본 발표에서는 화면에 띄운 교통도로지도 위에 현재 위치를 표시해주고 가고자 하는 목적지를 지시하면 목적지까지의 가야할 경로를 영상화면 상에는 물론 음성으로 지시함으로써 운전중에도 이를 사용할 수 있도록 하는 주행안내시스템을 설명한다. 본 연구의 특성은 주행중의 특정 위치를 지날 때마다 이를 운전자에게 음성으로 알림으로서 매번 화면을 확인하는 수고를 덜 수 있으며, 특정지점을 찾고자 할 때 지도를 뒤적거리는 수고를 하지 않아도 순간적으로 특정지점을 포함한 주위의 지도를 화면 상에 볼 수 있고 주유소 위치 정보등을 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 교통의 분산과 더불어 통신망, 전화망, 상하수도 및 지적도 등에 유용하게 응용될 수 있다.

근래 정보 시스템의 흐름은 생산 분야의 관리뿐만 아니라, 고객과의 관계를 중시하는 CRM(Costumer Relation Management)과 공급업체와의 협업 관계를 유지하는 eProcurement시스템에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 즉, 기존에는 단위 생산 시스템의 관리에 중점을 두었지만 최근에는 그 외부 요소들에 대한 관리의 중요성을 인식하게 되었고 이를 통징하여 공급망 관리(SCM Supply Chain Management)라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 공급망 관리에서 필요한 생산 계획수립 문제에 대해서 살펴본다. 특히 고객과의 관계에서 중요한 기능인 납기 회답을 지원하는 생산 계획 수립의 실행 주기에 대해서 살펴본다. 첫째, 단위 생산 시스템에서 사용하는 작업지시(Work Order)와 구매 지시(Purchase Order)를 생성하는 정규계획 모델에 대해서 설명한다. 정규계획 모델에서 필요로 하는 정적 정보와 동적 정보의 수집 및 계획의 실행을 담당하는 ERP 시스템과의 관계에 대해서 정의하고 정규계획 모델의 운영 주기를 정의한다. 둘째, 정규계획 모델과 상호 협조하면서 납기 회답을 지원하는 납기회답 모델의 설계에 대해서 살펴본다. 정규계획 모델과 달라지는 입력 부분의 정의와 정규계획 모델과의 상호 관계를 정의한다. 다음으로, 정해진 납기를 지키기 위해서 정규계획 모델에서 고려래야 하는 요소에 대해서 알아본다. 가장 중요한 것으로 작업 부하와 생산 용량을 고려한 계획 일자(PST)와 고객 납기와 제조 공정 LT를 고려한 계획 일자(LPST)중 최소값을 원자재의 납기 일자로 사용하는 것을 제안한다. 동시에 신규 구매 지시 계획을 생성하기보다는 기존에 발생된 구매 지시의 우선적 사용과 기존 구매 지시의 납기 일자를 고객 납기에 가장 잘 맞출 수 있도록 변경하는 방안을 제시한다. 이렇게 함으로써 최대한 고객 납기를 만족하도록 계획을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 계획 모델을 사용함으로써 고객 주문에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있고, 계획의 투명성으로 인한 전체 공급망의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다.

Many experts predict that 21st century will be knowledge-based society. That is, knowledge beside labor, capital will be recognised as important assets and powerful competitiveness. The main aim of government-supported research institute is to evolve R&D activities and to diffuse them. And all process including R&D activities can be called to knowledge life cycle. This paper reviews understanding of KM and information professional's role in research information center. Sometimes, CEOs misunderstand that only building of knowledge management system is sucess of knowledge management initiatives but the most important factors of its success are human and culture of knowledge sharing, not H/W systems. Information professionals must be consultant, analyst, content manager, planner and marketer, knowledge manager to practice knowledge management initiatives successfully.

우리나라는 2000년에 제조물책임법이 제정하여 2002년 7월 1일부터 시행하였으며, 제조물의 제조, 설계, 표시등의 결함으로 인하여 발생한 손해에 대한 제조업자 등의 손해 배상책임을 규정하고 소비자의 결함 입증부담 경감과 피해자의 보호를 도모하자 하고 있다. 제조물의 표시등의 결함은 지시결함이나 경고결함에 관한 것으로 제조자는 그 위험에 의한 사고를 방지 회피할 수 있도록 소비자에게 정보를 제공하여야 하나 이를 이행하지 않아 발생된 결함이다. 본 논문에서는 A사(社)의 공기정화기 B모델 사용설명서에 나타난 정보제공사항을 주의 경고표시 가이드 등에 따라 검토하였으며, 그 결과 일부 지시 및 경고사항에서 보완해야할 사항이 발견하였다. 보완사항은 제안사항으로 기업내부 에서 처리하되 전문성이 부족한 분야는 외부의 PL전문가의 협력하에 바람직한 개선안이 도출될 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, most companies are using information technology and its importance is emphasized daily. In an environment where technology is changing rapidly, organizations focus on making good use of reasonable information technology. However, having excellent human resources and reducing turnover is a problem for most organizations. Accordingly, job satisfaction is a factor that can reduce negative factors and enhance positive factors. Therefore, this study explored the factors that can improve job satisfaction. In this regard, this study conducted an empirical analysis on employees who work in small and medium-sized Korean enterprises. We focused on mobile instruction and mobile information sharing as reasonable factors that improve employee job satisfaction. In addition, we examined the effects of employee self-efficacy to increase the influence of reasonable mobile task instruction and mobile information sharing on job satisfaction. Through the results, this research suggests ways to improve employee job satisfaction in the field of small and medium-sized Korean enterprises. It also provides practical implications and discusses future research directions.

Plate(후판) design은 수요가 주문시 지정size(두께, 폭)로 부터 당사 압연 process를 거치면서 발생하는 지시대비 실적간의 차이를 보정하여 최종적으로 산출하게 되며, 이러한 과정은 제품생산시 size 부족으로 인한 불량 발생을 방지하는데 그 목적이 있다. Process진행중 size실적은 .gamma.-ray등 각종 측정기기로 부터 자동 측정되며 이는 process computer로 부터 main computer로 일별 전송되어 3개월 동안 조업관리 DATA BASE에 누적관리되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 조업실적을 근거로 제조과정에서 발생하는 size오차를 probability theory과 MULTI-REGRESSION 기법을 적용하여 DESIGN LOGIC을 개발, 제품 실수율을 향상하는데 그 목적이 있다.
