This paper is to make strides toward an enriched understanding of mathematics teacher learning and professional development. Different theoretical frameworks in understanding mathematics teacher learning are reviewed, followed by a discussion of the relationships of knowledge and teaching practice. This paper then analyses contemporary conceptions about effective professional development and, in particular, deals with teacher learning in inquiry communities. This paper introduces a research project describing transition processes from teacher- centered mathematics classroom culture to student-centered culture and analyzing teacher learning in communities and its concomitant change in teaching practice. On the basis of the emerging problems in doing the project, this paper finally addresses some crucial issues on teacher learning and professional development, including the management of an inquiry community, the description of teaching practice from the researcher's perspective, and the analysis of teacher learning in communities.

This study analyzes that Korea online-game emerges by naturally developed demanders, not by intentional suppliers(government/firms). Knowledge Ecological Approach is used to explain the emergence of Korea online-game industry. The research shows several knowledge factors that Korea online-game developed successfully. First, newly developed human resource(mainly lead users) play a strong positive feedback in the knowledge ecology system. The interactive system consists of social & environmental actors(local/global technological textbooks, universities, informal education institutes, companies etc.). Second, early developers start up venture firms through on/offline creative communities which give them project based job experience. Policy implication of the research is that the naturally emerged knowledge ecology, where various actors interact efficiently, determines the fountain new industry rather than discontinuous, intentional physical resources.

The premise of the study is that teacher communities or teacher interest groups are one of the representative examples of Communities of Practice (CoP) formed by teachers who engage in the process of collective learning regarding science teaching. Based on the theory of CoP, we investigated and interpreted the process of identity development of six science teachers who have been actively involved in teacher communities. We conducted 2-3 individual interviews with the teachers in order to explore their narratives and personal experiences of being involved in the communities over the years. Results indicated that a teacher community is a place where the teachers not only generated and shared repertories of ideas, documents on teaching and learning, or routines (i.e. practices), but also formulated a set of relationships through social participation. Teacher communities actively provide the teachers a sense of joint enterprise and identity, and where the teachers have an opportunity to develop themselves personally and professionally as science teachers playing major roles in their communities.

과거 재료가공 위주의 산업시대에는 에너지가 산업의 가장 중요한 열쇠였으나 현대 산업사회에서는 부가가치를 지식과 정보로부터 창출해낸다. 그러므로 21세기에는 지식정보와 커뮤니케이션이 산업의 가장 중요한 열쇠가 될 것이다. 현대 기업환경의 변화는 과거와 다른 양상으로 나타나고 있고 한편 경영자들에게는 기업경영과 기업의 의미에 대해 새로운 패러다임을 요구하는 상황에 이르렀다. 이러한 변화 추세로 21세기를 예측해 본 학자들은 대표적인 조직모델로 소위 '가상기업을 내세우고 있다. 가상기업이란 특정 프로젝트가 끝나면 해체할 수 있는 전략적 제휴에 의해 임시로 형성되는 조직체이다. 이 논고에서는 현대 기업환경과 기업조직의 변화로 인한 가상기업 개념의 출현배경을 알아보고, 아직까지 애매 모호한 이 개념을 정의하고 그 모델을 제시한다. 그리고 정보기술의 응용과 공용 인터페이스의 활용으로 어떻게 이러한 형태의 가상공동체를 형성하고 관리할 수 있는지 고찰해보고, 21세기 지식경영시대에 가상기업형 조직의 경영을 위한 지식정보시스템 구축의 예로서 재단법인 충청지역정보원의 통합정보시스템을 소개한다.

세계 에이즈 회의는 UNAIDS, IAS(국제에이즈협회)가 주관하는 행사로서 개최 초기에는 에이즈라는 질병 자체에 대한 새로운 별견을 공유하는 데 주력했지만, 점차 에이즈 자체에 대한 지식이 축적됨에 따라 사회, 공공 보건, 공동체 기반 사회, 지역별, 국가별로 전개된 특수한 경험을 공유하고 함께 이해하는 것에 중점을 두고 전개되고 있다. 단일한 질병을 주제로 한 국제 행사로는 최대 규모라는 점에서 에이즈가 전 인류에게 미치고 있는 심각한 영향을 확인할 수 있는 자리였다.

현재 Grid 공동체에서는 여러 종류의 저장 시스템을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 저장 시스템간에 호환성이 유지되지 않아 서로 다른 클라이언트 라이브러리를 사용해야 하는 문제점이 있다. 그래서 저장 장치에 접근하는 방식을 표준화하고자 하여 GridFTP[1]라고 불리는 프로토콜이 제안되었다.

디지털 혁명과 새로운 매체환경 변화로 이제 잡지산업은 잡지언론으로서의 역할과 지식산업으로서 성장하기 위한 새로운 전략이 요구되는 시점에 서 있다. 컴퓨터와 정보통신의 결합은 새로운 공동체와 새로운 소통양식을 낳았다. 특히 새로운 소통양식에서는 개인 정보 발신자를 등장시켰는데 독립웹진이 그 예라 할 수 있다. 송신측면에서는 단일 거대 미디어 업체가 정보내용과 정보유통을 독점하는 구조가 흔들릴 수 있다.

This study was to examine the generative process, contents and normative practice of social workers practice knowledge and grope the suggestion for the reconstruction of social work knowledge. The authors approched with reflective narrative method, Data were collected from six social workers who have engaged in social work. As result, when they have confronted unaccountable phenomenon they generated knowledge through self - reflection and these confirmed, reproduced through normative practice. The researchers proposed the abduction resoning form for the knowledge development method in social work practice field, the reinforcement of human studies in social workers educational process, reconstruction of the network practice.

"미래패키징 신기술 정부포상"은 미래지식산업인 패키징산업 종사자의 긍지와 자부심 함양의 계기를 실천하고, 패키징산업 종사자의 사기진작과 패키징산업 활성화를 도모하기 위해 제정된 행사로, 패키징산업 기술인의 기술개발 의욕을 고취하고 패키징산업 기술성과 및 산업발전 기여도에 대한 정부포상을 실시함으로써 발전하고 있다. 특히 한국국제포장기자재전(KOREA PACK)과의 동시개최로 패키징산업 종사자간 정보교류 극대화 및 공동체 의식 함양으로 일체감을 조정하고 있다는 평가다. "2011 미래패키징 신기술 정부포상" 결과, 지식경제부장관상 4점 지식경제부장관표창 2점을 비롯해 주관기관장상과 후원기관장상 등을 선정, 포상의 영예가 돌아갔다. 시상식은 6월 14일 경기도 일산 KINTEX 그랜드볼룸에서 있을 예정이다. 본 고에서는 "2011 미래패키징 신기술 정부포상" 수상작들의 패키징 동향 및 유공자들의 공적 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

Ciatation analysis is a information analysis method based on the phenomenon of citing previous documents in the source document. There are many well-known studies exploring citation analysis and it applications. This paper does not attempt to review this extensive area of applications, but to demonstrate the sociological aspect of citation analysis. Specifically, this paper have reviewed the citation analysis as a quantitative method for the studies of sociology of knowledge. For this, I have described various basic methods such as citation behavior, citation count, impact factor, citation relationship etc. And I have classified into four applied areas of sociology of knowledge; (1) flow of knowledge resources, (2) evaluation of knowledge resources, (3) evaluation of knowledge community, and (4) utilization in terms of knowledge policy. Finally, I have clarified the some limitations and shortcomings of citation analysis that have addressed by citation and citation analysis itself.
