The Effect of Ski Shop Service Quality on Consumer Value and Customer Satisfaction (스키장 렌탈샵의 서비스 품질이 소비자의 지각된 가치 및 구매행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to improve the service quality of the ski rental industry and provide basic data to satisfy customers' needs by investigating how the service quality of ski rental shops affects consumers' perceived value and purchasing behavior. Therefore, a survey was conducted on users visiting rental shops at six ski resorts in Korea (High1 Resort, Yongpyeong Resort, Jisan Resort, Gonjiam Resort, Phoenix Park, and Welli Hilli). The collected data was conducted by using SPSS (B. 25.0) program, visual factors analysis, and multivariate distributed analysis, simple, simple and multivariate variance analysis, simple and multivariate analysis. The results derived from this study are as follows. First, it was found that the service quality of ski resort rental shops had a significant effect on perceived value in the order of convenience, empathy, service, and facility environment. Second, it was found that the perceived value of purchasing behavior of purchase behavior and recommendations. Third, it was found that the service quality of ski resort rental shops had a significant effect on purchase intention and recommendation intention of purchase behavior in the order of empathy, facility environment, convenience, and service.

The Effects of Characteristics of Mobile Coupon Service on Consumers' Intention of Using Mobile Coupons (모바일 쿠폰서비스의 특성이 소비자의 쿠폰이용의도에 미치는 영향과 자기해석의 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • The recent economic recession and price rise reduces excessive consumption as a whole. So companies take more interest in and use discount coupons as a means of sales promotion to reinforce their competitiveness. The combination of Internet and mobile communication technology leads to an explosive increase in the use of mobile Internet service, which promotes commercialization of mobile coupons. Nevertheless, there are absolutely insufficient researches on mobile coupons than those on paper ones. In this context, this study tries to consider intention of accepting and using mobile coupons. The innovated Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used to see factors of using mobile coupons considered important by customers. Through the combination of characteristics of mobile coupon service and values obtained from mobile coupons, effects of variables to enhance intention of using mobile coupons were empirically analyzed. In particular, this study suggested importance of psychological as well as economic values of mobile coupons and emphasized good considerations of the psychological aspect, such as shame, stinginess, and reputation sensitivity, in using mobile coupons as an important factor for intention of using the coupons. Another empirical analysis was made of what moderating roles consumers' self-construalplayed in the effects of mobile coupon values perceived by consumers on intention of using coupons. As a result, immediate connectivity and situational provision among characteristics of mobile coupon service were found to affect ease and usability. It was also shown that perceived ease and usability had significant effects on both economic and psychological values, which then had significant effects on intention of using a mobile system. After testing moderating effects of self-construal, the degree of effects of perceived mobile coupon values on intention of using mobile coupons was greater among inter-dependent self-construal users than among independent ones. This study considered various schemes of improving intention to use mobile coupons and provided a foundation to help companies make a strategy for mobile coupons to be activated in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the formation of placeness in public libraries, to understand placeness of public library, and to explain its social value. This study conducted causality analysis of placeness formation in public libraries. And this study analysed the direct and indirect effects of place attachment in public libraries as a mediated factor between placeness factor and perceived place value.

  • This study verified the difference in the influence on the value principles held by the consumers while examining the influence of the characteristics of the online shopping mall on the purchase intent by using a TAM2 model. First, the characteristics of online shopping malls were proven to have a positive effect on the perceived ease of use and perceived utility. Second, a look at the effect of the online shopping mall characteristics on the emotional response shows that only the system quality and product quality variables had a positive effect on the emotional response. Third, the perceived ease of use, perceived utility and emotional response of online shopping mall users had a positive effect on their perceived value. Fourth, multi-group analysis was conducted to examine the difference between utilitarian goods and hedonic goods by categorizing what was purchased at online shopping malls. The results showed differences between the groups. This study is attempted to investigate various influencing factors on consumers' intention to revisit online shopping malls. In addition, the author also attempted to understand the behavior of online shopping mall visitors by dealing with more than the technical attributes and emotional aspects of shopping malls.

  • The emergence of the mobile commerce market as a new megatrend, mobile shopping is becoming an important distribution channel in the domestic online shopping market. The purpose of this study is to classify shopping values perceived by mobile social commerce users into a utilitarian value and a hedonic value explained and to empirically examine the effects of social commerce characteristics on the purchase intention and shopping values in mobile social commerce. conclusion, this implies that site providers and sellers need to try to supply cheaper and more economical products than those offline and provide the most effective and optimum information and service so sellers and consumers can exchange messages with each other and create meanings.

  • This paper studied the relationship between the quality of perceived service and the consumer satisfaction on IPTV which is on the increase in the number of subscribers as the representative of a convergence service of the communication and broadcasting. Using the measurement tools of five factors such as the perceived service quality, the accommodation of information techniques, the consumer satisfaction, the intention of continuous use and the users' intention to recommend to others, the empirical study on IPTV users was taken. The results showed that the perceived serviced service quality, usefulness and easy access to IPTV have strong effects on the use and the users, intention to recommend to others.

  • Recently, as internet shopping mall users rapidly, a form of shopping changed from off line to on line. The rapid growth of customers and transaction volume through evolution of new media, internet, brings new problems to internet marketers. It is the most important task that how internet shopping mall operators obtain their customers trust and repeat buying. This empirical research investigates online shoppers for their trust dimensions for online retailers. The study aimed to determine whether e-trust antecedents(perceived reputation, perceived quality, perceived value) influence trust dimension and whether the multidimensional trust contributed differently to perceived risk and willingness to depend on e-retailers. Consequences of the research are as follows: First, it reveals that of reputation, web site quality of the internet shopping mall have influence upon trust dimension. Second, the higher level of trust consumers have, the higher level of willingness to depend and intent to revisit on the retailers they have. But level of perceive risk consumers have not influences on willingness to depend on the retailers. It is necessary for internet shopping mall to development its reputation and familiarity to obtain customer's trust. Accordingly, this research will be helping internet shopping mall insight for marketing strategies, constantly should study about action and mind of consumer.

Effects of Shopping Value of Car Sharing Service on Brand Loyalty and Intention to Use (카셰어링 서비스의 쇼핑가치가 브랜드 충성도 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • In recent years, the interest and importance of the sharing economy is increasing, and car sharing services are being activated. This study examined the effect of shopping value perceived by consumers on brand loyalty and intention to use the car sharing service. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of these relationships on utilitarian and hedonic shopping values. To verify this, data were collected from 364 car sharing users and analyzed using structural equation modeling. As a result, both utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value had a positive effect on brand loyalty. Brand loyalty had a positive effect on intention to use. Therefore, this study can confirm that the use situation of car sharing service is a theoretical and practical point in suggesting shopping value considering consumption attribute. This implies that a consumer-oriented approach to the sharing economy is needed.

The Effects of Social Tourism Information Platform on Experience Value and e-Loyalty of Visitors to Tourism Information (관광정보 이용객이 지각하는 소셜관광정보플랫폼이 경험가치 및 e-충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of a social tourism information platform on platform users' experiential value and e-loyalty and performed an empirical analysis with the aim to propose methods and implications regarding what strategies can enable practical application for sustainable growth in the operation of a social tourism information platform in the future tourism industry. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the analysis supported the hypothesis that sub-factors of a social tourism information platform, such as interactivity, information reliability, and usefulness, have statistically significant positive effects on experiential value. Second, the analysis did not support the hypothesis that the sub-factors of a social tourism information platform, such as interactivity, information reliability, and usefulness, have statistically significant positive effects on e-loyalty. Third, the analysis supported the hypothesis that experiential value has a statistically significant positive effect on e-loyalty. Consequently, tourism companies should improve customers' experiential value by supplementing their existing platforms, considering the interactivity, information reliability, and usefulness of users based on these characteristics of social tourism information platforms. To increase e-loyalty to their social tourism information platforms, tourism companies should clearly and rapidly provide the information needed by users in addition to improving the visual design of such platforms. Moreover, to increase e-loyalty, the companies can incorporate their own killer content into platforms for users to have an enjoyable time, using platforms that stimulate their interest and give pleasure and fun, and this way, they can satisfy the users' needs for experiential value.

  • 기존의 오프라인보다 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 고객유지가(retention)가 중요해지는 상황에서, 기존의 백화점에서 쇼핑하는 쇼핑객들이 중요하게 생각하는 개념과 인터넷 쇼핑을 이용하는 인터넷 이용자들이 중요하게 생각하는 개념을 비교하면서 지각된 가치(perceived value)가 고객만족(customer satisfaction), 신뢰(trust)에 미치는 영향에 관한 구조적 관계를 설정하고 온라인과 오프라인쇼핑몰에 대해 비교 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 인터넷쇼핑몰의 경우에는 고객이 만족하면 신뢰감이 생긴다. 오프라인쇼핑몰에서는 고객만족하면 신뢰의 중요성이 낮게 나타난다. 인터넷 기업과 오프라인쇼핑몰 기업 측면에서 고객만족과 신뢰를 확보할 수 있는 전략적 가이드를 제공한다.
