  • 본 논문은 현재 이슈화 되고 있는 CCTV 에서 광역 감시를 위한 지능형 영상보안 기술에 대해 서술한다. 광역영상보안시스템은 단일 CCTV 에서 일부 지역에 대한 감시를 벗어나 지역과 지역을 연계하여 보다 넓은 지역을 하나의 시스템으로 연동하여 신변의 안전 서비스를 제공하는데 목적을 갖는다. 본 시스템에서는 광역영상보안시스템 환경에서 요구하는 지능형 영상보안 기술로써 마스킹 기술, 이벤트 탐지 기술, 그리고 연동 기반의 객체 추적 기술, 객체 검색 기술 및 증거영상 생성 기술을 제시한다.

  • 공공 및 민간 영역에 CCTV 사이트가 널리 설치되어 운영되고 있다. CCTV 사이트의 서비스 중단과 유지보수 인력의 현장 출동을 최소화하기 위하여 지능형 전원분배 장치를 이용한 통합관리가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 CCTV 사이트를 위한 통합관리의 주요 기능을 정리하였으며, 통합관리시스템(CT4CS: Control Tower for CCTV Sites)의 주요 기능들에 대하여 KISTI의 Emulab을 이용하여 성능분석을 수행하였다. 쓰레드 구현 구조에 따른 메시지 처리율, 실패확률 및 쓰레드 개수에 따른 장비들의 연결성 검사시간의 성능분석 결과를 이용하여 대규모 CCTV 사이트의 통합관리를 위한 효과적인 CT4CS를 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • There are many problems of interoperability between ITS system equipments since the protocol standard for a network center and a node has not defined. In this paper, we consider the use of the SNMP to solve the interoperability problem, and apply the SNMP in the case of a CCTV as an example. Also, we defined its corresponding MIBs and accomplished the interoperability test, where the method of controlling the CCTV is explained and the data transmitted on the network are shown in a hexadecimal format. Our results are expected to be helpful for a guideline or feasibility test as nationwide data to support the interoperability of ITS systems between a network center and nodes.

  • Most of the public and private buildings in Korea are installing CCTV for crime prevention and follow-up action, insider security, facility safety, and fire prevention, and the number of installations is increasing each year. In the questionnaire conducted on the increasing CCTV, many reactions were positive in terms of the prevention of crime that could occur due to the installation, rather than negative views such as privacy violation caused by CCTV shooting. However, CCTV poses a lot of privacy risks, and when the image data is collected using the cloud, the personal information of the subject can be leaked. InseCam relayed the CCTV surveillance video of each country in real time, including the front camera of the notebook computer, which caused a big issue. In this paper, we introduce a system to prevent leakage of private information and enhance the security of the cloud system by processing the privacy technique on image information about a subject photographed through CCTV.

Loitering Detection Solution for CCTV Security System (방범용 CCTV를 위한 배회행위 탐지 솔루션)

  • In this paper, we propose a loitering detection using trajectory probability distribution and local direction descriptor for intelligent surveillance system. We use a background modeling method for detecting moving object and extract the motion features from each moving object for making feature vectors. After that, we detect the loitering behavior person using K-Nearest Neighbor classifier. We test the proposed method in real world environment and it can achieve real time and robust detection results.
