최근 스마트폰의 활용이 급격하게 증가하면서 스마트폰을 위한 다양한 서비스, 즉 어플리케이션(앱)이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 컴퓨팅 패러다임의 변화에 따라 통계 분야에서도 스마트폰을 위한 통계지리정보서비스 개발이 요구된다. 현재까지 대부분의 서비스는 웹을 기반으로 제공되고 있으며, 최근에 국내 통계청에서 S-통계내비게이터 모바일 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 서비스들은 사용자 인터페이스 및 기능적인 측면에서 여러 가지 문제점을 지닌다. 특히 단순 통계지리정보서비스만을 제공함으로써 사용자에게 다양한 분석 결과를 제공하지 못한다. 이 논문에서는 사용자에게 보다 유용한 복합 통계지리정보서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 통계지리정보 앱을 제안한다. 제안한 통계지리정보 앱은 다양한 복합 통계 분석 결과를 지리정보와 함께 제공함으로써, 사용자들에게 양질의 통계지리정보서비스 결과를 제공할 수 있다.

최근 스마트폰의 보급이 급격하게 확산됨에 따라 많은 어플리케이션(앱)이 개발되어 스마트폰 사용자에게 유용한 서비스들이 제공되고 있다. 통계지리정보서비스 또한 어플리케이션을 통해 서비스되고 있으며, 현재 국내에서는 통계청에서 'S-네비게이터' 앱을 통해 제공하고 있다. 하지만 통계청에서 제공하고 있는 서비스는 단순 통계지리정보서비스만을 제공하고 있으며, 사용자 인터페이스 구조가 복잡하다는 단점이 있다. 특히 현재의 통계지리정보서비스는 사용자에게 단순한 정보만을 제공하기 때문에 복합 통계지리정보서비스 개발이 요구된다. 이 논문에서는 복합 통계지리정보서비스 제공을 위한 앱을 설계하고 구현한 결과를 보인다.

정보화시대의 발전과 더불어 우리 일상생활에 친숙하게 다가온 기술 중의 하나가 지리정보시스템(Geographical Information System: GIS)이다. GIS는 공간(지표, 지하, 해양 등)상에 분포하고 있는 정보에 대해 여러 종류의 세밀한 지도를 이용하여 효율적으로 사용자에게 제공하여 관리하는 종합정보기술이다. 통계 데이터 중에는 지리정보를 가지고 있는 경우가 상당히 많다. 하지만 지리정보를 갖는 통계 데이터의 탐색적 자료분석(Exploratory Data Analysis)을 위한 Visualization 기법에 대해서는 별로 연구된 바가 없다. 본 논문에서는 GIS를 위한 벡터맵(vector map)의 간단한 제작방법과 GIS의 개발방법, 그리고 탐색적 자료분석을 위한 Visualization기법을 소개한다.

통계지리정보는 기존의 텍스트 기반 통계정보를 공간정보와 결합한 정보로서 공공 민간 분야의 다양한 의사결정을 위한 핵심 기반 정보로 그 활용성이 주목받고 있다. 본 논문은 통계지리 정보와 이를 이용한 서비스 구축 및 유지 관리 과정에서 발생하는 상호운용성 문제의 해결을 위한 접근방법으로 기존의 공간정보 표준 참조 모델들을 기반으로 통계지리 정보 및 서비스 참조모델을 제안하고, 각각의 정보 및 서비스 분류에 해당하는 표준화 요구사항을 제시한다.

최근 스마트폰을 중심으로 한 모바일 기기의 보급 및 활용이 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경 변환에 맞춰 많은 서비스들이 모바일 기기를 위한 형태, 즉 앱으로 개발되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 패러다임의 이동을 고려하여, 현재의 통계지리정보서비스에 대하여 고찰하고 이를 통해 모바일 기기를 위한 적합한 앱 형태 및 고려사항에 대하여 기술한다. 통계정보는 다양한 형태로 제공될 수 있으며, 특히 지리정보시스템과의 연계를 통한 서비스 활용성과 이해력을 돕기 위한 통계지리정보서비스에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 변화하는 패러다임을 고려한 앱 개발에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 사용자의 통계정보의 활용성 향상시킬 수 있는 통계지리정보 앱 개발 시 고려사항 및 기능에 대하여 기술한다. 이 논문의 결과는 스마트폰과 같은 모바일 기기를 위한 앱 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

The goal of this study is to build the environmental and geographic information system according to the administrative territory in Gyeongbuk province in order to resolve the mismatch between the environment attribute information and geographic information system. In order to do that, this study reviews the characteristics of local geographic information system and environmental attribute information. After that, this paper tries to figure out the way of integration between geographic and environmental informations using the administrative unit code. The result of this study can provide the basic database for building the environmental policy and improve the reality of policy analysis because this method can provide the environmental attribute database with the administrative territory information. And it will contribute to improve the environmental management system and to build the other attribute databases for the local government.

카토그램(Cartogram)은 통계데이터를 이용하여 지리공간에 나타나는 현상을 효과적으로 표현하는 방법 중 하나이다. 카토그램이란 넓은 의미에서 모든 통계지도를 포함하지만, 좁은 의미에서 지도의 변형을 통해 통계데이터의 특징을 표현하는 시각화 방법을 의미한다. 이 연구에서는 후자의 의미에서 카토그램이란 용어를 사용하였으며, 우리나라를 대상으로 절대적 공간을 시간거리 접근성에 의한 공간 카토그램으로 재구성하여 지도화하고, 변화된 공간패턴을 분석하고자 하였다. 카토그램은 특정한 목적을 위해 기본도의 형상이나 지역간의 연속성을 강조시켜서 만든 변형된 지도의 일종으로 전통적인 지도와는 매우 다른 이미지를 주게 되지만, 표현하고자 하는 현상의 공간적 구조를 매우 효과적으로 나타낼 수 있다.

From the comparison of the current systems for the spatial statistical information in some countries, USA, UK, Canada, and Japan, it was reviewed how to manage and control the spatial statistical information. And it was discussed on the types of the administrative structures and the law systems, and the types of the applications to manage the spatial statistical information. Finally, it was suggested to the strategies for the standardization of spatial statistical information as the NGIS framework data.

This paper will specify geo-objects and geo-fields of the geo-ecological contamination source and implement the system for evaluating an ocean Environmental contamination based on the spatial statistical analysis. In order to produce the grade of fishery that can evaluate the ocean effect, we will analysis the degree of the spatial correlation by semi-veriogram and predicate the elevation raster of spatial data using ordinary kriging method. This paper is to estimate the grade of fishery contamination region and produce the ratio of the area according to the fishery grade. Therefore, we can contribute to produce fishery grade that evaluates the ocean effect by means of deciding an efficient fishery environment.
