공조기용 열교환기

  • 최근 룸에어콘이나 패키지에어콘의 에너지 절약, 쾌척성 등에 대환 사용자나 회사로부터의 요구는 더더욱 높아지고 있다. 공조기의 중요한 구성요소 중 하나인 열교환기도 이러한 요구에 대응하여 기술개발이 계속해서 진행되고 있다. 공조용 열교환기를 설계할 때 가장 중요한 과체는 비용이냐 설치성 등의 제약조건올 만족하면서 필요한 교환열량을 달성하기 위해, 요구되는 열 전달계수(K)와 전열면적(A)의 곱인 KA값을 얼마나 확보하는가 하는 점에 있다. 그러나 이 외의 과제, 예를 들어 홴입력, 소음을 억제하기 위한 공기측 통풍저항의 감소, 증발온도에 영향을 마치는 관내압력손실의 감소 등도 중요한 과제이다. KA값 증대와 통풍저항억제를 동시에 판촉하기 위해 공조용 열교환기는 전면면적을 크게 하고 두께를 작게 하여 사용하는 것이 원칙이다. 또, 전열관의 관경도 관 둘레길이와 냉매분배성능 면에서 제약이 발생한다. 이와 같은 배경으로부터 공조용 열교환기는 판경 6~10 mm정도의 전열 관을 20~25mm길이로 배치한 핀튜브형 열교환기가 주류로 되어있다. 여기에서는 공조기에 널리 사용하고 있는 핀튜브형 열교환기에 대한 최근의 기술개발 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

  • Analytical study on the thermodynamical cyclic behabiour and characteristics of HFC-l34a refrigerant for automotive air conditionser system for the replacement of existing CFC-12 has been carried out in this paper through development of system performance simulation program, expecially in the view point of system design considerations. The results indicate that HFC-l34a system will give a greater refrigerating capacity than CFC-12 if appropriate engineering measures such as proper codensers, flow controllers, etc., taken for certain operating conditions. The results, however, also show that the operating power for compression process increases over entire temperature range as a result of decreasing volumetric efficiency due to larger specific volume and increased discharging pressure. The present study results indicate that proper selection of condensing and evaporating temperature plus refrigerant control is very important performance factor to have better COP in the HFC-134a system design.

  • In order to estimate the efficiency of an evaporative heat exchanger having mini channel, the equations to calculate heat exchanger properties, those are air temperatures and water temperatures etc, are derived from the governing equations based on the Navier-Stokes equation, even though there are several assumptions to make problem simplify. There are three heat transfer zones at the mini channel heat exchanger depending on the water condition. So, there are three governing equations and solutions to calculate the properties. As a results of this study, the equations to calculate a saturation point and a dry point are derived to evaluate an evaporative heat exchanger having micro channel. It is supposed to predict the performance and evaluate a mini channel heat exchanger.

  • 본 논문은 HVAC(heating, ventilating, and air conditioning) 시스템에 대하여 Multi Fuzzy 제어기 설계를 제안한다. HVAC 시스템은 Compressor(압축기), Condenser(응축기), Evaporator(증발기), Expansion Valve 로 구성되며, 각각의 기기에 대한 제어가 독립적으로 이루여져 있다. 기존의 제어가 한 제어기를 사용한 단일방식으로 이루어지다보니 HVAC 시스템의 특성인 냉매의 상태가 달라지면 시스템 전반적으로 그 영향이 파급되는 부분까지 고려를 해 주지 못하고, 제어기의 성능이 효율적이지 못했다. 본 논문에서는 비선형성이 강하고 불확실하며 복잡한 시스템을 쉽게 제어할 수 있는 Fuzzy 제어기를 구성하여 Expansion Valve 와 Compressor 에서 동시에 제어하는 Multi 제어기를 설계한다. 제안된 Multi Fuzzy 제어기는 HVAC 시스템의 효율성과 안정성에 기초하여, 과열도와 저압을 제어한다.

  • A computer simulation for the performance analysis of automobile air conditioning components is carried out for the various operating conditions. The automobile air conditioning system consists of laminated type evaporator, swash plate type compressor, parallel flow type condenser, externally equalized thermostatic expansion valve and receiver drier. The overall heat transfer coefficient and the pressure drop in laminated type evaporator were obtained through experiments. In parallel flow type condenser, the performance analysis computer program using the empirical equation for heat transfer coefficient has been developed and the results are compared with experimental results. A model for matching the performance analysis programs of respective components .of automobile air conditioning system is introduced. Further, the effects of varying condenser size and refrigerant charge on the performance of automobile air conditioning system are discussed clearly.

  • For successful design of component, performances of one-tank plate type evaporator, gas-liquid separation type condenser, swash plate type compressor and thermostatic expansion valve for automotive air conditioner are investigated experimentally. Heat transfer characteristics in the evaporator are examined by means of air temperature, relative humidity, air volume flow, outlet refrigerant pressure and superheat, and heat transfer characteristics in the condenser are examined by means of air temperature, air velocity and inlet refrigerant pressure. Pressure drops for both evaporator and condenser are measured arid empirical correlations are derived. Volumetric efficiencies and isentropic efficiencies for trio types of compressors with different capacity are measured and compared. Thermostatic expansion valve is tested to investigate the pressure variation according to temperature changes.

Performance evaluation of brazed aluminum heat exchangers for a condenser in residential air-conditioning applications (가정용 공조기의 응축기 적용 알루미늄 열교환기의 성능 평가)

  • The evaluation of aluminum flat tube and louver fin heat exchangers for a condenser in residential air-conditioning applications has been conducted. A series of tests for two-different brazed aluminum heat exchangers was performed and the results were compared with conventional fin and tube heat exchangers for residential air-conditioning system. Refrigerant charge amount for a window-system air-conditioner with the brazed aluminum condenser is decreased by 35% and the volume and material of heat exchanger can be reduced by 50% compared to the conventional fin and tube heat exchangers.

  • 최근 자동차에 요구되는 주요한 기술과제 중에서 최우선으로 해결해야 될 문제는 환경규제와 관련된 대응방안을 강구하는 것이다. 또한 지속적으로 강화되고 있는 환경규제를 만족하면서 소비자가 요구하는 자동차의 주행성, 안전성, 연비, 메인터난스 등과 관련된 고성능화가 추구되고 있다. 엔진유 측면에서는 배기규제, 연비향상, 장수명화 및 고성능화와 관련이 되는 성능 개선이 요구되고 있다. 특히 배기 규제와 관련해서는 오일 소모량의 감소와 배기 정화 장치에의 피독작용 감소등의 측면에서 물성이 규제되고 있는데 Noack증발 감량 및 함유량 규제가 대표적인 예이다. 본 보고에서는 제1보의 실험에 추가하여 윤활유의 혼입이 휘발유의 연소및 배기에 주는 영향에 관하여 연구하였다.

  • The CA reverse osmosis membranes were prepared and were studied the effects of parameters in membrane performance. The dope solutions were composed of polymer, formamide, acetone and 2-methoxyethanol. And it was prepared flat type membranes. The membranes were measured flux and rejection. The experimental factors such as polymer concentration, additive type, solvent evporation period, annealing temperture, and applied pressure were changed to investigate the effects of these on the membranes. And the transport parameters were also calculated at reverse osmosis medel for prepared membranes.

  • The air and refrigerant side heat transfer performances are key parameters to improve heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger including the fan performance. Design of the fins, treatment of the tube inside, tube diameter and tube array effect heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is used as a condenser at cooling mode and used as an evaporator at heating mode in the heat pump system. The heat pump system uses R410A as the refrigerant. The heat exchangers are consisted with 7 mm diameter tubes with slit-type fins. The study was conducted with variation of arrangement of the refrigerant path and air flow rate and refrigerant pressure drop and heat transfer rate were measured with a code tester. The capacity of the 3 path heat exchanger is more efficient than 2 or 4 path heat exchangers in heating or cooling modes.
