The social welfare facilities are trusted by the government for the development of appropriate welfare services and their delivery systems. They aim to provide people with professional social welfare services and, for this purpose, they develop ways to effectively operate facilities and to deliver the services efficiently. So far, the five consecutive evaluations based on the Social Services Act have suggested the effective and systematic ways of operating social welfare facilities. Through these efforts, they established an important basis for the balanced development and further advancement of social welfare facilities. Nevertheless, people have continually pointed out problems concerning the evaluation system of social welfare facilities. Accordingly, these problems have the necessity of investigation for reformed directions by means of effective control and evaluation system for the operation of social welfare facilities. Therefore, this study aims to suggest convergence models for improving the social welfare facilities evaluation system.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the type of Sanhujori subjectivity experienced by husbands of pregnant women, and analyzed the characteristics of each type. Method: Q-methodology was used and 207 statements were extracted. Finally, 37 Q-samples were derived and 40 P-samples used the 9-point scale to distribute statements. Data were collected from March-May 2018 and analyzed using PC-QUANL program. Results: The analysis of factor weights and variables showed that 48.0% of the total variance was explained by three types of subjectivity, namely, 'couple-centered pursuit of women's health', 'expecting emotional recovery and requiring social support', and 'each family makes their own family system' for which the explanatory powers were 38.1%, 5.8%, and 4.1%, respectively. Conclusion: This study is meaningful as it explores Sanhujori from the viewpoint of husbands; its findings can be used to both evaluate Sanhujori service in Korea and provide basic data to develop convergent services for Sanhujori.

The government and private companies are endeavoring to help the digital healthcare industry grow. This includes easing regulations on the big data industry such as the amendment of the Data 3 Act. Despite these efforts, however, there have been constant demands for the amendment of laws related to the medical field and for securing medical data transmissions. In this paper, the Data 3 Act of Korea and the legal system related to healthcare are examined. Then the legal, institutional, and technical aspects of the strategies are compared to understand the issues and implications. Based on this, a legal and institutional strategy suitable for the digital healthcare industry in Korea is suggested. Additionally, a direction to improve social perception along with technical measures such as safe de-identification processing and data transmission are also proposed. This study hopes to contribute to the spread of various convergent industries along with the digital healthcare industry.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of ChatGpt's quality on users' satisfaction and intention to continuous use it. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting college students in the Busan and Gyeongnam regions, and responses from a total of 155 people were verified using the SPSS 28.0 program. As a result of the study, reliability and stability among ChatGPT quality factors were found to have a positive effect on satisfaction with use and intention to continuous use. Satisfaction with the use of ChatGPT was found to have a positive effect on intention to continuous use.. Satisfaction with use was found to have a positive mediating effect between the reliability and stability of ChatGPT quality and intention to continous use it. As a result of this study, we aim to contribute to suggesting educational and policy directions necessary to promote the use of ChatGPT by presenting factors that affect users' intention to continuous use ChatGPT among the qualities of ChatGPT.

Phishing scans through wired telephones have been evolving into smissing and pharming. While we use wire or wireless telephones, text messages, e-mails, and online-banking conveniently, the ways of hacking and phishing attacks are getting developed and various. This paper investigates the various aspects of attacks depending on the kinds of phishing and suggests general prevention measures. In addition, the user-oriented practical preventive measures and government-driven long term measures are proposed in this paper. Technological developments, short or long term preventive measures proposed by the government, and continuous public relations could be solutions since in a short time, it could be difficult to eradicate phishing scams evolving continuously. Besides, the internet media as well as SNS are great helps in promoting the preventives against phishing and smissing. Finally this paper asserts that the newly developed service technology should be made carefully without security problems.

조호환경이란 환자의 지속적인 추적 및 관찰이 필요한 환경으로써, 병원 입원실, 요양원 등을 의미한다. 조호환경 내 환자의 이상 증세가 발생하는 시간 및 이상 증세의 종류는 예측할 수 없기에 인력을 통한 상시 관리는 필수적이다. 또한, 환자의 이상 증세 발견 시간은 발병 시점부터의 소요 시간이 생사와 즉결되기에 빠른 발견이 매우 중요하다. 하지만, 인력을 통한 상시 관리는 많은 경제적 비용을 수반하기에 독거 노인, 빈민층 등 요양 비용을 충당하지 못하는 환자들이 수혜받는 것은 어려우며, 인력을 통해 이루어지기 때문에 이상 증세 발병 즉시 발견에 한계를 가진다. 즉, 기존까지 조호환경 내 환자 관리 방식은 경제적 비용과 이상 증세 발병 즉시 발견에 한계를 가진다는 문제점을 가진다. 따라서 본 논문은 YOLO 모델의 조호환경 내 환자 탐지 성능 비교 및 바운딩 박스 앙상블 기법을 제안한다. 이를 통해, 딥러닝 모델을 통한 환자 상시 관리가 이루어지기에 높은 경제적 비용문제를 해소할 수 있다. 또한, YOLO 모델 바운딩 박스 앙상블 기법 WBF를 통해 폐색이 짙은 조호환경 영상 데이터 내에 객체 탐지 영역 정확도 향상 방법을 연구하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine related variables that improve learning outcomes in collaborative learning. Based on literature reviews, emotional intelligence was used as a variable of personal character, communication ability and collective intelligence were used as variables in learning process, and learning satisfaction, and persistence were used as variables of learning outcomes. Data were collected from 3,475 students at A university, and were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, it turned out that emotional intelligence had a significant and positive impact on communication ability, collective intelligence, learning satisfaction, and persistence. Second, communication ability influenced collective intelligence and persistence positively. Third, collective intelligence influenced learning satisfaction and persistence positively. Fourth, learning satisfaction had a significant and positive impact on persistence. These findings offer basic data for collaborative learning by revealing the structural relationships among related variables that improve learning outcomes in collaborative learning of college students.

This study is to determine the relationship between gaming behaviors by mobile game users and intention of continuous use of games. A behavior is a reaction against some subject or event, and in general, it brings consistent action and predictable reaction. For this study, the survey has been performed to adult mobile game users over 20 years old in Korea and China, and the collected data have been used in the hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0, the statistical package program. As a result of study, if gaming behaviors are not concerned, more male not from Korea (from China) showed higher intention of continuous use. Furthermore, as a result of evaluating the effect of gaming behaviors of mobile game users on intention of continuous use, cognitive behaviors and behavioral attitudes also showed significant positive correlation.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze and provide implications for the impact on performance, focusing on Environmental Sustainability, innovation orientation, and integrated activities among the factors necessary for sustainable management of SMEs. 366 copies obtained from executives and representatives above the department head level of domestic manufacturing SMEs through professional research companies were used for the final analysis, and the research hypothesis was verified using SmartPLS 3.0 and SPSS 25. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that Environmental Sustainability had a significant effect on social integration and technology integration, and innovation orientation had a significant effect on social integration and technology integration. In addition, it was confirmed that social integration and technology integration factors had a significant effect on the sustainability performance of SMEs. Based on these research results, theoretical, practical, and future research directions could be presented. According to the results of this study, it can be expected that manufacturing SMEs will be able to receive help in establishing strategies related to innovation orientation, social integration, and technology integration to achieve sustainable performance.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of oral health status on daily life of elderly women. The subjects of this study were 142 elderly women aged 60 years or older who were surveyed through questionnaires, interviews, counseling, and oral examinations. The SPSS program was used for frequency analysis, descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the number affected on daily life were 1.4 in average and the oral health condition was the highest at scaling (59.4%). When the oral status was unsatisfactory, it was found to be uncomfortable in daily life. In case of oral pain, oral status and poor removal of calculus, the number and frequency in daily life were increased. In conclusion, the oral health of elderly women can improve their daily life ability and affect the quality of life. Therefore, a systematic oral care plan is needed through the expansion of oral health promotion education for elderly women and the development of continuous preventive programs.
