대전ㆍ충남 산업단지에서의 NO$_2$, SO$_2$, VOC 동시 측정

  • 국내 산업단지의 경우 2001년 2월 현재 국가산업단지 및 지방산업단지를 포함하여 총 약 188개의 산업단지가 전국 각 지자체에 위치하여 생산활동을 진행 중에 있으며, 이중 대전 및 충남 지역에 위치하여 생산활동을 진행중인 산업단지는 지방과 국가산업단지를 포함하여 총 약 26개의 산업단지가 위치하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 각 산업단지에서 배출되는 대기오염물질의 현황 및 수준을 평가하고 관리하는데 어려움으로 인하여 각 산업단지에서 배출되고 있는 대기오염물질의 관리가 효율적으로 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. (중략)

Overcoming the Local Industrial Complex Crisis in the Era of Digital Transformation (디지털전환 시대 지방산업단지 위기 극복방안)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to overcome the crisis of regional industrial complexes by examining the changes that the digital transformation era will bring and the crisis situation of regional industrial complexes. To this end, first, we examine the changes brought about by the digital transformation era from various angles in the fields of industrial sites, industrial complexes, policy areas, and changes in working methods, and identify the problems and crises of local industrial complexes from various aspects. According to the problems and crises of these existing local industrial complexes, plans and various policy tasks were presented for local industrial complexes to overcome the crisis using digital technology. As a result of this study, important policy directions and alternatives for overcoming the crisis of local industrial complexes in stagnation are presented at the government level, and plans for strengthening self-sustainability to overcome the crisis at the corporate level and digital transformation for future local industrial complexes It was possible to look at the direction and tasks of the project from various aspects.

A Study on the Industrial Complexes in the Region of Liege, Belgium (벨지움 Liege지방의 산업단지 연구)

  • This study aims to investigate the changing trend of the industrial complexes in the region of Liege, Belgium. The accessibility to the expressway and to the central city, the favorable atmosphere of the community, and the pleasant natural environment are the important factors in locating the industrial complexes in suburban areas. Since the 1970s the industrial complexes are developed generally on a medium or small scale coexisting with manufacturing firms and service business, but the business parks, the service parks and the science parks are developed in some strategic places. The industrial complexes are filled up with relocated firms rather than new established firms, and the industrial structure is diversified with the increase of service business. As manufacturing firms emigrated from the central city to suburban areas, the central city suffers from some serious problems such as the increased unemployment, the decreased population, the appearance of industrial ruined spaces and the worse of finance by the decreased tax sources. The local government tries to solve these problems by enacting some policies in order to revive the manufacturing firms in the central city, but with little avail.

  • Neighborhood park has the multiple functions toward quantitative and qualitative improvement of quality of citizen's life. This study is about neighborhood park in 4 Local Industry Complex of Cheonan City. Through this study has intended to analyze the status of use and the importance level of facilities. To reach this goal, this study has analyzed the general information, use and importance level of users through such statistical methods as frequency analysis, regression analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, users has the speciality in the neighborhood park in industry complex. Break area or facilities for the workers should be installed. Not end once installed, but continually improved and more efficient management of park facilities will be made. Also, importance of facilities analysis has the higher in normal or importance. Management and cleanliness is especially higher in importance. Importance for the overall facility was affecting in order the facility design, management, safety, installation number.

Comparison of Alternatives of Water-Friendly Facilities in an Industrial Complex (산업단지내 친수시설 대안의 비교)

  • Construction of the water-friendly facilities in the apartment complex and industrial complex became popular these days. In planning water-friendly facilities, kinds, layouts, water sources, water quality and water circulation system should be studies. In this study, several alternatives for a regional industrial complex project were studies and a most reasonal alternative was selected. A main canal across the central part of the complex is the principle facility with ponds and parks. The water source alternatives were a river nearby, a reservoir, ground water and urban water supply system. For each system, water quantity and quality, circulation system, permit and maintenance were compared. The facilities should be constructed with natural material such as rock and gravel. Average depth and velocity in the canal should be 10 cm and 0.15 m/s, respectively in order to people can feel the water flow in the canal. Based on the comparison, it is found that using the ground water, and water circulation system with storage tanks at the upper and lower ends of the canal system is the best alternative.

  • 구미지역의 산업단지는 반도체, LCD, 브라운관, 정보통신기기 등 첨단전자 정보통신산업을 위주로 형성되어 있으며, 섬유와 기타 합성수지 산업도 위치하고 있다. 이러한 산업적 구조로 인하여 2002년도 현재 톨루엔은 년간 1029.4톤 이상을 사용하고 있으며, 배출량이 년간 200톤 이상으로 나타나 있다. 그리고 자일렌은 년간 1274.646톤의 사용량을 기록하고 있으며, 40톤 이상을 배출하고 있다(대구지방환경청, 2003). (중략)

산단지역 복합악취와 개별악취물질의 상관성에 대한 연구

  • 본 연구는 경기도내 악취관리지역으로 지정된 시화국가산업단지, 반월국가산업단지, 반월도금지방산업단지, 아산국가산업단지(포승지구) 4개 공단에 대하여 2006년과 2007년에 실시한 악취실태조사 자료를 이용하여 각 공단별 악취특성을 조사하였다. 또한, 측정된 자료를 통계분석 기법을 사용하여 복합악취와 지정악취물질간의 상관관계를 연구하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 시화공단과 반월도금공단에서는 비교적 NH$_3$와 Styrene이 높고 반월공단에서는 H$_2$S가 다른 공단에 비해 약 5배 정도 높은 평균농도를 보였으며 포승공단은 일반적인 배출형태와 크게 다르지 않았다. 2. SAS를 이용한 통계분석 결과 시화공단의 복합악취는 H$_2$S, TMA, Styrene, nvAldehyde와의 관련성이 높고 반월공단은 H$_2$S, aAldehyde, bAldehyde, 반월도금공단은 NH$_3$의 관련성이 높은 것으로 조사되었다.

Determinants of Competitiveness of Old Industrial Complexes in Korea (노후산업단지의 경쟁력 결정요인 분석)

  • As the industrial complexes that led the national economic growth of Korea become older, it is necessary to prepare countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of these industrial complexes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of the competitiveness of old industrial complexes in Korea. It was found that the characteristics of the industrial structures, new companies, the working and production environments, and the regions in which these complexes exist all affect their competitiveness, but the effects differ according to the size of the complex. In particular, for large-scale complexes, the central government should play a role in their restructuring to improve their competitiveness. On the other hand, local governments' management of new companies is more important for small-scale old industrial complexes. These results provide implications with regard to the effective management of old industrial complexes.
