The effects of emotional labor and job burnout of the ski resort workers on service level (스키리조트 종사자의 감정노동과 직무소진이 서비스 제공수준에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was empirically to reveal the effects of emotional labor and job burnout of the ski resort workers on service level. For the study, a survey of 215 people working in domestic ski resorts was conducted. Emotional labor was composed of two sub-factors: surface acting and deep acting. Service level was composed of three sub-factors: tangibles, responsiveness, endeavor. The following results were obtained by confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. First, in emotional labor which ski resort worker perceived, surface acting had a positive effect on job burnout, while deep acting had a negative effect on it. Second, surface acting had a positive effect on tangibles and responsiveness of service level and deep acting had a positive effect on tangibles, responsiveness and endeavor of service level. Third, job burnout which ski resort worker perceived had a negative effect on tangibles, responsiveness and endeavor of service level. This study suggested that implications and limitations of the relationship between outcomes and emotional labor which people working at sport organizations such as a ski resort have experienced.

An Influencing Health Promoting Behavior of Perceived Health Status and Self-Efficacy according to major of college students (대학생의 전공에 따른 건강상태 지각과 자아효능감이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing health promoting behavior of perceived health status and self-efficacy according to major of college students to develop health promoting interventions of college students. The subjects of this study were 592 college students in C city in Korea. Health promoting behavior was significantly higher(p=.014) in health related major students than none health related major students. There were significantly difference in "an time to school(p=.007)", "sleeping hours(p=.004)", "drinking(p=0.028)", "exercise(p<.001)", "exercise frequency(p=.012)" between health related major and none health related major. perceived health status(r=0.381, p<.001) and self efficacy(r=0.620, p<.001) were significantly positive relation to health promoting behavior. The other sub factor in self efficacy were confidence(p<.001), effort(p=.008), will(p=.001) and sub factor in perceived health status were present health(p<.001), health anxiety(p=.002), resistibility and sensitivity(p=.002) in none health related major students($R^2$=0.432, F=38.620). We suggested that the results of this study be considered in developing health promoting programs through appropriate education and various activity of young adults.

A Study on the Effect of the Perceived Service Quality on Repurchase Intention and Loyalty by Lifestyle Segmentation (라이프스타일 유형에 따른 지각된 서비스품질이 재구매 의사와 로열티에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • 서비스마케팅문헌을 살펴보면 지각된 서비스품질 및 이에 대한 고객반응에 초점을 맞추어 이루어진 연구들이 많이 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 지각된 서비스품질이 실질적으로 서비스 구매자인 소비자의 재구매 행위와 어떤 인과관계가 있고 또한 로열티와는 어떤 인과성을 갖는지를 규명하는데 주력하였다. 아울러 이러한 인과성이 조절변수인 라이프스타일에 따라 어떤 차이가 발생하는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 지각된 서비스품질을 측정하는 있어서는 기존 SERVQUAL방식의 측정개념이 아닌 Johnson, Tsiros & Lancioni(1995)가 적용한 일반적 시스템 접근법(투입, 과정, 성과변수로 측정)을 활용하여 새롭게 접근하고자 노력하였다. 연구결과 지각된 서비스품질은 이를 구성하는 선행변수(투입요소와 과정 및 성과요소)와 긍정적인 정(+)의 인과관계를 나타내고 있으며, 특히 성과요소에 의해 서비스품질이 지각되는 경향이 매우 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 지각된 서비스품질은 재구매 의사와 로열티에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 검증되었으며 이러한 모든 인과관계는 소비자들의 라이프스타일 유형에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있었다. 따라서 서비스산업에 있어 마케팅전략을 수립하는데 있어서도 유형적 제품과 마찬가지로 라이프스타일을 이용한 시장세분화 전략을 활용할 필요가 있다.

A Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effects of the Pulsed Nd:YAG Laser on Dentinal Hypersensitivity (상아질지각과민증에 대한 펄스형 Nd: YAG 레이저의 치료효과에 관한 임상적 연구)

  • 저자는 치과용 레이저를 이용한 상아질지각과민증 치료효과를 임상적으로 평가하고자 상아질지각과민증환자 24명을 대상으로 각 환자마다 상아질 지각과민 치아 중 레이저로 치료 할 치아1개(실험군)와 치료하지 않을 치아 1개(대조군)를 선정하여, 치과용 air-syringe에 의한 냉자극과 치과용 탐침자에 의한 기계적 자극을 가한 후 Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)을 통해 지각과민증 정도를 평가하였으며, 이후 실험군 치아의 치경부 마모면에 광섬유 레이저에너지 전달방식의 펄스형 Nd:YAG 레이저의 일종인 Sunlase Master(Sunrise Technologies Inc., U.S.A., 파장 1064nm, 펄스지속시간 120(sec, 광섬유직경 320(m)를 사용하여, 0.3-1.0W, 10Hz 조건으로 환자의 반응에 따라 1회2분을 초과하지 않는 범위 내에서 비접촉식과 접촉식을 병행하여 3회에 걸쳐(초진 당일, 1일후, 3일후) 레이저를 조사한 후 처음조사 직후, 그리고 초진 1일후, 3일후, 7일후, 14일후 VAS를 채득하여 조사전과 비교, 분석, 평가하였던 바, 상아질 지각과민증이 각각 약 50%, 약36%, 약45%, 약 53% 감소하였으나 (p(0.05) 경시적으로는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그리고 24명중 9명에 대해서는 초진 30일 후 까지 레이저조사치료효과를 평가하였던 바, 상아질지각과민증이 처음조사 직후, 감소하였으며 (p(0.05)역시 경시적으로는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 초진 30일 후 상아질지각과민증이 초진 14일 후에 비해 약간 증가되는 경향을 보여, 레이저조사 치료효과가 약화되는 경향인지 여부에 대해 향후 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.안되었다.기란 현실적으로 불가능하므로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약점을 극복할 수 있는 근사적인 지체시간을 계산하는 방법을 제시한 점에서 의미를 갖을 수 있다.수들은 직업의 선택이나 소득을 예측하기 위한 요소들로 포함될 수 없었다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 이를 보완해야 할 것이며, 최근 들어 우리 나라에서도 재택근무에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있으나 아직 개념정의나 그 중요성과 가치, 그리고 실태 파악과 같은 연구가 활발히 이루어지지 못하고 있으므로 이에 대한 심층적인 연구가 행해져야 할 것이다.d similar flower proceeding dates in all branches. but "Daepung" showed similar flower proceeding dates in all branches.est in HB. Mean period of wetting duration was in the order of DS>HB>MB, while the dew point depression was greatest in DS.ANCOVA, Pearson correlation을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 캠프 프로그램은 소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기 효능을 증진시키고 환자 역할 행위 이행을 높여주는데 효과적 이었다. 소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기 효능은 환자 역할 행위 이행과 순 상관 관계가 있어, 자기 효능이 증진될수록 환자 역할 행위 이행 정도가 높아졌다. 무조건 사주지 않는다(8.0%), 무조건 사준다(3.1%)로 식품광고에 나오는 식품 요구시 부모의 70.3%가 거절하는 것으로 나타났다. 거절 이유는 건강에 나쁘다는 것이 가장 큰 이유였으며 강남과 강북 어린이간에 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p<0.001).

CATV 홈쇼핑에서 소비자의 비윤리적 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 탐색적 연구

  • 본 연구는 국내의 CATV 홈쇼핑에서 최근 문제가 되고 있는 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위에 관한 연구로서 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 이러한 요인들이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 기존의 심리학 분야에서 소비자들의 윤리의식에 관한 연구와 오프라인 상의소비자 비윤리적인 행위에 관한 연구에서의 요인들을 홈쇼핑의 상황에 맞게 수정하여 홈쇼핑에 적용시켜보았다. 비윤리적인 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 신뢰와 전환비용, 그리고 충성도로 보았다. 설문조사를 통해서 분석한 결과 홈쇼핑에 대한 신뢰와 전환비용은 소비자들이홈쇼핑에 대한 충성도를 만드는데 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 4단계의 충성도는 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 홈쇼핑 사들은 소비자들과의 관계를 보다 탄탄하게 구축하기 위해서는 전환비용을 지각하도록 하는 것보다 소비자 스스로가 홈쇼핑 사를 신뢰할 수 있도록 관리한다면 소비자들의 비윤리적 행위는 감소시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Factors Influencing Health Promotion Behavior in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis (폐결핵 환자의 건강증진행위와 관련요인)

  • This study was conducted to identify the health promotion behavior of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and examine the factors influencing this behavior. The subjects were 152 outpatients who were treated for pulmonary tuberculosis at the national tuberculosis hospital located in M City. Data were collected from July to September, 2016 and analyzed using the t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Health promotion behavior was negatively correlated with physical symptoms, perceived barriers, and depression, but positively correlated with self-efficacy. The most powerful variable influencing health promotion behavior was depression and the model showed an explanatory power of 63.5%. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to employ a variety of strategies to practice and maintain the health promotion behavior of pulmonary tuberculosis patients to decrease their depression and provide psychological support.

Study on Personal Information Protection Behavior in Social Network Service Using Health Belief Model (건강신념모델을 이용한 소셜네트워크서비스에서의 개인정보보호행위에 관한 연구)

  • With wide distribution of smart phones and development of mobile network, social network service (SNS) is displaying remarkable growth rates. Users build new social relations by sharing their interests, which brings surging growth to the SNS based on the combination between the strength of expanding the place for communication and distribution of smart phones featured with easy portability. This study is designed to understand impact factors of SNS on users in Korea and to conduct empirical research on casual relationship between the factors above and the factors affecting personal information behavior through the privacy protection and self-efficacy. In order to accomplish the objective above, the study presented a research model applied with key variables of the Health Belief Model (HBM) predicting behaviors capable of recognizing and preventing individual diseases in the field of health communication. To perform empirical verification on the research model of this study, a survey was conducted upon college students at N university located in Chungcheongnam-do and K university in rural area, who have experiences using the SNS. Through this survey, a total of 186 samples were collected, and path analysis was performed in order to analyze the relationship between the factors. Based on the findings from the survey, first, variables Perceived probability, Perceived severity, Perceived impairment of the HBM, key factors of personal information protection behavior on the SNS, were found to exhibit negative relationship with self-efficacy, and Perceived probability, Perceived benefit, Perceived impairment were found to exhibit negative relationship with privacy protection. But the above, Perceived severity showed positive relationship with privacy protection, and Perceived benefit and self-efficacy also displayed positive relationship. Second, although self-efficacy, a parameter, showed positive relationship with privacy protection, it demonstrated negative relationship with personal information protection behavior. Lastly, privacy protection exhibited positive relationship with personal information protection behavior. By presenting theoretical model reflected with characteristics of prevention based on these findings above unlike previous studies on personal information protection using technologies threatening personal information, this study is to provide theoretical and operational foundation capable of offering explanations how to predict personal information protection behavior on the SNS in the future.

Factors Related to Health Promoting Behaviors of Young-Old and Old-Old Elderly in Rural Areas (농촌지역 전기노인과 후기노인의 건강증진행위 관련요인)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of health promoting behaviors and the significant factors in rural elderly(young-old vs old-old). Methods: The data was collected using structured questionnaires from June 22th to Sep. 18th, 2009. A total of 556 elderly aged 65 years or over were selected from 14 rural districts in C province, South Korea. Age was divided into two groups as below 65-74 and 75 or older. A structured questionnaire was used to obtain information on the demographic characteristics, their perceived health status, the difficulty of activities of daily living, quality of life, self-efficacy and health promoting behaviors. The health promoting behaviors included nutrition, stress management, interpersonal support, exercise, health responsibility and self-actualization. The scores for health promoting behaviors were used mean and standard deviation. The data was analyzed using SPSS Win 12.0. Results: Of the 556 subjects, we found that the young-old(65-74 aged) were 359 and the old-old elderly(over 75 aged) were 197. We found that the level of health promoting behavior was higher for young-old ($2.75{\pm}0.374$) compared to old-old elderly people ($2.67{\pm}0.399$). In multiple linear regression, quality of life, self-efficacy, living with spouse, and number of generation living together for the young-old, and quality of life for old-old elderly were significantly associated with health promoting behaviors. Conclusions: The study findings indicate that there are age differences in associated factor of health promoting behaviors. Therefore our findings may provide useful assistance in developing effective intervention programs to improve health promoting behavior of the elderly in rural areas according to their age differences.

  • In most service organization, salespeople are the most visible representatives of the company. Salespeople are exposed to greater ethical pressures than individuals in many other jobs. In this context, the salesperson's ethical behaviour can play a critical role in the formation and maintenance of long-term buyer-seller relationships. Moreover, it can even generate liability problems for salespeople's organizations through both intentional and inadvertent statements. The purpose of this research focuses on the analysis of the role of ethical sales behaviour, as perceived by customer, in developing and maintaining relationship between the salesperson and the customer. Thus this study examines the relationship among perceived ethical sales behaviour, customer satisfaction, customer trust, and customer loyalty. The results of empirical analysis can be summarized by the following: First, perceived ethical sales behaviour had a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer loyalty. Second, customer satisfaction had a positive effect customer trust and customer loyalty. Third, perceived ethical sales behaviour had a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and customer trust. Therefore, These finding will spawn both academic and practitioner interest in the salesperson's ethical sales behaviour and serve as a foundation for further research in this important area.

Factors associated with the Intention of Human Papillomavirus Vaccination among Mothers of Junior High School Daughters (여중생 딸을 둔 어머니의 인유두종 바이러스 백신 접종 의도 및 관련 요인)

  • This study aims to identify mothers' intentions to make their junior high school daughters receive HPV vaccination and identified related factors using the Theory of Planned Behavior. The subjects of this study were 198 mothers whose daughters second or third graders in 4 junior high schools located in G city. The data were collected from Sep 17th to 24th, 2012, which were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 Program. According to the result of this study, mothers' intention to vaccinate their daughters was relatively high, but only 29.8% out of them responded that would make their daughters receive HPV vaccination within six months, and they responded best average age for HPV vaccination was 17.74. The subjects' intentions toward HPV vaccination was significantly associated with attitude, perceived behavior control, and subjective norms statistically as influential variables, whose regression model could explain 84.3% of the intentions. Therefore, it is considered a social atmosphere be established where mothers are encouraged and promoted to be positive about HPV vaccination and perceive it to be easy.
