  • 본 논문에서는 우리가 사는 동네의 안전현황에 대하여 국민안전처가 제공하는 생활안전 지도서비스를 통해 혹시 모를 사고와 범죄 예방은 물론, 신속한 대응을 해야 하나, 각종 서비스는 부처별로 재난안전정보를 개별 분산적 관리한 탓에 국민에게 생활주변의 다양한 안전정보를 제공하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 현재 생활안전지도 서비스에 대한 실태를 살펴보고 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 대전광역시 내 초등학교 교육 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 ICT 소양 교육을 위한 교육환경, ICT교육과정 운영 실태, 교사들의 ICT 소양 능력 그리고 ICT 교육 과정 운영의 개선방안 에 대하여 설문지를 통하여 살펴본 후, 그 반응을 분석 처리한 결과 첫째, 컴퓨터실 수, 인터넷속도, 컴퓨터 기기의 관리 및 보수에 대해서는 대체적으로 불만족인 것을 나타났다. 둘째, ICT 소양교육의 단계별 지도 실태는 1 2 3단계 모두 대체적으로 각 영역들이 고르게 지도되고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 가장 지도하기 어려운 단원으로 2단계에서는 '운영체제의 기초와 활용', 3단계에서는 '유틸리티 프로그램 활용'부분으로 나타났다. 셋째 전체적으로 교사들은 '문서작성', '인터넷 검색 및 이메일 송수신 가능'이 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, ICT 소양 교육 지도내용에 추가 하고 싶은 내용으로는 '플래시 등 현재 유행하는 기술'이 교재에 추가되는 것을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

A Survey on the 3rd and 4th Grade Teachers' Perception and Teaching Practices towards Open-ended Question in the Elementary Mathematics Textbook (초등학교 3, 4학년 수학 교과서의 '열린 질문'에 대한 교사들의 인식 및 지도 실태 조사)

  • In this study, we surveyed on the 3rd and 4th grade teachers' perception and teaching practices towards open-ended question in the elementary mathematics textbook in the revised 7th curriculum. According to the result, teachers understood the purpose of open-ended question in general, but they recognized some problems in terms of open-ended question itself, difficulties found when they dealt with open-ended question in their classes, teacher's guide and teacher training. This research suggests ways of improvement of open-ended question on the basis of the survey results.

An Analysis of Meal Guidance and Meal Management of Early Childhood Teachers (영유아교사의 급식 운영 실태와 급식 지도 분석)

  • This study analyzes the meal guidance and meal service management of early childhood teachers. The subjects were 171 early childhood teachers who were working in kindergartens and day care centers in Gwangju. A questionnaire was made by the researcher on the basis of relevant materials. The data was analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, $x^2$, ANOVA and Duncan with the SPSS for Windows 18.0 program. The results are as follow: First, there are significant differences in meal hours, amount of food and meal admeasurer according to workplace type of early childhood teacher. Also, there are significant differences in meal hours, amount of food, meal admeasurer and guidance for late eating infants according to children's age. Second, early childhood teacher consider in order content after meal, content before meal and content during meal. Also, there are significant difference content after meal according to workplace type of early childhood teacher. And there are significant differences in content before meal and content during meal according to children's age.

건설현장 재해예방을 위한 안전관리제도 내실화 방안-재해예방 기술지도 중심으로

  • 기술지도제도는 전문기술인력을 활용하여 재해율이 높은 중ㆍ소규모 현장의 건설재해를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 정부가 간접적인 안전관리 전문제도로 도입하였다. 하지만 IMF 이후 급격히 변화된 건설현장 안전관리 체계와 재해율 증가, 지도기관 업체의 난립과 부실한 지도업무수행 등으로 기술지도제도의 실효성에 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술지도제도의 운영 실태와 관계 법령, 설문조사 자료를 분석하여 문제점을 도출한 후 제도 운영상의 개선 방안, 지도기관의 전문성 강화 방안, 자율적인 안전관리 유도 방안으로 구분한 내실화 방안을 제시함으로써 효율적인 재해예방대책으로서 기술지도제도의 신뢰성을 제고시키는데 그 목적이 있다.

Perceptions and Teaching Practices of Elementary Teachers on the Integrated Inquiry Unit (통합탐구 단원에 대한 초등학교 교사들의 인식과 지도 실태)

  • The 'Integrated Inquiry' unit is a new addition in the 5th~6th grade science textbooks, and was developed for the 2009 revised national curriculum. The unit deals with six integrated inquiry process skills: problem cognition, formulating hypotheses, controlling variables, transforming and interpreting data, drawing results, and generalization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions and the teaching practices of elementary school teachers on this unit in their school curriculum and where improvements can be made. Data was collected from questionnaires filled out by 92 elementary school teachers. The results are as follows: First, teachers do have a positive perception on the importance of teaching integrated process skills. Second, with that being true, this unit ended up receiving both positive and negative reviews by teachers. This research found that there were good and bad responses on the educational aspects of this unit in three particular areas: dealing with the development of integrated inquiry process skills, facilitating science learning in other units, and implementing open inquiry. Third, teachers have difficulties particularly in problem cognition, formulating hypotheses, controlling variables, transforming and interpreting data, generalization, and drawing results. There is a lack of student understanding as well as a lack of professionalism for teachers on this unit, and many issues related to the composition of the textbook. This study may have important implications for making improvements in this unit and teaching integrated process skills.

An Analysis on Reading and Writing Teaching Practices and Needs of Elementary Special Education Teachers (초등특수교사의 읽기·쓰기 지도실태 및 요구도 분석)

  • This study was to investigate special education teachers' teaching in reading and writing to university students with intellectual disabilities. For this study, we surveyed 71special education teachers who work in Gwangju, Daegu and Busan. As a result, in order to identify students' reading and writing abilities, they were more likely to use their own tests which they made for themselves than standardized tests. When teaching students, they used their own teaching experiences and advices from colleagues and senior teachers regarding problem-solving methods and reliable information while the knowledge they learned at school showed low frequency in use. Despite using mainly whole-word approach when instructing reading and writing, it appeared that teachers' teaching experiences and diversity of textbooks also have an influence. Regarding needs of education participation for teaching students, there were high needs and interests in teaching methods of writing, textbooks and teaching materials by the characteristics of disability, reading and writing development, reading and writing disabilities. In case of difficulties and needs in teaching students, there was a high demand of development of a wide variety of teaching materials and tools and, preparation for sufficient textbooks and test tools, while difficulties in teaching appeared in lack of knowledge about reading and writing, lack of screening/evaluating tools, and evaluating and teaching oriented to each disability characteristic.
