Ziegler-Nichols를 이용한 실수코딩 유전 알고리즘 기반의 PID 튜닝 (PID Tuning Based on RCGA Using Ziegler-Nichols Method)

  • Real-coded genetic algorithm(RCGA) has better performances than conventional genetic algorithm about dealing with a large domain, the precision and the constrain problem. Also the RCGA has advantage of operation time because it doesn't have to following about decoding operation. In this paper the ranges of PID gains are limited based on Ziegler-Nichols method to consider a long operation time problem that is the main problem of genetic algorithm. Result shows proposed method represents better performance without ignored about result of ZN tuning method and reduces the calculation time.

  • A method for isolation and qantitative determination of anemarsaponin B from the rhizomes of Anemarrhena asphodeloides has been developed. Isolation of anemarsaponin B was achieved by silica gel and RP-18 column chromatography. The HPLC method for quantitative determination of anemarsaponin B provided a method for standardization of the crude drug. It suggested that the content of anemarsaponin B in Anemarrhena asphodeloides is about 0.12-1.48%.

지모(知母)의 항암활성성분에 관한 연구 (Antitumor Agent from the Rhizome of Anemarrhena asphodeloides)

  • EtOAc soluble part of MeOH extract of Anemarrhena asphodeloides rhizome was evaluated for the cytotoxicity against the five kinds of human tumor cell lines (A-549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, XF498 and HCT15) in vitro. Bioassay-guided fractionation of EtOAc soluble part led to the isolation of active compound which was identified as timosaponin A-III showed potent cytotoxic activity, but its genin, sarsasapogenin, did not show cell growth inhibition.

  • In this paper, the control of a membrane used in reverse osmosis desalination plant by using immune algorithm(IA) is addressed. The proposed algorithm IA of auto tuning method can find optimal gains and compared with conventional Ziegler-Nichols tuning method. The results of computer simulation represent that the proposed IA shows a good control performances better than Ziegler-Nichols tuning method.

  • In Traditional Oriental Medicine, the drug treatment has been explained by the thoery of "Si Qi Wu Wei(四氣五味)". Among them, Xin(辛) has effect of Sheng(升), San(散), Xing(行), and Ku(苦) has effect of Jiang xia(降下), Zao shi(燥濕), Jian yin(堅陰). The study on the medical action of Asari Radix shows that "Xin ke run zao(辛可潤燥)" was derived from Sheng(升), San(散), Xing(行) efficacy of sour. And the study on the medical action of Phellodendron Bark, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma shows that "Ku ke run zao(苦可潤燥)" was derived from Xie(泄) efficacy of bitter.

수종의 한약재 추출물의 항산화 활성 및 항진균 활성 (Biological and Antifungal Activity of Herbal Plant Extracts against Candida Species)

  • 본 연구에서는 여성의 질염을 일으키는 칸디다증 병원균에 대한 항진균 성분을 한약재에서 조사하였다. 한약재에 ethanol을 이용하여 phenol 성분을 추출하고, 추출물의 phenol 함량을 출정하였다. Ethanol농도에 따른 phenol성 물질의 용출량은 시료마다 다른 양상을 보이고 있는데, 40% ethanol 농도에서 가장 높은 용출량은 어성초, 지모, 금은화 등이며, 60% ethanol에서 가장 높은 용출량은 포공영, 작약 등이다. 황련은 80% ethanol 농도에서는 낮은 용출량을 보이나 다른 농도에서는 비슷한 용출량을 보이고 있고, 연교는 80% ethanol에서 높은 용출량을 보였다. 전자공여능은 ethanol 농도별 추출물에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있는데, 포공영은 80% ethanol 추출물 이상에서 전자공여 능을 보이며, 황련, 지모, 금은화는 100%의 ethanol추출물에서 전자공여능을 보였다. 한약재 추출물의 항균활성은 C. albicans는 황련 추출물 $200{\mu}g/mL$농도로 주입하였을 때 3mm의 저해환을 나타내었으며, C. tropicalis는 포공영 추출물을 $200{\mu}g/mL$ 농도로 주입시 2mm, 어성초 추출물을 $200{\mu}g/mL$ 농도로 주입시 2mm, 작약 추출물을 $200{\mu}g/mL$ 주입시 3 mm 저해환을 나타내었다. 황련 추출물은 50, 100, 150, $200{\mu}g/mL$ 농도로 주입시 2, 3, 6, 9mm의 저해환을 나타내었다. 추출물을 이용한 C. glabrata, C. parapsilesis, C. utils 3개 종에 대한 항균활성은 나타나지 않았다. 황련 추출물에서 항균성분은 TLC와 HPLC 분석을 통하여 berberin인 것으로 나타났다.

의성지역(義城地域)의 약용작물(藥用作物) 생산현황(生産現況) (Production of Medicinal Crops in Uisong Region)

  • 의성지역의 약용작물 생산현황(生産現況) 및 경영분석(經營分析)을 위하여 약용작물 재배 농가 147호를 대상으로 재배실태와 작물별 소득(所得)을 조사(調査)한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 특화계수(特化計數)가 1이상인 작물은 작약(21.59), 산수유(14.82), 시호(7.90), 지모(6.41), 지황(3.96), 두충(3.44), 목단(2.28), 백지(1.51)순으로 나타났다. 2. 조사농가의 평균 토지이용면적(土地利用面積)은 1.92ha이었는데, 그중 밭이 1.35ha. 논은 0.56ha이었다. 농지분포(農地分布)는 농가당 평균 3.1곳에 10.2필지로 구성되어 있으며, 약용작물부문에 년간 노동투하(勞動投下)는 31.1%를 차지하였다. 3. 조사대상 지역에 재배되고 있는 약용작물은 36개 작물로 농가당 평균 2.4작물이었다. 대표적인 작물은 작약이었는데, 조사농가 147호 가운데 85농가가 참여하여 30.72ha를 재배하고 있었다. 4. 약용작물 재배실태를 보면, 작약, 시호, 택사, 길경, 황기, 감국 등은 재배면적이 줄어드는 추세(趨勢)이고 홍화는 새로운 소득작물(所得作物)로 재배되고 있으며, 더덕, 지모, 지황, 원황정, 백출 등은 재배 면적이 늘어났다. 5. 36개 약용작물중 10a당 평균소득이 높은 작물은 홍화(2,775천원), 원황정 (2,706천원), 일천궁(2,573천원) 등의 순이었으나 재배농가에서는 농가여건에 부응하면서 위험부담이 적고 가격안정(價格安定)이 기대되는 작물을 선택하여 농가 수준에서 부가가치(附加漂値)를 최대한 증대(增大)시켜야 할 것으로 생각되었다.

머리카락에서 물을 짜내는 지모신 형상의 기원과 변모에 관한 연구 (A study on the origin and transformation of the image of earth goddess wring her hair)

  • This paper has been written to find facts about the image of earth goddess broadly found in the Southeast Asia. The research findings are as follows: Firstly, the image of earth goddess wringing her hair is phenomenally discovered in both Buddhist temple murals and independent shrines in Thailand. This phenomenon is common in other Indochinese Buddhist countries such as Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia. Secondly, the life of Buddha including the story of the victory over Mara is found in such Buddhist canons as Mahavastu, Buddhacarita, Lalitavistara, Nidanakatha and Patamasambodhi. Among the canons, the story of the victory over Mara is described in differently ways. Earth becomes personified as the goddess in later version. The main cause to expel Mara's army also changes from sound to water. Patamasambodhi is most closely associated with the iconography of the earth goddess of Southeast Asia. Thirdly, Vessantara Jataka and Indian ancient customs tell us that a merit maker performs a rite of pouring water on the earth as an evidence for merit-making. This rite is a key to understanding the meaning of the scene where the earth goddess expels Mara's army into the flood by wringing her hair. The earth goddess is personified from the earth upon which the merit water is poured. Water soaked in her hair is the very holy water poured by the Buddha whenever he made a merit in his former lives. The amount of water flowed from the hair of the earth goddess representing the amount of his merit making was so huge and enough to defeat the Mara's army and for the Buddha to reach the Enlightenment. This legend explains the significance of the notion of merit in the Theravada Buddhist countries such as Thailand and Myanmar where the water pouring rites still take place and the images of the hair wringing earth goddess are commonly discovered. Fourthly, the first image of the earth goddess as the witness of merits for the Buddha appeared in some Gandharan Buddhist sculptures in the form of devotional gesture with her both hands pressed together and the upper half of her body above the ground. The appearance is in accordance with the description of her in the Lalitavistara canon. In later periods, the form changed into various types and finally the image of the earth goddess wringing her hair appeared in Southeast Asia around 11 century C.E. Some researchers argue this image form of the earth goddess shows the influence from China or India. However, the arguments are considered to be hypothetical as they have no strong evidence to prove. Finally, the modern image of earth goddess shows richer and more dynamic expression compared with its predecessors. Especially, outstanding is the standing earth goddess images found in the scene of the victory over Mara in many temple murals of central region of Thailand. The earth goddess in her voluptuous body shape is usually depicted as wringing her hair with her arms wide open in a posture of S curve. This appearance strongly reminds us of the postures of Salabhanjika and Tribhanga originated from Indian art. The adoption presumably has been made to signify her fertile and affluent characteristics.

동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중(中) 지모(知母)가 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 방제(方劑)의 활용(活用)에 대한 고찰(考察) (A study on Applications of prescriptions including Rhizoma Anemarrhenae as a main component in Dongeuibogam)

  • This report describes 68 studies related to the use of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae main blended prescription from Dongeuibogam. The following conclusion were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Rhizoma Anemarrhenae as a key ingredient. Prescriptions that Rhizoma Anemarrhenae was taken as a monarch drug are utilized for 21 therapeutic purposes, for example, cough, malaria, Sang Han syndromes and eye disease. In particular, 22.1% of prescriptions appear in the chapter of cough, and 13.2% of those appear in the chapter of malaria. Prescriptions that utilize Rhizoma Anemarrhenae as the main ingredient are used in the treatment of cough, asthma and malaria. Rhizoma Anemarrhenae is used in pathogenic factors such as fire, and used in pathology related to kidny system. The dosage of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae is 3bun(about 1.12 gram) to 3jeon(about 11.25 gram), however 1jeon(about 3.75 gram) has been taken the most for clinical application. Gamlihuan is the most useful base prescription which use the Rhizoma Anemarrhenae as the main ingredient.
