오늘날의 정보화사회에서 지식의 가치와 중요성이 키게 부각되면서 국내의 기업들 뿐 아니라 정부조직에 이르기까지 지식경영의 도입이 가시화하고 있다. Microsoft사에서는 Knowledge Management Landscape 모델을 개발하여 지식경영을 구현하고자 하는 조직의 실제 지식경영 활동 현황 진단을 할 수 있는 잣대를 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Microsoft사의 KM Landscape 모델을 소개하고 이에서 제시하는 지식경영 발전 단계별 전략 모델을 소개하고자 한다.

In previous research, large companies were analyzed to focus on their past management performance and patent rights, but in this study we looked at the variability in future sales of small and medium-sized enterprises with patents through empirical analysis. We looked at how the quantitative and qualitative value of patent rights affect management performance of company. We used 'the number of patents' as the quantitative value of patents, 'the average score of patents' as the qualitative value of patents, and the average sales growth rate as the management performance of company. Through a discriminant analysis using the statistical program SPSS, both independent variables used in this study were significant for distinguishing between companies with an average growth in sales more than twice that of general small and medium-sized enterprises and those with less than twice the average sales growth rate. Therefore it is meaningful to provide stakeholders with an analysis framework on how sales will change in the future using the results of this study during guarantee or loan screening for small and medium-sized enterprises with patent rights.

This paper is to outline a methodology for establishing the fair market value of knowledge assets that may be associated with a going-concern business enterprise and identify the elements of knowledge assets and provide the basic concepts for valuing thorn Within this contort we will identify the nature of some of the more common or well-know forms of knowledge assets, discuss the normal relationship of these forms of knowledge assets to the monetary and tangible assets of a business enterprise from an investor's perspective.

IT 기업과 같이 그들이 보유한 지식이 수익 창출의 근원이 되는 기업들은 개인의 경험들을 조직의 지식으로 변환하고, 보존하여 그들의 구성원들이 이러한 지식을 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 지식 경영의 중요성을 강조하는 많은 선행연구들은 이러한 활동이 조직 학습을 가속화시키며, 경쟁력을 강화시킴으로써 시장 변화에 대한 대응능력을 강화시킬 수 있음을 강조한다. 그러나 구성원들의 가용 시간이 곧 생산을 위한 투입 요소가 되는 IT기업에 있어서 지식관리활동은 조직 구성원들이 수익 창출을 위한 업무수행 시간을 할애해야 하고 동시에 비용을 발생시키는 딜레마를 안고 있다. 이러한 이유로 IT기업의 경우 시간과 재원의 배분은 전사 적 전략수립에 있어서 매우 중요한 정책 결정이 됨에도 불구하고 이제까지 이를 종합적인 시각에서 이해하고자 하는 연구는 그리 많지 않았다. 본 논문은 한 IT기업의 사례를 통해 비재무적 자산인 지식을 효과적으로 관리하고 이를 통하여 재무적 성과를 극대화하기 위한 시스템 다이내믹스 모델의 전략적 활용방안을 모색해 보았다. 이러한 시도는 경영자를 비롯한 의사결정 자들이 지식의 동태성과 이에 영향을 미치는 여러 영향요인들에 대한 단선적인 이해를 벗어나 종합적인 견지에서 기업이 보유한 지식의 구조와 행태를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이며 이를 통하여 기업의 지식관리 전략 수립의 기초를 제공해 줄 것이다.

지식경영시스템(Knowledge Management System)이 활성화되기 위해서는 지식경영 활동의 핵심영향요인들을 고려하여야 한다. 그러나 수많은 지식경영시스템이 정보기술 측면만을 고려하여 단순정보를 관리하는 정보관리시스템으로 전락하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기업의 성공적인 지식경영을 위하여 지식경영에 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 도출하고, 각 영향요인이 지식경영시스템의 활성화에 영향을 주는지에 대한 수치화가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지식경영시스템 도입 시 고려해야 할 영향요인을 도출하고 각 영향요인별 필요도(Importance)와 이행도(Performance)로 수치화하였다. 또한 각 영향요인을 고려하여 구축된 지식 경영시스템의 사례를 통하여 지식경영시스템의 구축효과에 대한 결과를 측정하고 효과에 대해 검증한다.

최근 기업들은 지속적인 경쟁우위를 획득하기 위해 지식경영을 도입하기 시작하였으나, 이에 대한 구체적인 검증을 거치지 못한 상태이다. 특히 지식경영의 필요성과 중요성을 인식하면서도 지식경영하부구조, 지식경영 성과와 관련된 연구는 아직까지 활발하게 논의되지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지식경영 하부구조와 지식경영 수준과의 관계, 그리고 조직의 성과에 대한 영향요인을 파악하여, 성공적인 지식경영 수행을 위한 지식경영 하부구조를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 국제합작사업 기업들을 대상으로 합작사업 참여기업 간 특성이 지식공유 및 활용과 합작 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 국제합작사업 참여기업 간 특성을 참여기업간 계약준수, 사업참여동기 및 의지, 경영자율성, 조직문화들이 지식공유 및 활용과 합작성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치며 또한, 국제합작사업 기업들만이 가지는 특징을 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

Knowledge management(KM) is a concept that has emerged explosively in the business community as a major issue of the 1990s. In this paper, the background and definition of KM and some major issues such as central groups and themes dominating the field of KM are outlined In brief. In particular, a descriptive model is proposed integrating explicit knowledge, tacit knowlegde and the infrastructure, and its key characteristics are examined in detail. Also a few methods to build efficient KM systems(KMS) as well as some conventional practices in KMS, and the librarian's role in KMS realization are briefly introduced.

The current economy is summarized by increasing business competitiveness and leaner organizations, and the risk and uncertainties inherent in such dynamic environments have increased the importance of managing organizational knowledge. Like the preceding, the construction industry is required to make an effort for survival and takeoff, and most construction companies recognize that knowledge management improves efficiency and effectiveness and the necessity on the innovation of business itself and it is the current of the times. But at this point in time, companies have doubts about performance following the introduction of KM, and set to show interest in developing a measurement method. So, This study analyzes the existing model for performance measurement and based on results derived, presents the method for performance measurement.

Industrial cluster is adopted as a key policy for the development of regional and national economies in many developed or under-developing countries. The industrial cluster is basically concerned with knowledge sharing and exchanges among diverse functions such as firms, research institutions, and universities in a regional or innovation-network context. Therefore, activities to promote knowledge sharing and exchanges in an industrial cluster become very important activities to reach to the original purpose of an industrial cluster. In this study, factors affecting performance of those activities to promote knowledge sharing and exchanges in an industrial cluster are defined and the effects are examined through empirical study. For this research, surveys on enterprisers and employees in industrial cluster were conducted and statistical analysis methods such as correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and canonical correlation analysis were adopted for analyses.
