간략하지만 최신 기술이 적용된 무정전전원장치에 대해 소개하였다. 전원 장치는 새로운 특성을 요구하는 부하가 지속적으로 출현함에 따라 지속적인 발전이 이루어져야 할 것이며, 고성능화, 고기능화, 저가격화, 소형화, 무소음화 등을 실현하기 위한 전력 전자 기술이 발전할 것이다. 그리고, 사용자의 편의를 위해 원격 감시, 원격 제어 기능은 물론 운전 DATA 기록 및 관리 기능이 탑재되어 신뢰성을 극대화할 수 있고, 운용상 애로가 없도록 주변장치의 개발 및 보완 기술이 적용되어야 할 것이다.

Through the UN 2030 Agenda adopted by the United Nations, sustainable development is bringing about many changes around the world. While discussions continue on the roles of libraries in supporting sustainable development in library communities, specific discussions on this have not been made enough. This study reconsidered the roles and functions of libraries to support sustainable development and discussed approaches to which libraries can perform in terms of informational, social, cultural, and environmental aspects. It also proposed a plan to allow libraries and librarians to lay the groundwork for supporting the sustainable development of society by reconsidering the roles of librarians as the core of all library activities to support sustainable development.

지난 60년간 일본, 한국, 중국은 물론이고 아시아에서의 공정 산업은 크게 성장했다. 그 발전과정에서 다양한 사고들을 겪고 극복해내는 과정이 있었으며, 최근 한국의 화학물질관리법을 포함하여 안전 기술 및 안전 관리에 많은 진전 또한 있었다. 이 발표의 서두에서는 한국의 공정산업의 역사적 발전에 대해 뒤돌아보며 당면 과제들에 대한 논의를 전개하고자 한다. 장기적인 경제발전의 일환으로 중화학공업 육성을 표방하며, 초기 단계에 정부주도의 적극적인 산업 발전 계획을 수립해 산업의 성장을 주도하였으며, 1990년대에는 어려움을 극복하기 위해 시장 중심의 구조 조정이 도입되었다. 지난 30년 동안 한국사회에서는 가스 폭발, 건물 붕괴, 화물 및 여객선의 사고를 비롯한 치명적인 사고들이 있었다. 이러한 사고 후에는 필연적으로 안전 정책 및 법률에 중요한 발전이 있었는데, 가장 최근의 것은 2012년 유독 가스 배출 사고 이후 화학물질관리법(Chemical Control Act)을 시행한 것이다. 또한 앞으로 20년간 (2036 년까지) 다양한 구성요소의 수준을 정량화할 수 있는 지속 가능성 개념에 대한 강한 요구가 있음은 주지의 사실이다. 지속 가능성의 새로운 패러다임은 에너지, 경제 및 환경의 전통적인 구성 요소로 구성된다. 더불어 지속 가능성은 안전, 보안 및 세계화(globalization)를 다루어야 한다. 미래의 지속 가능성 개념은 이러한 6가지 구성 요소 모두를 하나의 기능으로 정량적으로 통합할 것이다. 특히 이 작업에 대한 강력한 리더십은 화학 공정 산업에서 절대적으로 부족한 현실이기에, 이러한 기능의 통합과 특화된 교육 및 훈련에 대해 한국의 사례와 해외에서의 글로벌 응용 프로그램에 대란 논의를 통해 본 발표는 향후의 발전방향과 비전에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to propose a model for education for sustainable development (ESD) within the geography curriculum. The study consists of two parts. The first part discusses the normal view of a model to assess the curriculum, namely the content and the cognitive dimensions. The ESD component necessitates an action program with skills and citizenship considered as the Objective Dimension. The second part of the paper examines the means for adding the Objective Dimension which follows a taking action approach through knowledge, skills, and citizenship that are consistent with ESD goals. The research procedure applied the methodology of the Delphi process. The theoretical model was initially developed by the researchers based on current practices in geography assessment in South Korea and the U.S. The model was tested using the Delphi technique by high school geography teachers and geography education faculty members in both countries who were recognized experts in their field. The research complements the curriculum and instructional activities that have been under way with the United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (UNDESD). The model may be used to deliberate proposals for building an ESD component into existing assessment practices.

계통에서 사고가 발생하면 기존에는 풍력발전기의 보호를 위하여 계통에서 분리가 가능했다. 하지만, 최근에 풍력발전용 기기 한기당 용량 증가와 해상풍력의 증가로 인하여 계통으로 공급하는 풍력발전량은 지속적으로 증가하고 있기 때문에 사고발생에 따른 풍력발전의 계통과의 갑작스러운 분리는 계통의 정전사태를 발생시킬 수 있다. 따라서 전 세계적으로 풍력발전의 계통연계규정(Grid Code)를 강화하고 있는 추세이다. 특히, 계통연계규정 중 계통전압이 순간적으로 강하하였다고 하더라도 풍력발전기는 지속적으로 연계되어 있으면서 계통전압의 보상을 위하여 무효전력을 공급을 요구하고 있다. 이 기능이 저전압 극복(LVRT)기능이고 계통연계규정 중 가장 어려운 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 2MW급 이중여자 유도형 풍력발전기(DFIG)를 이용하여 계통에서 저전압이 발생했을 때 발전기를 지속적으로 계통과 연계시키면서 무효 전력을 계통에 공급할 수 있는 LVRT기능을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 검증한다.

Dut to the development of information technology, various serious games have been provided. In recent years, educational serious game that provides education services haven't been widely used. Especially, using serious game without trust is one of the main hinderance in the expansion of educational serious games. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of trustworthiness, which is antecedent variable for trust, on commitment and continuance intention. To achieve the research purpose, this study conduct the survey. The results showed that the trustworthiness significantly influence on commitment and continuance intention.

정보화 사회에서 새로운 교육 서비스의 형태로 활성화되고 있으며, 무한한 변화의 가능성을 내포하고 있는 분야를 선택한다면 홈페이지를 들 수 있다. 이미 홈페이지의 활용은 개인 기업 혹은 모든 조직을 막론하고 다양한 분야에서 사용하고 있으며, 그 증가 추세 또한 급격하다. 교육현장에서는 학부모의 학교 참여와 학생의 교수-학습의 도구, 그리고 학교의 홍보 기능을 담당하는 주요 도구로서 학교 홈페이지의 역할이 점점 부각되고 있으며, 학교 홈페이지는 단순한 홈페이지의 기능뿐만 아니라 학생과 교사의 학습 활동의 주요무대가 되며, 학부모와 교사, 지역사회와 학교의 연결고리로서 그 역할이 확대되어 가고 있다. 홈페이지의 생명은 지속적인 활용과 새로운 내용의 개발 보급이다. 지속적인 홈페이지 내용의 개발과 새로운 활용 형태를 보급하기 위해서는 이미 구축되어져 있는 홈페이지를 평가해 보고 내용 중 어느 부분을 지속적으로 발전을 시킬 것인지를 알아보고 또한 어떤 내용들이 교육적으로 효과가 있는지 대해 조사 분석하여 학교 홈페이지의 활용도와 발전성을 높여야 한다.

스마트TV 관련 사업자들은 적어도 당분간은 스마트TV 보급 및 확산을 위해 스마트TV 기능의 탑재율을 높이고 콘텐츠를 마련하는 등 다각도의 노력을 지속할 것으로 보인다. 이용자들은 스마트TV 기능에 대한 기대를 가진 사람뿐만 아니라 단순히 고사양의 TV로 교체하려는 구매자까지 스마트TV를 구매할 확률이 높아지므로 스마트TV의 확산은 당분간은 지속될 것으로 보인다. 스마트TV에 대한 수용도 조사 결과, 스마트TV를 이용해보지 않은 이용자들은 스마트TV 2.0의 가치를 이해하지 못하여 수용도가 낮게 나타났으나 스마트TV 1.0을 경험해본 소비자들은 이미 고도화될때로 고도화된 스마트폰에서의 편리한 경험과 비교하여 스마트TV가 아직은 불편하고 볼꺼리도 부족한 상태라는 것을 바로 인지하게 되므로 스마트TV 2.0에 대한 수용도가 훨씬 높게 나타났다. 따라서 스마트TV 서비스와 산업의 지속적인 성장 발전을 위해서는 이용자들의 기대수준에 맞는 스마트TV로 조속히 진화 발전할 수 있도록 준비해야 할 것이다.

현재 사용되고 있는 전자디바이스 소자의 기능은 급속도로 변화하고 있는 정보화 사회로의 진입이라는 시대적 요구와 함께 필요한 기능과 수요를 확보하기 위하여 지속적으로 발전하고 있다. 현재까지 연구개발 결과로 몰리브덴과 실리콘으로부터 전계에 의한 전자 방출을 응용한 Flat pannel display (FPD)의 실현 가능성은 확보하였으나, 전극의 첨예화를 기하는 기술이 아직 까지 개발 도상 단계에 있으며, 소자의 경량화와 저전압 구동의 실현을 위하여 해결하여야 할 많은 과제를 안고 있다. (중략)

The purpose of this study is to develop a content system for the home economics curriculum that integrates Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) and provides basic material for ESD implementation in schools. In view of this, the content elements of the revised home economics curriculum for 2022 were analyzed, and a content system for the home economics curriculum, linked to ESD, was proposed based on the implications drawn from the analysis. The results are as follows. First, the three components of competencies, namely knowledge, values, and skills, were organized equally as a whole. However, the association between the content elements and key competencies in sustainability was found to be insufficient. Consequently, it is proposed that key competencies in sustainability should be cultivated integrally. Second, no content element was identified that can promote social participation. Therefore, it is proposed that solutions should be dealt with at the level of social participation. Third, the connection with Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) was observed in only six of the 28 content elements. Wherever relevant, it is proposed to incorporate key issues related to SDGs. Fourth, the analysis confirmed that only the environmental dimension of sustainable development was considered. Therefore, it is proposed to pursue coexistence based on temporal and spatial relationship and consider the dimensions of environment, society, and economy in an integrated manner.
