인간의 손동작 인식은 오랫동안 언어로서의 역할을 해왔던 통신수단의 한 방법이다. 현대의 사회가 정보화 사회로 진행됨에 따라 보다 빠르고 정확한 의사소통 및 정보의 전달을 필요로 하는 가운데 사람과 컴퓨터간의 상호 연결 혹은 사람의 의사 표현에 있어 기존의 장치들이 가지는 단점을 보안하며 이 부분에 사람의 두 손으로 표현되는 자유로운 몸짓을 이용하려는 연구가 최근에 많이 진행되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에선 2차원 입력 영상으로부터 동적인 손동작의 사용 없이 손의 특징을 이용한 새로운 인식 알고리즘을 제안하고, 보다 높은 인식률과 실 시간적 처리를 위해 Radial Basis Function Network 및 부가적인 특징점을 통한 손동작의 인식을 구현하였다. 또한 인식된 손동작의 의미를 바탕으로 인식률 및 손동작 표현의 의미성에 대한 정확도를 판별하기 위해 로봇의 제어에 적용한 실험을 수행하였다.

As artificial intelligence services targeting humans increase, social demands are increasing that artificial intelligence should also be made on an ethical basis. Following this trend, the government and businesses are preparing policies and norms related to artificial intelligence ethics. In order to establish reasonable policies and norms, the first step is to understand the public's perceptions. In this paper, social data and news comments were collected and analyzed to understand the public's perception related to artificial intelligence and ethics. Interest analysis, emotional analysis, and discourse analysis were performed and visualized on the collected datasets. As a result of the analysis, interest in "artificial intelligence ethics" and "artificial intelligence" favorability showed an inversely proportional correlation. As a result of discourse analysis, the biggest issue was "personal information leakage," and it also showed a discourse on contamination and deflection of learning data and whether computer-made artificial intelligence should be given a legal personality. This study can be used as data to grasp the public's perception when preparing artificial intelligence ethical norms and policies.

현대 산업의 발전에 따른 사회고령화, 장애인구 증가는 장애인을 위해 특화된 서비스를 제공할 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 개발이 필요함을 나타낸다. 이를 위해 사용자와 유비쿼터스 환경 간의 상호작용이 지원되는 상황인식 서비스 기술 개발이 필요하다. 상황인식 서비스 기술은 미들웨어와 응용서비스 개발로 분류 가능하며, 본 논문은 응용서비스 개발의 차원에서 장애인을 위한 서비스 Activity를 결정하고, 이것을 기반으로 온톨로지가 적용된 상황정보의 모델링을 구현한다. 상황정보 모델을 상황인식을 위한 베이지안 네트워크의 구조학습에 적용하여, 확률 기반 상황 추론이 가능한 상황인식 시스템을 개발한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine experts' conceptions of the competencies of future talent to live in the fourth industrial revolution. To this end, 144 experts in the education sector conducted conceptions survey on the talented for intelligence and information society. The main findings of the survey by experts are summarized as follows. First, the level of agreement on the competencies of the talented in the intelligence and information society was found in the order of 'creative convergence competencies', 'making competencies', 'character competencies' and 'specialization competencies'. Second, the highest level of agreement on the characteristic factors were found to be 'problem-solving ability' belonging to 'creative convergence competencies'. Finally the highest level of agreement on the characteristic components were found to be 'problem-solving ability' belonging to 'creative convergence competencies'.

사회재난을 예방하고 재난 상황에서 위기 대처를 신속하게 수행하기 위해서는 재난 상황을 신속하게 인지하는 것이 중요하다. 재난 상황의 신속한 인지를 위해서는 현장에 설치된 각종 센서로부터 상황 정보를 사물인터넷을 통해서 빠르게 수집하고 중요 이벤트 발생을 인식하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해서 수위 센서 데이터의 효율적인 수집과 데이터 전송을 위한 사물인터넷 기반 사회재난 상황 알림 시스템을 설계하고 평가한다.

With the development of artificial intelligence, society is moving to a different world. As a result, amid growing interest in artificial intelligence education, research on how to teach artificial intelligence is also being conducted more actively in Korea. However, a lot of research is being conducted around the upper grades of elementary school, and curriculum and programs for the lower grades are insufficient. Therefore, this study developed an artificial intelligence program for lower grades. Among them, it was developed focusing on artificial intelligence image recognition. It compares image recognition methods of people, animals, and computers, identifies the characteristics of fallen leaves, and helps them understand the image recognition process of artificial intelligence by classifying them according to the characteristics of fallen leaves. I hope this program will help elementary school students understand the image recognition principle of artificial intelligence in the future.

포스트 코로나시대에는 다가올 디지털 인프라 사회에서의 안전하고 편리한 사이버 경제활동을 구현하기 위해서 비대면 인증수단으로서 텔레바이오인식기술의 중요성은 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 이에 따라 바이오인식 관련 국제표준화기구인 ITU-T SG17 Q10(ID Management & Telebiometrics)에서 추진중인 반려동물 개체식별 인증서비스, 헬스케어 응용서비스, 인공지능서비스에서의 생체정보 보호기술 등에 관한 텔레바이오인식기술 표준화 현황을 면밀히 분석하여, 향후 디지털 사회로의 대전환 시대가 도래함에 따른 동물 개체식별 인증서비스, 디지털 헬스케어 응용서비스, 주율주행 응용서비스 등 폭넓게 생활속에 적용되고 진화하고 있는 텔레바이오인식기술 국제표준화 추진현황에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

2025년 초고령 사회로 진입할 것으로 예상됨에 따라 고령화 시대에 발생하는 문제점들을 IT기술을 응용하여 지능적으로 해결할 수 있는 인공지능 헬스케어 솔루션이 주목받고 있다. BIS리서치의 보고서에 따르면 헬스케어 산업의 챗봇 시장 규모가 2029년 약 4억 9,800만 달러로 성장할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 시니어 사용자를 위한 기술 연구가 적극적으로 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 사전학습한 언어모델과 BiLSTM기반 신경망 모델을 이용하여 시니어 사용자에게 특화된 질환 증상 인식 모델 구현에 관한 범위 및 방법에 관해 기술한다. 이는 시니어 대상 건강관리 챗봇 솔루션에 도입하여 시니어 사용자에게 자주 발생하는 질환들을 조기에 발견할 수 있도록 지원하여 위험의 발생 예방에 도움을 주는 서비스가 될 것으로 전망한다.

In this paper, we analyzed on the importance of radio spectrum and radio industry for promoting radio ecosystem. For this, we investigated the changes of future society and analyzed the recognition and importance of radio industries by survey on opinion changes of experts. We suggested a direction for radio industry promotion, which is composed of technology development, service development, advancement of law and regulations, business model development, assistance of production and use, publicity enforcement for promotion. The importance changes and radio use industry sector practices of the radio industry are analyzed by survey of experts. From this result, the 5 policy options are proposed.

This study examined the relationship among perception on information, purpose of information use, and trust in government. It also identified different patterns of groups by their ideological inclination via a national survey on sample population over the age of twenty. The result showed the statistical significance of the relationship among information perception, purpose of information use, ideological inclination, and trust in government. The analysis result implies that the role of government should be readjusted in terms of publicness toward meta-data provider which is transparent and fair without any discrimination by individual difference and economic condition. This will increase the level of trust in government data and its utilization will be tied into the individual connectedness for social integration. The role of government as an information provider needs to establish the role of mediator which always keeps social rules and tracks down violators in a timely manner in the process of information production. With transparent information flow and fair game, the richness of information and a positive production environment will be created.
