and principle of public library 2.0. This study is conceptual design for next generation public library and is needed follow research for system implementation and test.
