교사가 효과적으로 수업을 하려면 계속해서 개선을 해야 한다. 교사들이 자신의 수업을 계속해서 반성함으로써, 또한 교수와 학습에 대한 지식이 변함에 따라 수업이 변하고 발전한다. 따라서 이상적인 교사는 꾸준히 변하는 교사이다. 이러한 교사역할에서의 변화가 요구되는 합의가 암묵적으로 이루어지고 있으므로, 교사의 역할을 인지적 관점과 사회적 관점으로 나누어 살펴보고, 교사교육을 실행공동체에서의 참여의 변화과정으로 개념화하여, 교사교육 프로그램의 방향과 효과에 대하여 알아본다. 이에 따른 바람직한 교사의 변화 방향을 탐색하여 수학 교실 향상에 대한 앞으로의 시사점을 얻는 것이 이 논문의 목적이다.

수학교육 개혁에서 강조되고 있는 교실 문화의 변화는 교사가 그 개혁 방향을 이해하고 자신들이 지향하는 가치와 우선 순위를 수업에 어떻게 적용하느냐에 달려 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이와 관련하여, 본 논문에서는 문헌을 통하여 교수 방법에 영향을 미치는 교사 변인 (교사의 학습 및 교수 경험, 지식, 신념, 개별인성특징) 및 사회문화적 변인 (문화적 ${\cdot}$ 교육적 규준, 교육과정 개발과 운영, 교사교육, 전문적 모델과 교사공동체)을 찾아내고 이를 기초로 하여 수학 교사의 교수 방법에 영향을 미치는 요소를 질적으로 분석하기 위한 구체적인 개발면담 질문을 제시한다.

Extracting students' own culture and resources as main sources in science class, we begin a research to explore teaching and learning settings that are more responsive to adolescents. This study has been designed to explore the funds of knowledge that students bring into middle school science class. It also focused on the features of teaching and learning settings that stimulated the autonomous inflow of students' funds of knowledge as resources of science learning. Data from participant observations and in-depth interviews with 7th grade students were qualitatively analyzed based on grounded theory. We found that students' funds of knowledge were formed from their family life, neighbor communities, peer group, and pop culture. The funds of knowledge based on peer culture emerged as the most salient factor of students' enhanced participation and utterance. Common features of classes that stimulated the inflow of funds of knowledge were analyzed to be: (1) hybrid spaces for learning designed in advance: (2) sharing and enlargement of the funds of knowledge that has been brought into the class: and (3) common orientation of the community of practice for knowledge co-construction and shared outcomes. From these findings, this paper discussed the educational implications for promoting students' potential resources to actual sources of science class. It also discussed students' development of participation specifically among the generally marginalized students. Science classes based on the funds of knowledge of students offer an increased possibility of knowledge co-construction through the hybridized interactions of student's everyday lives and science knowledge and lead to more meaningful learning experiences.

This study investigated knowledge browsing behavior as the factor affecting the increase of knowledge sharing intention. To conduct this study in the specific context of knowledge seeking and sharing behavior of virtual community members, literature on knowledge seeking behavior, meta-knowledge, and knowledge sharing intention was reviewed. Structural Equation Modeling was conducted to analyze survey data to test the research model of this study. The result showed that knowledge browsing have positive effects on creating of virtual community members' subject knowledge and meta-knowledge, which, in turn, affected positively their knowledge sharing intention. One of the main contributions of this study is that knowledge seeking behavior influence one's knowledge sharing intention in a virtual community. Organization managers should consider knowledge seeking behavior as not only a self-interested, consuming activity, but also a productive one through its function of constructing subject knowledge and meta-knowledge.

The present paper examines the effect of "community of learning" factors as well as learning and contextual factors on the e-learning performance empirically. The concept of community of learning, which was derived from community of practice, has not been emphasized in previous studies on e-learning. Data were collected from 226 people who had experienced e-learning and multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results are as follows; First, learning motivation and appropriateness of learning contents, ease of system use, and knowledge sharing have a positive effect on learner's satisfaction. Whereas, learning motivation, appropriateness of learning contents, ease of system use, knowledge sharing, and activated communication are appeared to affect the ability of performing tasks significantly.

Firm which implement knowledge management initiatives have found interest in nurturing voluntary knowledge sharing organizations, called communities of practice(CoP). One of the fundamental problems for adopting or implementing CoP is how the firms can measure the performance of CoP. Despite interest in CoP by firms, empirical studies on CoP performance measurement are rare. Thus, this study intends to help the organizations by introducing CoP performance measurement framework based on the previous researches. The framework is further validated by comparing with the eight actual cases. Finally, we propose three propositions regarding the CoP performance measurement.

In this study, we have developed an online learning community site using Humhub social network software and promote social constructive learning through the questions and answers in subject specific learning groups. By accumulating learning contents which consist of questions and answers about specific topics, learners can acquire knowledge by searching relevant topics and questions and can create and reconstruct knowledge as well as consuming knowledge by participating in self-regulated learning community. We have developed a mathematical editor feature which enables users to enter mathematical expression such as equations and greek characters. Online learning community sites can be used for inquiry based information education.

The meaning of fengshui was another cultural ecological environment in the pre-modern in Korea. Village residents made interrelations with village natural environment by the medium of the geomantic landscape. The functions of cultural ecology through the village fengshui are as follows: the spatial location, the population inflow, the regulation of the community's production or construction or land-use, the adjustment of the environmental carrying capacity, the environmental management, the forming of the collective environmental perception and attitude. Village fengshui is a cultural adaptation strategy to the local environment for the village residents. Fengshui can be evaluated as a traditional cultural ecological way and knowledge system for keeping sustainable village environment in East Asia.

In the information society public libraries are situated in a rapidly changing social environment. Coming of post-printing era, expansion of knowledge, enhancement of social reflexivity, and growing flexibility of jobs, etc are bringing both crisis and opportunity to them. In order to take chances public libraries must collect materials in D/B format as well as printed and computer-file forms, and enlarge assistance to educational and research activities of residents and business firms. In addition, they must contribute to reducing information divide, increasing communal interactions, and providing leisure activities. It is required for them to develop a variety of programs and strengthen publicity among residents.
