The purpose of this study was to identify how didactic transposition (teaching and learning methods) has occurred and developed in the teaching of graphs in elementary school mathematics textbooks for third and fourth graders according to the previous and current curricula. In this study, we analyzed the lesson units on bar graphs and line graphs in mathematics textbooks for each curriculum, from the fifth curriculum to the 2015 revised curriculum. We also investigated the implication of statistics education deriving from didactic transposition (teaching and learning methods). We found that the timing of teaching bar and line graphs was rarely changed as the curriculum has changed. In addition, the use of technology was not actively implemented in school statistics, although the curriculum emphasized the use of technology in statistical education. Lastly, the textbooks did not address the variability and distribution of data and the sample or sampling process, which are significant statistical concepts. Based on the findings of this study, we suggest how to teach statistical graphs and what to consider for the next mathematics textbook.

The purpose of this paper is to study the spatial sense that is introduced for the first time in our 7th mathematics curriculum. For this purpose, we first investigated the factors of the spatial sense ability and with this factors, we analyze the errors those was founded in elementary school students' carrying out tasks related to the spatial sense, and the contents of elementary mathematics textbook. From the analysis, we found that the teaching topics in the spatial sense is disagreed with the students' learning level and for each similar topics is cut off into not adjacent grades, connecting these topics to each other and to the other traditional geo-metric topics is not easy. we must consider this findings in the future revision of mathematics curriculum.

This study aims to investigate how secondary mathematics teachers use mathematics curriculum materials such as textbooks and teachers' guide in planning lessons and for their learning. 24 in-service mathematics teachers participated in surveys and two among them were interviewed. The findings from the data analysis suggest that: a) the teachers actively engaged in decision-making processes of the transition from written curriculum to intended curriculum; and b) the teachers showed a tendency of consulting to the ideas suggested in the curriculum materials for selecting objectives and contents for lessons and the what to assess, not ideas for selecting teaching methods and how to assess. Also, various factors such as students' achievement, participation, interest in mathematics, family environment, and college entrance were identified to influence the teachers' use of the curriculum materials.

The purpose of this study is to develop a curriculum for the Training of Specialized Librarians who have both practical and theoretical knowledge in order to enhance the professionalism of reading instruction required by librarians. For this purpose, We developed a training librarian course for reading instruction through a data collecting method such as literature study, FGI, and Delphi analysis. As a result, the curriculum for reading instruction librarians was organized with 17 modules totaling 267 hours. Level courses are in the order of Basic-Deepening-Advanced. The 8 basic courses are all in cyber education format, and the total of 74 hours is completed. The 5 deepening courses consist of three sets of courses and two courses 100 hours, and the 4 advanced courses are all in the form of integrated education, taking 93 hours in total.

This study intends to identify the perceptions of childcare teachers in training programs for cooperating teachers in childcare practicum. The 368 childcare teachers who participated in the study lived in D City. The researchers modified the questionnaire from the study of Woon-Ju Cho (2001). In order to analyze the collected data, frequency and cross tab analyses were performed. The research results are as follows: Firstly, according to the examination of the purpose of the training programs for cooperating teachers in childcare practicum, they perceived the acquisition of the abilities to instruct effective teaching methods as the purpose of the training programs for cooperating teachers in childcare practicum. Secondly, there were no statistically significant differences as the researchers investigated the perceptions of childcare practicum, according to the level of participants' education and experiences. But, there was a statistically significant difference of feedback on the journal of the participants' experience level. Thirdly, according to an analysis on the formats of the training programs for cooperating teachers in childcare practicum according to education levels and experience levels, the participants' preferred short-term education during the semester (after returning to the workplace on weekdays). In specific, they preferred less than three hours of education for a three-day or shorter period. As for the characteristics of long-term training programs, three days or less weekly and one to two hours daily were preferred.

In this study, we investigated how multiplication by 2-digit numbers had been taught in elementary mathematics textbooks of Korea, Japan, Singapore, and USA. As a result of analysis, we found as follows. Korean textbooks do not teach the multiplication by 10 and the multiplication by power of 10, but Japanese, Singapore, and US textbooks explicitly teach related content. In the '×tens' teaching, Japanese and American textbooks teach formally the law of association of multiplication applied in the process of calculating the partial product of multiplication. The standard multiplication algorithm generally followed a standard method of recording partial product result according to the law of distribution, but the differences were confirmed in the multiplication model, the teaching method of the law of distribution, and the notation of the last digit '0'. Based upon these results, we suggested some proposals for improving the multiplication teaching.

The major purpose of this study is to examine how the support for dance education of dance majors affects the instructor' trust and dance attachment. This research was executed as the subjects who are currently the student of dance majors of a college in Seoul, Kyonggi, Daejeon and Chungchungnam-do, one college were selected from each district. And by using purposive sampling method, total of 262 peoples that were used in final analysis was extracted. In this study, adequacy and reliability of the questionnaire were verified by factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis and course analysis by using SPSS18.0. The conclusion is as follows. First, instructor's support for dance education influences on instructor' trust. Secondly, support for dance education partly influences on dance attachment. Thirdly, instructor' trust influences on dance attachment. Lastly, support for dance education influences dance attachment throughout instructor' trust. Especially, support for dance education' influence for dance attachment throughout instructor' trust is more influential than support for dance education' influence for dance attachment directly. Now it is obvious that instructor' trust is the important variable that intermediate support for dance education and dance attachment.

본 연구에서는 2003년부터 시행된 일본 고등학교 학습지도요령의 수학과 구성과 성격을 연구하였다. 또한, 교육과정상의 확률통계교육의 구성과 성격 및 편제에 대하여 고찰한 결과, 새 교육과정에 따른 교과위주의 교육과정의 구성과 내용 및 편제의 특징은 통합학습시간 신설로 미국식 주제 교육의 도입, 완전학교 주 5 일제실시, 중고 일관교육, 단위제 고등학교학교 신설, 종합 학교의 설치로 설명된다. 확률통계 교육의 내용과 범위는 과거 교육과정과 크게 달라진 점은 없으나, 7교과 분야 가운데 3 교과 부분에 자료 위주의 실용통계계산 교육과 통계소프트웨어교육 강화가 그 특징이다.

초등 수학 교과의 내용을 아동들에게 정확하게 가르치기 위한 목적으로 교사에게 제공되는 교수-학습 자료 지침서로서 교사용 지도서의 역할은 대단히 중요하다. 그러나, 수학을 전문적으로 전공하지 않은 초등교사의 입장에서는 각 차시별로 전개되는 내용들 사이의 연관성이나 위계성에 대한 보다 더 상세한 지도내용에 대한 안내가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 초등수학 3-나 단계를 중심으로 각 차시별로 전개되는 내용들 사이의 연관성에 대한 보다 더 상세한 지도내용 뿐만 아니라, 수학사 및 실생활 관련자료, 동기유발 자료 등을 이용하여 수학사 및 교사용 지도서를 수정, 보완하여 재구성한 후, 일선 학급에 투입한 후, 교사들과 아동들의 반응들을 분석하여, 향후 보다 더 개선된 교사용 지도서를 만들 수 있는 아이디어를 제시 하고자 한다.

The object of this study is to survey the private organizations which have issued the certificates according to the reading education, to describe the right curriculum for the private certificate, and to propose the proper subjects and curriculum for it. The results of the survey may be summarized as follows; 1) The private organizations which have issued the certificates are so many. 2) The certificates which have been issued are not to acquire the proper authorities' cachet. 3) The kinds of the certificate are reading instructor, reading therapist, reading couch, etc. 4) It's necessary for the chief organization to manage all of the organizations which have issued the reading education certificates. 5) It's thought that it's necessary to study more the subjects and curriculums as for the proper reading education certificates.
