본 연구는 단일 문서로부터 문서가 내포하고 있는 지식정보를 지식구조 혹은 인지스키마로 불리는 형태로 자동 생성하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법을 이용하여 자동 생성된 지식구조는 실제 문서 학습자의 학습 전, 후의 지식구조, 문서의 해당 지식을 명확히 알고 있는 도메인 전문가의 지식구조와의 유사도 측정을 통해 검증하였다. 자동 생성된 지식구조는 학습자의 학습 후 지식구조, 전문가 지식구조와 상당한 유사성을 보이며, 문서의 지식 정보를 인지적인 관점에서 정교하게 표현 하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 기존의 단어 기반의 정보 기술들에서 더욱 고차원적인 지식 정보를 활용한 지식구조 기반 정보 기술의 연구 가능성을 제시한다.

차세대 네트워크에서 이용자 중심의 융합 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 지식을 보유하고 활용하는 서비스 플랫폼 기술에 대한 연구 동향을 분석한다. 먼저 이용자 중심의 차세대 서비스에 대한 요구사항을 분석하고, 이를 만족시키기 위한 서비스 인프라 및 서비스 사례에 대하여 기술한다. 다음에는 차세대 서비스 인프라를 실현시키는 기술 개발 동향에 대하여 살펴보는데, 기반 기술이 되는 통신 서비스 SOA 기술과 이를 바탕으로 진행되는 국내외의 지식기반 서비스 플랫폼 기술 개발 프로젝트에 대한 현황을 분석한다. 마지막으로는 차세대 통신 서비스 플랫폼을 발전시켜 IT 기반 융합 서비스 플랫폼으로 발전시키려는 비전과 표준화에 대한 최근 동향을 살펴본다.

최근 멀티-세션 데이터로 장기간 페르소나와 대화 일관성을 유지하며 인터넷에서 대화와 관련된 지식을 활용하는 대화모델 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이를 위한 한국어 멀티-세션 오픈 도메인 지식 기반 대화 데이터는 공개되지 않아 한국어 대화모델 연구에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국어 멀티-세션 오픈 도메인 지식 기반 데이터의 필요성을 시사하고, 데이터 수집을 위한 툴을 제안한다. 제안하는 수집 툴은 양질의 데이터 수집을 위해 작업자들이 사용하기 편하도록 UI/UX를 구성하였으며, 대화 생성 시 텍스트뿐만 아니라 정보가 밀집된 테이블도 대화에 활용할 지식으로 참조할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 제안하는 수집 툴은 웹 랜덤채팅 시스템에 기반을 두어 작업자가 여러 다른 작업자와 같은 확률로 매칭되게 구현되었으며, 일정 확률로 기존 대화로부터 대화를 시작하도록 함으로써 멀티-세션 대화 수집이 가능하도록 하였다.

In this paper, I describe a knowledge-based question-answering system and significance of the system with a view to constructing a fact database. The knowledge-based system takes advantage of existing NLP-resources such as conceptual structures of ontologies along with morphotogical, syntactic and semantic analysis. The use of conceptual structures allows us to select right answers through inferences basically made by expansions of concepts. However, the work of constructing factual knowledge requires a great amount of acquisition time in large-scale applications because of the nature of human interference. This is why the procedure of acquiring factual knowledge cannot be fully automated. Apart from efficiency considerations. the knowledge-based system deserves serious consideration, I point out benefits of the system and describe the whole procedure of building the system in terms of a fact database.

지식기반시스템에서 지식의 일관성을 유지하는 것은 신뢰성 있는 추론 결과를 위해서 필수적인 요소이다. 추론은 지식을 기반으로 행해지기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 새로운 지식이 지식베이스에 첨가되기 전에 기존의 지식베이스의 지식들과 첨가될 지식과의 일관성 여부를 검사한 후 일관성이 유지될 때만 지식이 첨가되는 시스템을 구축하였다.

인터넷의 자유로운 접근을 통해 웹기반의 가상 교육이 널리 퍼지게 되었고, 웹에서의 교육이 하나의 교육의 형태로 자리잡게 되었다. 따라서 가상 교육을 통한 새로운 지식창조를 위한 인재양성을 위하여 정보 인프라와 정보서비스의 활용이 중요시되는 지식기반사호로 진입하고 있다는 점에서 종래의 단순한 지식 전달에만 중요시되었던 가상교육의 학습형태에서 벗어나 새로운 지식의 창출을 도와주는 바람직한 지식정보화 방향정립이 필요하다. 이를 통해 본 논문은 학습 정보를 구조적으로 구성하고 관리하여 학습자에게 빠른 피드백과 적응적인 학습물을 제공한다. 또한, 능동적인 학습내용의 체계화로 학습자 스스로 학습에 대한 주도적인 역할하며 전달받은 정보를 자신의 내면적 지식으로 바꿀 수 있는 빠른 학습효과를 가져올 수 있다.

Recent educational policy by coalition government in UK is called knowledge turn. A core competency-based curriculum based on the relative knowledge of the social constructivism and postmodernism has been strongly endorsed by the previous new labor government. The view of knowledge regards knowledge as constructed socially, and emphasizes personal everyday knowledge. But the knowledge-based curriculum based on absolutism is strongly endorsed by the current coalition government. It emphasizes objectivity of knowledge. Social realism criticizes both absolutism and relativism on knowledge. Social realism places disciplinary knowledge above everyday knowledge, and considers disciplinary knowledge as powerful knowledge. But it doesn't mean that social realism neglects everyday knowledge. Rather, social realism empathizes relating disciplinary knowledge to everyday knowledge. Recent Living Geography and YPG(Young People's Geographies) project by the Geographical Association is based on the social realism. The aims of the project is to connect academic geography related to young people's geographies with student's everyday geographies, and academic geographers as mentors, tutors and students together are to make school geography curriculum through conversation.

This study addresses two aspects related to knowledge management systems. First, it introduces knowledge management systems for broadcasting stations to develop a specific model. Second it introduces the team-based approach as a methodology for designing and developing knowledge management systems. Beginning with a discussion on the concept of knowledge management, this paper examines the characteristics, current situations and evolved paradigms of broadcasting stations. In addition 6 web sites of broadcasting stations are analyzed. The team-based approach is also presented in some detail on how it can be applied to other organizations. Results of this study show a knowledge management system with five subsystems for broadcasting stations.

본 논문에서는 지식에 대한 개념을 정의하기 보다 지식의 life-cycle을 통한 지식의 생성과 소멸을 모델화함으로 지식을 설명하려 한다. 본 논문은 노나카의 지식 창조 모델을 기반으로 하고 기존의 KMS들을 분석하여 일반적인 지식 life-cycle 모델을 도출하였으며, 기존 모델의 문제점을 보완하여 새로운 지식 life-cycle 모델을 만들었다. 이 모델과 앞으로의 지식관리 시스템 발전 방향을 고려하여 지식 관리 시스템 아키텍쳐를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 이 아키텍쳐를 근거로 지식 관리 시스템을 구현하기 위한 6개의 컴포넌트를 도출하였다 6개의 컴포넌트는 지식 생성, 지식 분배, 지식 측정, 지식연결, 지식 검색, 지식 저장이다. 이 컴포넌트들로 지식 관리 시스템의 prototype을 구현해 본 결과 지식life-cycle을 단계적, 부분적으로 지원하지만 부족한 부분이 있는 것을 발견하였다. 향후에는 지식 생성과 지식 연결 컴포넌트를 강화하여 전체적인 지식 life-cycle을 지원할 예정이다.

A knowledge-based expert system has been developed implementing the ambiguous process of conceptual design of flywheels in earlier design stage to assist the selection of proper flywheel types and dimensions. Knowledge for the flywheel design consists of the rules for conventional as well as super flywheels and other informations required for the design process. Those knowledges were extracted from literatures and some experts in the field. With these knowledges, an integrated knowledge based expert system was developed to help users with informations and facilities to design flywheels interactively using a commercial package of knowledge-based system called INSIGHT2 of backward chaining and proprietary package of forward chaining written in LISP language. The developed system consists of the knowledge base part and calculation park : the first one consists of main module and user level modules and the other one is to assist in analyzing the stress distribution in the flywheels and deciding the flywheel dimensions and specifications for various types of flywheels using proper data bases and graphic facilities. With this flywheel design software, several examples were tried generating acceptable design results.
