충청남도의 해안사구

  • 해안사구는 사빈으로부터 모래를 공급받아 형성되는 지형이다. 사빈은 조차에 비해 파랑의 작용이 활발한 해안에 발달한다. 해안사구는 일반적으로 모래의 공급이 풍부하고 바람이 탁월한 해안에 광범하게 발달된다. 우리나라와 같은 온난ㆍ습윤한 지방의 해안사구는 대부분 직생으로 덮여 있다. 식생은 해안사구의 발달을 돕는다. 사빈과 해안사구는 해수욕장으로 이용되어 자원으로서의 가치가 높다. (중략)

  • 지리적으로 분산된 이 기종의 유휴 자원들을 서로 연결하여 가상의 고성능 컴퓨팅 자원으로 사용하는 그리드에서 자원에 대한 접근 제어 시스템의 구축은 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 자원에 대한 접근 제어 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 특히, 그리드 환경 구축 시 가장 많이 사용되는 Globus Toolkit을 기반으로 하고 각 자원을 제공하는 사이트의 자율성을 보장하는 자원 접근 제어 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • This study is quantitative landscape resources evaluation using Google panoramio geotagged photo collections. Panoramio geotagged photos are including the location information and time information. That is the valuation of the landscape resources and time series analysis allows. And Seasonal changes in preference for a particular landscape can be identified. This study used data from the general public has been produced by the Web 2.0 environment. So, the proposed method in this study will be complement the method using surveys and expert.

  • This study developed an inventory, using GIS-based resource assessment, for assisting forest management planning. The major inventory contents were relationally integrated, using field sample plots, to extract and calculate attributes such as general status, forest stand condition, forest site condition, forest site and soil area (ha) and growing stock (weight, in tons). Evaluating the efficiency of forest management plan implementations is critical to effective health and sustainability at a larger functional level, specifically in bamboo forests. This inventory is a valuable tool for decision-making, such as developing a long-term management plan for sustainably managing bamboo resources.

  • This study has investigated the growing features and vegetation of Acanthopanax chiisanensis and Acanthopanax koreanum in Mt. Jiri and Halla from Sep. 1997 to Aug. 1998. As to Acanthopanax chiisanensis, it occupied surrounding areas of Nogodan in Mt. Jiri of the height of 1,507m, ImgeolyoungJae of 1,300m and the Mt. Halla. of 1,100m of There were rather high constancy degree with Quercus mongolica, Schizandra chinensis, Hydrangen serrate for. acuminata, Acer pseudo-sieboldianum, Dryopteris crassirhizoma, Actaea asiatica, Thalictrum filamentosum, Abies koreana, Arundinella hirta from the sorts. The common species in Mt. Jiri and Halla are Acer pseudo-sieboldianum, Dryopteris crassirhizoma, Callicarpa japonica, Parthenocissus tricuspidata, Acer mono, Ligularia fischeri, Disporum smilacinum, Viola acuminata Aconitum kusnezofii. On the other hand, concerning of Acanthopanax koreanum community, it possessed the small areas of wedo weoltae village in Chejudo. In this area, a liana e.g. Dioscorea tenuipes, Hedera rhombea, Lygodium japonicum, Akebia quinata, Vitis thunbergii, Dunbaria villosa, Trachelospermum asiaticum var. intermedium, Vitis amurensis, Paederia scandens, lives with Pinux thunbergii, Celtis aurantiaca, Mallotus japonicus and so forth in tree layer and subtree layer. There is artificial change no move in the researching sites, Acanthopanax chiixanensis will be transformed into Abies koreana - Acanthopanax chiisanensis community. Soil characteristics showed the high value such as pH 6.56 and conductivity 0.258mmho/cm in Acanthopanax koreanum community of Mt. Jiri, they also indicated digit as follows: the content of organic matter and total nitrogen are from 25.16 through 25.35% and 7.58 through 9.30mg/g respectably. The soil characteristics at Acanthopanax chiisanensis community in Mt. Jiri and Halla, was high as like pH 5.76, conductivity 0.238mmho/cm, total nitrogen 9.30mg/g, total phosphorus 0.126mg/g in Mt. Halla.

An Study on World Geography Lessons Using Local Multi-cultural Activities and the CCAP (Cross-Cultural Awareness programme) (지역 다문화 활동과 CCAP를 활용한 세계지리 수업에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to examine how activities using local multi -cultural resources and world geography lessons using the CCAP(Cross-Cultural Awareness Programme) affect students' multi-cultural understanding. Activities using local multi-cultural resources were carried by visiting in an alien worker community, volunteering in multicultural center, attending on UNESCO ASP(Associated School Program), and making radio broadcasting program associated with 'SCN FM' which is a local broadcasting station on the weekend. And world geography lessons using the CCAP were conducted with 5 classes including orientation by inviting foreign instructors from that place after reconstructing the Southeast and South Asia unit of the countries such as Pakistan, the Philippines, Myanmar and Cambodia. According to twice questionnaire survey conducted before and after activities using local multi-cultural resources and world geography lessons using the CCAP, it appeared that students had familiarity more than before through direct meeting with foreigners inside and outside classroom, and understood and respected other cultures by acquiring contextual regional knowledge. In the end, multi-cultural activities and world geography lessons using the CCAP contributed to students' global citizenship, which overcame prejudice toward third world cultures. Like that, if world geography classes provide continually students with opportunities to experience directly diverse cultures inside and outside classroom, world geography overcome negative image that it transmit decontextual regional knowledge and is regarded as the subject that is very fit for nurturing global citizenship based on contextual knowledge, consideration and tolerance needed in global and multi-cultural society.

  • 백두대간은 한반도의 근간 축을 이루며 한민족의 상징성을 지닌 지역으로 총 연장 약 1,600km. 해발 100m부터 2,750m로 1대간, 1정간, 13정맥으로 이루어져 있으며 백두대간은 산자분수령의 기본 개념에 따라 우리 땅의 골간을 이루는 한반도의 중심 산줄기이다. 또한 남과 북이 하나의 대간으로 형성되어 있다는 상징적인 지리인식체계에 바탕을 두고 있다. 백두대간의 생태계는 우리나라 생물 다양성을 대표하는 자연환경 지역으로서 자원보전적 가치와 함께 입지 및 자원특성에 기인한 다양한 자원이용 환경도 존재한다. (중략)

An Analysis on the Development of Tourism Geographic Information System (관광지리정보시스뎀 구축 방안에 관한 연구)

  • Nowadays, it is required that GIS(Geography Information System) should be introduced into tourism field. Therefore, this study suggests several directions as to how well GIS can be used and applied into tourism area. Several directions were made based on the previous literature review and the analyses of TGIS(Tourism Geography Information System) including domestic and foreign case studies. Overall, the research found that it were necessary for five main points to make a development of TGIS. First, TGIS database should be closely connected with Tourism Resources Information System database. Second, as one of an institutional devices, systems for supporting were needed to be prepared for businessmen and integrated information function. Third, as an administrative countermeasure, a mediation committee between the department and bureaus, Tourism Geography Information Circulation Management and Local Tourism Information Center should be established and operated Fourth, the methods for financial resource, which amplify the investment funds, should be established. Finally, universities must introduce a large number of specialists of TGIS by setting up the department of tourism geography information newly.
