Acceptance of the Smart Clothing According to Trend and Information Innovation (유행혁신성과 정보혁신성에 따른 스마트의류 수용)

  • This study is to examine the effect of the purchase intention toward smart clothing on the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, trust, and social influence, and the moderating effect of the customers' characteristics like the trend and information innovation. After pictures about the smart clothing for biometric measurement were provided, 256 questionnaires targeted at 20s were gathered. The results of this study are as follows. First, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment had an positive effect on the purchase intention of smart clothing. Second, interactions between perceived enjoyment, trust, and social influence and trend innovation had an effect on the purchase intention of smart clothing. Finally, interactions between perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and social influence and information innovation had an influence on the purchase intention of smart clothing. This study can provide various guidelines for researches and companies relative to smart clothing.

  • 정부 포탈 사이트는 국민들의 참여와 이용을 장려하여 정부와 국민간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션 창구로 이용하려는 전자정부의 의지를 반영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어떠한 요인들이 정부 포탈사이트 사용의도에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하여 그 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해서 정보기술 수용에 관련된 연구들 중 널리 알려진 Davis(1989)의 TAM 모형과 DcLone & McLean(l992)의 정보시스템 성과측정 모형을 사용하여 연구모형을 도출하였으며, 지각된 모호성과 정부지원을 조절변수로 사용하여 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다.

The Impact of Perceived Wellness on In-role Performance (지각된 웰니스가 역할수행 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Despite the increasing importance that companies currently place on employee wellness, few studies have explored the impact of wellness on individual and team performance in the workplace. Drawing on the broaden-and-build theory, we hypothesize that wellness intention, wellness leadership, and wellness climate influence the performance of both individuals and teams. We tested our hypotheses using data collected from 495 employees of 81 teams in 11 Korean companies. Our analysis indicates that wellness leadership and wellness climate are meaningful interventions between perceived wellness and performance. Wellness intention did not impact perceived wellness. However, the interaction between wellness intention and wellness leadership impacted perceived wellness. Wellness climate negatively moderated the relationship between perceived wellness and performance.

Influence of Satisfaction of University and Family Cohesion on Perceived Entrapment: Moderating Effects of Resilience and Hope (대학만족도와 가족응집력이 지각된 속박감에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성과 희망의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effect of resilience and hope among satisfaction of university, family cohesion, and perceived entrapment. It was conducted to measure research variables from 610 university students. The moderating effect according to resilience and hope was analyzed through hierarchical regression analysis and presented in graphs of significant moderating effect. As a result of analysis, first, there were significant relationship, among satisfaction of university, family cohesion, and perceived entrapment. Second, satisfaction of university and family cohesion had a significant negative effect on the perceived entrapment. Third, resilience had moderating effect within the relationship of university satisfaction and perceived entrapment. Forth, hope had moderating effect within the relationship of family cohesion and perceived entrapment. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of resilience and hope that could be taken to reduce perceived entrapment.

  • The conclusions shown by this study are as follows: Firstly, Despite the similarity of the objective distance caused by the geographic distance and cultural similarities. it is found that the psychic distance factor still exists. Secondly, a new affective factor of psychic distance has been noted. As to the shaping method, even though culture and psychic distance involve homeogenic factors, psychic distance is more complex in that it is affected not only by cultural changes but also by other affective factors. Culture is a very significant factor, which can have an effect on forming psychic distance, but it is short of being a measurement variable for measuring psychic distance. Thirdly, psychic distance can have a direct effect on customers' buying response. If it is just a belief shared among the people of a nation, it can't become an important notion.

  • This study analyzed the effect of perceived interactivity in health information websites on users. First, this study analyzed the effect of users' individual characteristics on the perceived interactivity. As a result, hypochondriasis had a negative relationship with perceived interactivity, and health literacy had a positive relationship with it. On the other hand, although the perceived interactivity had a positive effect on users' attitudes toward health information websites and expected outcomes, it did not have an effect on continuous usage intention. However, their attitudes and perceived outcomes had a positive influence on continuous usage intention and at the same time mediated the perceived interactivity. Eventually, the perceived interactivity had an effect on continuous usage intention of health information websites by the medium of other positively related variables.

  • The wearables market has fast grown, demanding a more consumer-centric academic attention. The current research explores the moderations of consumer individual characteristics (i.e., age, need for cognition, involvement) in the dynamics of perceived psychological benefits of wearables adoption (i.e., perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) towards perceived product quality. the results indicate a strong positive influence of both the perceived usefulness and ease of use on perceived quality. however, the predicted moderations of age, need for congitiion, and involvement were partially supported.

  • With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, destructive technologies have become more frequent and companies are facing difficulties in survival with existing technologies, and companies are pursuing the survival or growth of businesses through business diversification as a countermeasure. There is a lack of research on the effects of perceived possibility of policy finance and management support, which act as a driving force of corporate growth, on firm performance. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of business diversification on the performance of SMEs. For this study, data were collected from 525 employees of 20 SMEs. Statistical analysis was performed using regression analysis. First, the product diversification and market diversification, which are independent variables of business diversification of SMEs, have a positive (+) influence on firm performance. Second, it is shown that product diversification, which is an independent variable, is controlled by the possibility of perceiving as a controlling variable in the effect of product diversification, which is a dependent variable, while market diversification during business diversification is not controlled by perception appear. This analysis suggests that SMEs need product diversification to create corporate performance. After discussing the above conclusions and implications, the direction of the research for the follow - up study was suggested.

  • This research analyzes the use intention of the ubiquitous service based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). This study investigates the characteristics of the ubiquitous service like the ubiquity, personality, connectivity, and location. The major results of this study are as follows. The ubiquity, connectivity, and location had positive influences on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. And, the personality had the positive influence of the perceived ease of use. The perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had the positive effect to an attitude, and the attitude had the positive effect to an use intention. When it consider the market share or the growth potential of the wireless internet service industry, this research results will be able to tilize as the basic information of an industry.

The Effects of Individualism/Collectivism Disposition on Adopting the Information according to the Types of Information (정보형태에 따른 정보수용에 대한 개인주의/집단주의 성향의 효과)

  • 본 연구는 개인주의-집단주의 문화 개념을 도입하여, 타인의 의견이나 집단규범이 내포된 합의정보와 제품의 속성이 나타난 속성정보가 불일치한 상황에 접했을 때 개인의 문화지향성에 따라 정보의 수용과정에 차이가 있는지를 탐구하였다. 본 연구는 접근성-진단성 프레임웍에 근거하여 정보의 수용과정 모델을 개발하고 이를 중국 및 한국의 개별소비자차원에서 검증하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과, 소비자의 개인주의-집단주의 성향에 따라 불일치 정보의 수용과정이 다르게 나타났다. 집단주의 성향의 소비자들은 합의정보의 합의성 지각수준을 높게 지각할수록 합의정보의 집단자아 접근성과 집단동조 진단성 수준이 증가하여 집단의견수용의도가 높아지는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 속성정보의 속성성 지각수준을 높게 지각할수록 속성정보의 개인자아 접근성과 개인화가치 진단성이 증가하여 개인의견반영의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 개인주의성향의 소비자들은 속성정보의 속성성 수준을 높게 지각할수록 개인화가치 진단성 수준이 높아져 개인의견반영의도가 높아지며, 합의정보의 합의성 수준을 높게 지각할수록 집단자아 접근성 수준이 높아져 집단의견수용의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.
