Several methods have been proposed to mitigate the market power in foreign electricity markets. In this paper, Hirfindahl-Hirschman Index(HHI) and supply margin assessment(SMA) are compared based upon the Korean future markets. The results show that SMA is better than HHI to estimate market power because it can reflect congestion and capacity reserve effectively.

정보통신산업은 대규모 설비투자, 자연독점성, 망의 부성이 지배적으로 나타나고, 공급 및 수요의 잠김효과와 쏠림현상이 크며 기술의 혁신정도가 매우 크다는 규제의 대상이 되어 오고 있다. 그러나 최근 정보통신업은 다각적인 측면에서 급변하고 있다. 이러한 급격한 재반 변화는 규제자체에 대한 재고의 여지가 있고, 경쟁상황평가에 대한 근본적 인식의 전환이 요구되는 것이다. 본 고는 규제의 시발점이라고 할 수 있는 시장의 정의, 관련시장의 경쟁상황 평가와 시장지배적사업자 선정에 이어 규제옵션 및 규제수준을 설정하는 합리적 방향에 대해서 서술하고 있다.

본 연구의 목표는 임의의 3차원 사출성형 금형 공간내에서 단섬유 강화 플라스틱의 충전 공정에서의 과도기적 섬유방향성을 예측하는 수치해석 프로그램의 개발에 있다. Hele-Shaw 방정식에 단섬유에 의해서 추가된 응력을 고려한 Dinh-Armstrong의 모델을 도 입함으로써 새로운 충전과정의 압력 지배 방정식이 유도되었다. 새로운 압력지배 방정식은 단섬유에 의한 응력 때문에 몇 개의 새로운 항들을 포함하고 있다. 충전 과정의 해석은 새 로운 압력지배방정식과 에너지 방정식을 유한효소법과 유한 차분법을 이용하여 풀고 동시에 배향텐서(roientation tensor)의 변화 방정식을 4차 Runge-Kutta 방법을 이용하여 풀었다. 단섬유 배향 텐서를 텐서의 변환 법칙을 이용하여 임의의 3차원 금형 공간내의 모든유한요 소의 중심에서 두께방향의 모든유한 차분 격자를 따라 계산하였다. 이러한 방법으로 임의의 3차원 사출성형 금형 공간내에서 비등온 충전유동과 과도기적 3차원 섬유배향상태를 서로의 상호작용을 고려하여 수치 모사하여 다양한 유동 형태에 따른 단섬유 배향 상태의 변화에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 일양한 예혼합 기류중에 놓여진 원주 후류의 고온 순환류에 의 해 보지되는 난류 예혼합 화염을 대상으로 해서 유동의 가시화 및 온도와 이온전류의 변동의 측정에 의해서 화염의 구조를 조사한 결과, 원주 보염기 후류의 재순환 영역부 근에 형성된 전단층에 있어서는 코히렌트(Coherent)구조의 화염이 되고 하류부에서는 불규칙한 3차원 와(渦)에 지배되는 전파성 화염이 형성 되었다. 온도변동에 대한 쌍 봉성의 확율밀도분포와 이온전류변동에 대한 3개의 피이크의 확율밀도분포는 엷은 반 응면을 사이에 두고 미연혼합기괴와 기연가스괴가 서로 접하는 주름 상층류화염 또는 층류화염편의 구조에 대응하며, 코히렌트 와(渦)에 지배되는 화염에 있어서는 거시적 혼합은 코히렌트 와의 거동에 지배되나 그 구조는 주름상층류 화염과 일부 강한 전단 력을 받는 부분에는 분산 반응영역의 구조임이 밝혀졌다.

본 논문에서는 특정한 객체의 색 분포 모델링으로부터 얻어지는 가중 색 히스토그램과 지배적인 색의 영상공간 분포특성을 이용한 내용기반 영상 검색 방법을 제안한다. 특정한 객체의 예로 사람 얼굴을 선택했고, 그것의 색 분포를 u*-v* 색도 공간에서 모델링 했으며, 모델의 정규화된 부피를 균등 양자화된 색도 공간의 각 빈(bin)의 히스토그램 값에 대한 가중치로 결정하고, 결정된 가중치를 히스토그램 정합 과정에 적용하였다. 또한 색 히스토그램 값이 큰 특정한 수의 빈으로 정의되는 지배적인 색의 영상 공간 분포를 가중 색 히스토그램과 함께 유사성의 측정기준으로 사용하였다. 제안한 검색 방법을 500여개의 영상에 대해 실험한 결과 제안한 방법이 얼굴을 포함하는 영상을 질의로 주었을 때 얼굴을 포함하는 영상을 우선적으로 찾는데 효과적임을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of personal characteristics and body cathexis of middle-aged women on their clothing image preferences. Data was collected using questionnaire from 35 to 59 of age living in Daegu. The questions for personal characteristics included ascendancy, responsibility, emotional stability, sociability and self-confidence. Clothing images included the noble, bold, practical and female. Data were analyzed using SAS, SPSS programs for frequency, percentage, average, correlation, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The body cathexis of middle-aged women to their own body is not so high and the satisfaction with their body parts were face features, upper limb, lower limb, torso, height, physique, weight orderly. 2. The more satisfied with their body the higher emotional stability and self-confidence. 3. The more satisfied with the face the more preferred noble, bold, female image in doffing. The more satisfied with the torso and physique the more preferred bold, female image in clothing. 4. Middle-aged women with a high ascendancy preferred bold image and, those with a high responsibility preferred a practical image. Those with a high emotional stability preferred noble, practical image. Middle-aged women having a high sociability preferred noble, male image and having a high self-confidence preferred bole, male image.

동해를 전파하는 지진해일은 세계적으로 다른 지역에서 발생하는 지진해일과 비교하였을 때 상대적으로 파장이 짧고, 이에 비해 먼 거리를 전파한다. 그러므로 동해에서 발생한 지진해일의 전파에 대한 해석을 수행할 때 물리적인 분산효과가 매우 중요하다. 따라서 지배방정식으로 분산 효과가 충분히 고려된 선형 Boussinesq 방정식을 사용한다. 기존의 연구에서는 leap-frog 기법을 사용하여 선형 천수방정식을 차분할 때 발생하는 수치분산항에 분산 보정계수를 이용하여 선형 Boussinesq 방정식의 물리적 분산항과 같은 형태로 나타나도록 유도하여 수치모의를 수행하였다. 그러나 기존에 사용한 지배방정식은 수심이 일정하다는 가정을 통하여 유도된 것으로, 수심에 변화가 있는 실제 지형을 통과하는 지진해일에 대한 수치모의를 수행한 결과의 정확도에 문제가 생길 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구에서 발생할 수 있는 수심 변화에 따른 오류를 개선하기 위하여 바닥 지형이 1차원으로 변한다는 가정을 이용하여 지배방정식을 유도하였으며, 이로 인해 발생하는 수심 변화가 고려된 항을 기존의 분산보정기법에 추가하였다. 그리고 적용성을 높이기 위하여 수치모의 기법의 제한을 최소화하는 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 수정 기법이 수심이 변화하는 지형을 전파하는 지진해일 수치모의 과정에서 경사에 대한 분산효과가 충분히 고려되는지 확인하기 위하여 Gaussian hump를 이용한 가상 지진해일을 원형 천퇴 지형에 통과시켰다. 본 연구에서 사용한 지형을 통과하는 Gaussian hump에 대한 해석해를 구하는 방법이 존재하지 않으므로, Boussinesq 방정식을 직접 차분하여 푸는 FUNWAVE를 사용하여 동일한 조건 하에서 수치모의를 수행하였다. 비교 결과를 통하여 본 연구에서 제안한 기법의 정확도 향상을 확인하게 되면, 실제 지형을 통과하는 지진해일의 수치모의에 대한 활용성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

In order to maintain high level of control over and close coordination of foreign marketing activities, export manufacturers often consider vertical integration strategy into global distribution. However, full integration is not always a feasible option. The purpose of this study is to investigate the alternative ways to achieve optimal level of control over export channel system for desirable channel performance. This study investigates different options for integration of the vertical channel structure, and examines their effect on the performance. The findings of this study suggest different combination of ownership and coordination level has varying impact upon channel performance: efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptiveness. This implies exporters may achieve desirable performance control over export channel without fully integrating the channel via ownership.

relevant corporate governance (CGI) and financial credit rating was found to significantly affect the positive (+), Regression coefficient code is expected code of positive (+), the value

indicated by the value of all positive. The results of corporate governance (CGI) has showed excellent results, such as the more predictable will increase the credit score financial rating. The results of this study will have more CGI-credit financial rating the greater good. This study might be expected to provide a useful guide that corporate social responsibility, the company with a good governance and oversight systems enable to to get a higher credit rating in practice and research.

This article aims to deconstruct the mechanism of male domination that constantly reproduces the hegemonic class of men. In order to overcome misogyny, we should no longer deny the ontological dimension of the reality of women's oppressions and the pre-eminence of the material condition of women's existence. In addition, the possibility of the category of women as a modality of resistance should be taken into consideration. First, I will highlight the correlation between penis and phallus according to which the phallus refers to the penis which is malleable and fragile and which disappears without being castrated by the external factor. From here we could deduce the fragility and imperfection, the non-absoluteness of the phallic order. Secondly, I will analyze the mechanism of penis-narcissism, which is the modality of the constitution of the individual identity of man. The penis is not only a physiological organ, but a site of self-estimation and the validity of the succession of power and authority of the father's law. With this penis-narcissism, man is constituted as a hegemonic body that can let itself go without worrying about the reactions of others. Thirdly, I will focus on the mechanism of the penis-cartel which is the modality of the formation of the collective identity. The penis-cartel is reinforced by the mutual affirmation of the superiority of men among themselves, but also by the permission and the tacit agreement of their absurdity and lack of rationality and corruption. Because the privilege of men is not monopolized by a small part of the elite, but is consciously and unconsciously shared by all men who are part of the hegemonic and collective category. In order to deconstruct the penis-narcissism and the penis-cartel, it is necessary to demonstrate that the penis is not a self-sufficient body, nor a closed and impermeable body, but that it is a porous body where the organ serves both ejaculation and urinary ejection. The penis is a porous body that is at once the site of sublimity and degradation, purity and impurity. In addition, the penis is no longer an all-powerful and aggressive organ, but it is a malleable and fluid flesh that constantly changes its shape. Linked to a phallus-organ that is the notion of Jacques-Alain Miller, it is a site of deficiency and vulnerability that is not the axis of the penis-cartel. It is through the notion of the double porosity of the penis and the phenomenology of the flesh of the penis, I try to provide the modality of undoing the reproductive mechanism of predatory masculinity. Because this would be an effective strategy to overcome misogyny.
