This study is strategically researched to regain the signification of capstone design by correcting the errors neglected the importances of meetings in the convergent English translation capstone design. For this, intial-meetings were designed to be students-centered except for explaining some basic knowledge and information. Mid-meetings were completely students-centered for the students to present their ideas, debate the contents and give feedbacks to one another. Final-meetings were also students-centered for the students to adjust and confirm the results. To validate the importance of students-centered meetings, the qualitative study has been done through interviewing students. In the interviews, almost all of them said they had motivation, confidence, and self-efficacy. Finally attempting capstone design in the future, students-centered meetings should be considered important. Hopefully this kind of capstone design will be used and studied continuedly and lively as a useful method in the field of English education.

The purpose of this study is to implement the convergence thinking in problem-based learning (PBL) on paramedic education. PBL scenario course was conducted for 78 students in the third year of emergency medical technology during the first semester of 15 weeks in 2017. After 15 weeks, data of 73 students were analyzed. Among questions about learning interest in PBL, 'neutral' was the most frequent response with 38% for "PBL scenario classes were more effective in learning and acquiring knowledge than lecture class". For "The lessons learned in the class helped to improve the ability to come up with appropriate solutions for problem solving", 57.5% responded 'agree', and for "The lessons learned in the class helped with confidence in the emergency scene", 50.7% responded 'agree'. PBL will be an effective and efficient way of teaching as a learning curriculum for understanding the field situation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among perfectionism, stress, and burnout in college golf athletes. Participants were 221 college students. Self-oriented perfectionism and socially prescribed perfectionism were found to be the antecedent variables causing stress. Self-oriented perfectionism reduced personal accomplishments, and socially prescribed perfectionism increased the level of burnout. Additionally, perceived stress not only engendered emotional exhaustion but also reduced personal accomplishments. Regarding indirect effects, self-oriented perfectionism and socially prescribed perfectionism increased the level of stress and affected athletes' emotional exhaustion and lack of accomplishments. The results will be of use for helping athletes to escape from the perfectionism that occurs due to their obsession with winning, thus laying the foundation for athletes to continue to enjoy their sports.

In the pursuit of sustained innovation within industries, the consistent emergence of high-growth potential startups is imperative. Despite the government's implementation of diverse investment-based policies aimed at fostering startup initiation, the inherent probability of post-establishment failure for startups remains substantial. This study examines the impact of internal factors on organizational commitment and corporate performance in startups. It emphasizes the significance of learning and networking orientation for commitment across various organizational aspects. Innovativeness affects emotional and normative commitment but not continuance commitment. Financial attributes and global orientation influence continuance commitment, while affective and continuance commitment significantly impact startup performance. Normative cohesion, however, does not significantly affect performance. These findings offer insights for optimizing human resource utilization in startups, benefiting both companies and governments in the evolving startup landscape.

This study suggests art makeup design by utilizing the characteristics of psychedelic works. The study analyzed the concept of being psychedelic and art makeup based on precedent studies and publications, and classified the psychedelic characteristics as being those of mysterious, optical illusions, and playfulness. After selecting the work featuring the characteristics of being psychedelic, six works were created with this motif, by integrating the airbrush, the pictorial, and the object techniques of the art makeup expression techniques. As a result, it was demonstrated that the design that has utilized the characteristics of psychedelic works could be applicable to art makeup. Next, the confluence of art works and art makeup can serve as an approach to drawing creative designs. Thus, this study suggests a direction for extending the creativity and variety of art makeup design, and a continued development for art makeup design by further confluences with various areas is expected

The aim of this study is to suggest the fitness Avatar model for increasing physical activities in individuals with SCI(spinal cord injury). With the increasing of the disable, the ratio of individuals with SCI is also increasing. Avatar is a movable image that represents a person in a virtual reality environment or in cyberspace. With the expansion of new technology, such as video games and virtual reality, there has been an increase in the interest of using virtual reality in therapy. It is not easy for individuals with SCI to access tho sports facilities due to paraplegia. The increasing physical activities based on virtual reality will be the most innovative and future-oriented approach. First, building a system and establishing a comprehensive support system is essential to activate and spread variety of physical activities for individuals with SCI. Second, providing a appropriate feedback and identifying the effect of intervention will be considered.

Our country is a nation accomplished the economic growth and democracy at the same time on the bases of human capitals. However, the laborers as human capitals are aging as well due to the population aging. These aging phenomena are impacting on our country's economy, society, and through the culture. It seems to increase the proportion of the elderly in the labor market of private security caused by continuously increasing the number of elderly employees in long-term trend and their preferences for the security services. These changes of labor market trend may result various problems including relevant laws and systems, the changes of laborers' ability, increase of crimes and so on. To prevent such potential problems, firstly the limits of maximum working hours of elderly private guards have to be set up, and the rest times for them must be secured. Furthermore, the declines of elderly laborers' abilities have to be reduced through the systematic educations relevant to their jobs to cover the rapidly declining elderly laborers' physical abilities. Lastly, the increase of crimes should be reduced through the education contents to be able to arouse their attentions by extending the time of job training and informing of criminal cases.

The increasingly severe environmental problems such as resource depletion and ecological damage, and consumers' concern for sustainable fashion, make the fashion industry chain develop towards green energy saving. The purpose of this study is to explore the attitude and consumption psychology of specific groups towards sustainable fashion consumption, as well as their specific views and attitudes towards recycled textiles or fabrics for re-manufacturing clothing. This paper attempts to understand how the characteristics of recycled clothing affect consumer. Based on the review of relevant literature, a series of determinants affecting consumer behavior is determined, and the characteristics of recycled products, such as expression value and social value, are determined. An online questionnaire was designed based on this conceptual framework, and 226 valid, complete answers were received. The results show that the emphasis on social value and environmental protection consciousness can effectively affect consumers' decision-making. These findings were helpful to the research of whole green environmental protection and ecological clothing recycling industry system, promote the sustainable development of the clothing industry.

As the number of security incidents and damages increase steadily, interest in the security of society is growing, and the amount of academic interest and research is steadily increasing. However, despite these concerns and the quantitative increase in research, the terms 'security' and 'safety' have been mixed and studies have been conducted without the conceptual definition of various security terms being clearly defined. As a result, various forms of security concepts based on ICT environments have been misused. Therefore, we tried to derive the consensus of experts among the various security terms which are mixed in this study, and to summarize the concepts based on the analysis of domestic and foreign documents based on the concept of the terms. Through this research, we intend to contribute to the establishment of the academic identity of security by preventing related mistakes caused by the mixed use of terminology.

As systematic information protection and management is recognized as an organization's core value, organizations are pursuing a shift from an individual-centered information management method to an organization-oriented information management method. The Enterprise content management system(ECMS) is a solution that supports document security and information sharing by insiders and is being introduced by many organizations due to recent technological developments. The purpose of this study is to present a method of improving performance through continuous use of the ECMS from the user's point of view and also suggest a method to improve the intention of continuous use through the expansion of the technology acceptance model. This study surveyed the employees of organizations that adopted the ECMS and verified the research hypothesis derived from previous studies through structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, usefulness, and ease of use affected on the intention of continuous use of the ECMS, and the knowledge sharing culture and the ECMS quality factors affected the technology acceptance model factors. The results of this study have academic and practical significance in terms of suggesting a plan to increase the usability of the ECMS from the user's point of view.
