지식경영을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서 기업은 지식경영을 구성하고 있는 요소를 정확히 이해할 필요가 있고, 이러한 중요 요소에 따라 투자가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 지식경영의 중요 요소들을 제시함으로써, 앞으로 지식경영을 계획하고 있는 기업이 효과적으로 지식경영을 추진할 수 있는 활동 지침 및 투자 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 각종 국내외 지식경영 관련 문헌에서 논의된 사항을 중심으로, 지식경영을 구성하는 30개의 중요요소를 추출하고, 분석계층도(AHP)를 이용하여 지식경영을 달성하기 위한 요소들을 위계적 구조로 정리하고, 최종단계에서 238개의 지식경영 구현의 평가기준을 마련하였다. 또한 실제로 지식경영 구현 요소들의 상대적 중요성을 파악하기 위해, 먼저 국내에서 지식경영을 추진하고 있거나 관심을 보이고 있는 48개 기업의 담당자 및 관련 부서원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 동시에 지식경영을 실제로 수행하고 있는 13개 기업의 담당자를 대상으로 각 기업에서 추진하고 있는 지식경영의 현황 파악을 위해 지식경영 실천의 평가기준에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 이 두 가지 설문 조사 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 기업에서는 지식경영 구현 요소 중에서 인프라 내의 프로세스와 프로세스를 구성하는 지식의 활용과 전파 등이 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 반면, 실제로는 인프라 내의 정보기술과 프로세스를 구성하는 다른 한 축인 지식의 창출과 축적 면에 투자가 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에도 지식화, 성과와 가치의 연계 그리고 지식의 가시화 등의 요소들은 상대적 중요도 인식과는 반대로 지식경영 추진에 있어 외면당하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식 경영의 이러한 불균형을 시정할 수 있는 방향으로 앞으로의 투자가 수행되어야 할 것을 제안하고 있다. 산업의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적 중률을 나타내었다.(ⅱ) managemental and strategical learning to give information necessary to improve the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technological effects. The importance of Knowledge Management (KM) can be easily recognized in many diverse aspects of the theory studies and in KM's efforts to help implement the government's policy to innovate corporation management. The core of KM is to improve the circulation of knowledge by generation, accumulation, sharing, utilization and acquisition by learning. The improvement of knowledge circulation would result in high quality and quantity of intellectual assets in corporations and make decision-making more efficient. This, too, is the operational philosophy of the special libraries. The primary objective of this study is to promote KM by presenting KM methodology and by explaining a theoretical background and cases, based on the existing special libraries. I cite an example of a case wherein merging intellectual assets and human resources activated the company culture. The reference service system, which is the core of the special library, was used in this merging.

Since early 1990s, construction companies in Korea have tired to adopt knowledge management(KM) which has been emphasized by enterprises in advanced countries and academic researches to sustain competitive advantages. However, concentrations were onto applying KM without measuring current status level of knowledge management in their organizations. Therefore, competitive advantages can hardly meet their prior expectations, still less penetrating into the organizations. As a result, this research presents strategic model measuring organizational status of knowledge management originated by interviews and questionnaires on companies.

Knowledge Management(KM), represented as a way to sustain or gain competitive edge in domestic construction companies since late 1990s economic fluctuation, whose priority is to transform individual tacit knowledge into explicit organizational one. Also, accompanied by academic researches, they come to turn their interests on KM leveling and its results. However, they went too far to KM results without commenting what their KM capabilities are and where they should lead. Thus, this research work suggests a leveling model for KM, especially construction company, whose role is to diagnose which parts they should be encouraged or how to strengthen their present capabilities.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationships among the determinants of knowledge management and knowledge management, and it's consequences, and the moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationship between the determinants of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management, and the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences. In the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences, knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer are positively related with personal and intra-organizational, and inter-organizational effectiveness.

21세기는 ${\lceil}$지식${\rfloor}$이 국가경쟁력을 좌우하고, ${\lceil}$지식경영${\rfloor}$이 기업의 성패를 가름하는 글로벌 지식경제 시대가 될 것이다. 이에 정부에서는 21세기 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되는 지식기반 경제구축을 위하여 중소$\cdot$벤처기업과 문화$\cdot$관광사업과 같은 지식기반산업을 육성하고 전국민의 신지식화를 추진하는 것을 주요 국정지표로 정하고 경제개혁 노력을 전개하고 있다. 특허청에서는 향후 우리경제의 주체가 대기업이 아닌 고부가가치형 기술개발과 지식경영을 추구하는 중소기업임을 인식하고, 이러한 창의적 중소기업이 기업경영의 핵심자산으로 특허 등 지식재산권을 적극 창출 활용하는 것을 유도하기 위하여 ${\lceil}$중소기업 지식재산권 운동${\rfloor}$을 추진하고 있다. 본문은 특허청에서 ${\lceil}$중소기업 지재권갖기 운동${\rfloor}$을 지원하기 위하여 제작한 자료로 지식재산권에 대한 소개, 지재권관련 정부지원제도, 산업재산권 정보이용, 특허관리 성공사례 등 다양하고 종합적인 내용을 담고 있어 중소기업이 지식재산권 확보를 바탕으로 지식경영를 추구하는데 도움이 되도록 하였다.

In the Knowledge-based economy, it is inevitable for companies to implement knowledge management(KM in short) to improve management performance. In order to better understand the KM, it is necessary to examine the relationship between success factors of KM and KM performance in agribusiness sector. This study empirically analyzes the impact of success factors of Knowledge Management on companies' management performance in agribusiness cluster. From the survey data of 43 companies located in Sunchang fermented soybean products Industrial cluster, the study finds that four factors- learning culture, network, knowledge sharing and knowledge creating- influence management performance in a positive way. It also examines whether Industrial cluster strategy functions as a moderator between KM success factors and companies' performance. Furthermore, this study concludes that Sunchang fermented soybean Industrial cluster has not reached to the final stage of KM and suggests elements for further improvements.

최근 기업의 경영패러다임 바뀌고 있다. 기업은 정보시스템의 통합을 ERP나 BPR등에 의해 이루어 왔으나, 최근 보이지 않는 개인의 암묵지식에서 새로운 경쟁력을 찾으려 하고 있기 때문이다. 참조적인 기업은 조직원의 정형화되어 있지 않은 지식의 가치를 중요하게 여기게 되었고, 이러한 지식을 조직의 정형화된 정보와 함께 경쟁의 원천으로 보는 지식경영 이론으로 발전하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 지식경영 인식도와 정보기술의 활용이 정보시스템을 새로운 차원으로 통합하는데 영향을 줄 것이라는 가설과 함께 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다.

최근 기업들은 글로벌 경쟁과 국내외 경영환경의 빠른 변화로 인해 과거와 같은 경영방식과 생산수단으로써는 경쟁에서 이겨나가기가 어려워지고 있다. 이와 함께 정보와 지식의 효과적인 활용을 통한 기업 경쟁력을 향상하려는 지식경영에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식경영의 성공요인들을 계층분석과정(AHP)을 통해서 찾아내고 성공요인들간의 상대적인 중요도를 파악하여 지식경영을 도입하려는 기업들에게 성공적인 도입을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

세계경제는 지식이 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 글로벌 지식경제시대로 진입했다 할 수 있다. 즉 지식이 국가 경쟁력을 좌우하고, 지식을 활용한 다양한 경영활동이 기업의 성패를 결정짓는 지식경영시대가 도래 한 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라의 IT기업에 종사하는 종사자들을 대상으로 하여 프로젝트 참여자, 조직의 특성, 관계자의 특성이 지식의 공유 및 활용에 어떠한 영향을 주며 이는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인가를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제시한 모든 요인들이 지식공유 및 활용에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 이는 작게는 특정 프로젝트의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 크게는 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
