A Synchronous System Design of an Intelligent-Integrated Production & Logistics Systems (지능형 통합 생산 물류 시스템의 동기화된 시스템 설계)

  • This paper presents a design and implementation of an intelligent-integrated production-logistics systems. The situation considered here is that there are multiple manufacturing plants and multiple distribution centers. Effective distribution resource and production planning are required to reduce inventory cost and to avoid inventory shortage. We propose an intelligent forecasting scheme of each distribution centers, adaptive inventory replenishment planning, distribution resource planning, and integrated production planning system. In forecasting a huge number of on-line model identification is performed using neural network approximation capability. An efficient adaptive replenishment planning and distribution resource planning are also presented in connection with forecasting scheme. An appropriate production is also requested based on production lead-time and the results of distribution planning. Experimental simulations are presented to verify the proposed approach using real data.

  • 국내의 전력 산업은 부정확한 전력수요 예측으로 전력부족과 공급과잉의 주기적 반복이 발생하여 전력 과생산, 에너지 낭비, 전력 과소비와 요금 체납 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 LSTM 알고리즘을 사용하여 전력사용량 예측하고, 정량의 전력을 선구입 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 스마트그리드 환경과 인공지능으로 정량의 전기를 구입 할 수 없는 기존의 전력 산업 문제를 보완하여 소비자의 전기요금 절감과 에너지 절약이 가능하다.

  • 최근 기계공업에 있어서 컴퓨터 이용은, 메카트로닉스 및 CAC/CAM 등에서 볼 수 있듯이 급속히 진전되고 있다. 이와 더불어 생산 기술에 있어서도 소프트웨어의 비율이 중대함과 더불어, 그의 질적 향상 및 생산성 향상이 강력히 요망되고 있다. 이와 같이 소프트웨어의 중요성이 널리 인식 됨에도 불구하고, 생산시스템 전체를 통합적으로 취급할 수 있는 소프트웨어의 체계는 아직 확립되어 있지 않다. 금후 기계공업을 더욱 고도화 시키고, 국제경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 이의 연구개발을 한층 강력히 추진하지 않으면 안될 상황이다. 특히, 숙련공의 기술 및 Know-How에 의존 하는 일이 많은 연삭 가공분야에서는 이러한 전문가의 경험 및 연구로부터 얻은 지식을 컴퓨터의 지식베이스에 집어넣어 인공지능(AI) 기술 및 Expert System을 이용하여 문제를 해결하는 방법은 극히 유효하다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 연삭 작업 표준 설정의 연구의 발전적 연구로서, 최근 급 속히 연구 개발이 진행되고 있는 지식공학을 연삭가공분야에 응용하여, 지금까지 개발한 Siumlation 수법을 상호보강시켜 하나의 지식 처리 system을 구성하고자 한다.

  • FMS를 포함한 다양한 형태의 생산 시스템에 있어서 일정계획문제는, 고가의 생산 설비를 효율적으로 운영한다는 의미에서 점점 더 중요해지고 있다. 일정 계획문제를 해결하 기 위하여 많은 방법들이 제시되었고 지금 현재도 다양한 방법들이 시도되고 있다. 이런 많 은 방법중에서 최적해를 구하는 수리계획법이 가장 우수한 대안을 제시하는 것으로 알려져 있지만, 최적해를 구하는 데 상당히 많은 시간이 필요한 것으로 알려져 있다. 다음으로 우 선 순위 규칙을 제공하는 방법은 짧은 시간을 이용하여 어느 정도 효율적인 일정계획을 제 시하지만, 생산 시스템의 구성과 상황에 따라서 가장 적합한 우선 순위 규칙이 변한다고 알 려져 있다. 이런 상황에 대응하여 시스템의 구성과 상황에 가장 적합한 규칙을 제안하는 전 문가시스템들이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구는 일정계획을 실시간에 수립하는 스케쥴러를 위한 지식을 획득하는 Intelligent Simulator 개발에 관한 연구이다. 일정계획을 위한 인공지능형 스케쥴러를 구축하는데 있어서 가장 큰 난관은 지식을 어떻게 획득할 것인가 하는 점이다. 이런 지식획득의 방법으로 주로 사용되는 벙법은 인간 전문가의 지식을 추출하는 방법이 있 다. 그러나 인간 전문가가 없거나 인간전문가의 지식으로는 부족한 경우에는 기계학습을 통 하여 지식을 추출한다. 기계학습을 위하여는 반드시 많은 case들을 통하여 지식을 획득하 게 되는 데 이런 case의 축적을 위하여는 실제의 시스템을 운영해본다는 것은 많은 비용을 필요로 한다. 이때 필요한 경험의 생성을 위하여 시뮬레이션은 그 중요한 효용성이 있어서 많은 연구자들이 사용하였다. 그러나 경험을 다 생성한 후 그 경험으로부터 지식을 획득하 다보니 서로 다른 방법의 사용에 의하여 동일한 경험으로부터 서로 다른 지식이 생성되는 가능성이 있다. 본 논문은 시뮬레이션이 계속 수행되는 상황하에서 일정계획에 관련된 지식 을 획득하여 축적할 수 있는 Intelligent Simulator의 개발에 관한 연구이다.

  • The energy crisis is emerging as a serious problem around the world. In the case of Korea, there is great interest in energy efficiency research related to industrial complexes, which use more than 53% of total energy and account for more than 45% of greenhouse gas emissions in Korea. One of the studies is a study on saving energy through sharing facilities between factories using the same utility in an industrial complex called a virtual energy network plant and through transactions between energy producing and demand factories. In such energy-saving research, data collection is very important because there are various uses for data, such as analysis and prediction. However, existing systems had several shortcomings in reliably collecting time series data. In this study, we propose an intelligent IIoT platform to improve it. The intelligent IIoT platform includes a preprocessing system to identify abnormal data and process it in a timely manner, classifies abnormal and missing data, and presents interpolation techniques to maintain stable time series data. Additionally, time series data collection is streamlined through database optimization. This paper contributes to increasing data usability in the industrial environment through stable data collection and rapid problem response, and contributes to reducing the burden of data collection and optimizing monitoring load by introducing a variety of chatbot notification systems.

Study on Pressure System for Curved Glass Fabrication of a Smart Phone (스마트폰 곡면유리 성형을 위한 가압시스템 연구)

  • With the recent development of various smartphone designs in the smartphone market, the use of curved cover glass has been required, and interest in curved glass production has increased. In this paper, we designed a pressurization system that simplified the size of the system using a wedge amplification mechanism for smartphone curved glass molding systems. The pressurization system consisted of a linear motor, a wedge, and a force sensor. The wedge was used to amplify the force, and the piezoelectric sensor was used to measure the force. In addition, the proposed amplification mechanism was confirmed to have an error of 1.27% through an experiment compared to the simulation, and the pressurization error of 0.76% for the pressurization profile 3,500N was verified through an experiment.

  • Now the school is in mass production to keep pace with the changing times to identify individual students to develop the talents of various attempts have been investigated. However, a student in the field to identify individual talents to help develop the system is not being utilized. In this study, students identify and develop individual talents to help the mixed recording system designed and implemented a comprehensive talent and the effects were examined. Teacher and parent observations, tests, prize-winning history analysis, analysis methods such as after-school activities for students' individual talent was recognized. Students through the multiple intelligence test was to identify their talent. This system is developed and applied the results, teachers have found the individual child's talents. The students' parents, who helped identify the individual talent. In addition, various educational activities utilizing multiple intelligence which has been developed.

  • High level quality control is required for mobile TFT-LCD modules which are frequently used for fine observation. However, quantitative quality control is difficult. Defect inspection using naked eyes makes irregular inspection results. This paper developed desk type defect inspection equipment for mobile TFT-LCD modules using the same inspection criterion with that of naked eyes. From experiments using this equipments, possibilities of standardization in defect inspection equipment for mobile TFT-LCD modules are presented.

  • As massive increase in remote work since COVID-19, the boundaries between the inside and outside of corporate networks have become blurred. As a result, traditional perimeter security has stagnated business productivity and made it difficult to manage risks such as information leakage. The zero trust architecture model has emerged, but it is difficult to apply to IT environments composed of various companies. Therefore, using the remote work system configuration as an example, we presented a configuration and methodology that can apply zero trust models even in various network environments such as on-premise, cloud, and network separation. Through this, we aim to contribute to the creation of a safe and convenient cyber environment by providing guidance to companies that want to apply zero trust architecture, an intelligent system that actively responds to cyber threats.

  • The connected farm that agricultural land, agricultural machinery and farmer are connected with an IoT gateway is in the commercialization stage. That has increased productivity, efficiency and profitability by intimate information exchange among those. In order to develop the educational program of intelligent agricultural machinery and the agricultural machinery safety education performance indicator, this study analyzed patent trends of agricultural machine with unmanned technology used in agriculture and efficiency technology applied advanced technologies such as ICT, robots and artificial intelligence. We investigated and analyzed patent trends in agricultural machinery of Korea, the USA and Japan as well as the countries in Europe. The United States is an advanced country in the field of unmanned technology and efficiency technology used in agriculture. Agricultural automation technology in Korea is insufficient compared to developed countries, which means rapid technological development is needed. In the sub-fields of field automation technology, path generation and following technology and working machine control technology through environmental awareness have activated.
