비디오 하이라이트(highlights)는 원래의 비디오 보다 짧고 많은 양의 의미를 갖는다. 기존의 파노라마 형태의 추상화 기법은 여러 프레임을 하나의 프레임으로 모자이크하는 형태이었고, TV 드라마 하이라이트 방법은 카메라의 이동이나 특수효과에 의존하기 때문에 스포츠 비디오에 적용은 부적합하다. 이 논문에서는 축구 비디오를 대상으로 시각정보와 자막을 이용하는 새로운 비디오 하이라이트 생성 방법과 이벤트 기반 비디오 인덱싱 방법을 제안한다. 하이라이트 생성은 하이라이트 생성 규칙에 따라 자막에 의해 추출된 TIT을 중심으로 시각정보에 의해 추출된 샷을 합성하여 생성하였고, 인덱싱은 자막으로 추출된 샷은 주요소로, 시각정보에 의해 추출된 샷은 부가적 요소로 구성하였다. 실험에서는 샷 추출기법 중 대표적인 컬러히스토그램과 $\chi$$^2$히스토그램과의 성능을 비교하여 제안한 하이라이트 기법이 다른 방식보다 우수함을 증명하였다.

제스처 인식은 직관적일 뿐 아니라, 몇 가지의 기본 구성요소에 의하여 코드화(code)가 용이하여, 인간과 컴퓨터의 상호작용(HCI, Human-Computer Interaction)에 있어서 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 손의 모양이나 크기와 같은 개인차 및 조명의 변화나 배율과 같은 입력환경의 영향을 최소화하여, 특별한 초기화 과정이나 모델의 준비과정 없이도 제스처를 인식할 수 있고, 적은 계산량으로 실시간 인식이 가능한 제스처 인식 시스템의 개발을 목표로 한다. 본 논문에서는 손에 부착하는 센서나 마커 없이, CCD 카메라에 의하여 입력된 컬러영상에서, 컬러정보 및 동작정보를 이용하여 손영역을 추출하고, 추출된 손의 경계선 정보를 이용하여 경계선-중심 거리 함수를 생성했다. 그리고, 손가락의 끝 부분에서는 경계선-중심 거리가 극대점을 이룬다는 원리를 이용하여 생성된 함수의 주파수를 분석하여 극대점을 구함으로써 각각의 손가락 끝 위치를 찾고, 손의 자세를 인식하여 제스처를 인식했다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안된 제스처 인식 방법은 PC상에서 구현되어 그 유용성과 실효성이 증명되었다.

비젼 기반의 휴먼 인체 추적 문제는 추정해야 할 파라미터의 수가 많고, 인체 구성 요소들 간의 가려짐등으로 인해 발생하는 포즈 간의 모호성 등으로 야기되는 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 휴먼 상체 포즈에 따른 고차원 탐색 공간을 효율적으로 계산할 수 있는 Mean-Shift Belief Propagation (MSBP) 및 역기구학(Inverse Kinematics) 제약에 기반한 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법의 효율성을 증명하기 위해 실험을 기존에 제안된 방법들과의 비교 실험을 수행하였다.

기업 컨설팅은 조직의 기술 및 경영에 대한 문제점을 분석하고, 대책을 연구해 경영기법이나 운영에 관한 전문적인 자문활동을 수행하는 것이다. 그러나 특히 경영능력과 경험이 부족한 중소기업에게는 그 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있으나 업무 생산성 및 품질에 대한 의식이 미흡하고, 조직 비활성화가 상존하는 경우가 많다. 또한 기업 내부의 문제점 발견 및 발전방향 등에 대한 전략적 수립이 대표자의 주관적 입장에만 의존하는 실정으로 급변하는 경영환경에 적응하여 성공으로 이루어지기 위해서는 관련 외부 전문가의 참여가 필요시되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 정보화에 관한 컨설팅 서비스품질의 구성요인으로 크게 서비스 제공과정의 과정품질, 결과품질, 서비스 비용으로 대별하여 분석 비교하였으며, 또한 서비스품질에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있는지를 실증적으로 증명하고자 하였다. 결과적으로 서비스 품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 및 재이용의도와 구전의도와의 관계를 밝힘으로서, 서비스 품질이 기업의 수익성에 크게 기여하는 중요한 요소임을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, mathematical models of a simulation code are presented. The simulation code was developed for the startup analysis of an open cycle liquid rocket engine (LRE). Most of the components comprising an LRE, including the priming process in the propellant feeding line, were considered. A startup simulation of a 75-tonf LRE, which was used for the KSLV-II test launch vehicle (TLV), was performed. The simulation results showed good agreement with the engine acceptance test results, thus proving the validity of the startup simulation code.

Jini 2.x 표준의 보안 모델은 클라이언트와 서버간의 신뢰와 안전한 통신을 위해 크게 3 가지 순차적인 과정을 요구한다. 순서대로, 프락시 준비, 상호인증을 위한 자격증명과 신원의 확인, 세션의 암호화 연산이다. 첫 번째 프락시 준비 과정은 다운로드 서비스프락시가 올바른 출처에서 온 안전한 이동코드인가를 검증하는 과정을 요구하고, 보안 제약조건과 동적 권한부여 구성을 완료하는 과정을 포함한다. 나머지 두 과정은 기존 X.509 인증서 기반의 TLS/SSL 통신이 요구하던 과정과 유사하다. 프락시 준비 과정은 클라이언트-서버 양측에 안전하고 신뢰 할 수 있는 스텁(stub)을 준비하는 시간이기 때문에 실질적인 통신지연 요소에 들지 않는다. 그러나 나머지 과정들은 기존 SSL 통신이 갖는 오버헤드를 가지고 있다는 것을 본 논문의 실험에서 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 프락시 준비 과정에서 상호 인증정보와 세션 키를 확보하기 위한 Jini 서비스 구조와 방법을 제시하고 서비스 연결 지연을 단축한 실험결과를 논한다.

The Internet website has become an effective marketing vehicle for travel agencies. The objective of this study is to examine theoretical relationships between travel agency's website quality, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. Usable data was obtained from the 373 respondents using travel agency's website within one year. Hypotheses are tested using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that travel agency's website quality has an effect on customer satisfaction as well as repurchase intention. The impact of information quality on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention is the most important factor, followed by service quality and design quality among the factors of the quality of a travel agency's website.

This paper is to clarify the literary value of sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok. As the author of Changseongamuirok is thought to be a person with considerable knowledge of sino-korean literature, the sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok can be the clue to examine his literary ability. Furthermore, evaluation on the sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok can have the verification of Changseongamuirok's literary value and of the author's ability to create novels and to compose literary pieces be possible, and is thought to help determining who wrote Changseongamuirok. The sino-korean poems interposed in Changseongamuirok is not necessary parts for composition or development of the entire piece but additional parts for explaining and verifying characters and situations. Functions and roles of the interposed sino-korean poems are indeed very limited, but it is thought that the reason the author interposed such sino-korean poems into the piece is that those poems perform functions more than superficial limited ones. When the composition of Changseongamuirok and the literary achievement of its interposed sino-korean poems are examined, it can be thought that the author of Changseongamuirok achieved the level of professional novel writer. From the point of view, it can be said that Changseongamuirok was written in the time closer to the $19^{th}$ century than to the $17^{th}$ century and that the author also had literary and narrative creativity with considerable sino-korean literary ability. Such an author adopted sino-korean poems since he thought those interposed sino-korean poems took important roles for strengthening novelistic value and literary excitement. Further and deeper interests in and researches on sino-korean poems interposed into novels of Joseon dynasty period are expected.

In this study, the cycle performance of an air conditioner with multi-indoor units is analyzed and simulated. The cycle performance could be predicted through the integration of mathematical formulation for these devices. The condenser pressure is obtained by an iteration process to match the mass flow rates of the compressor and the expansion valve and the evaporator pressure is determined by an iteration process, in which the suction super heat is tracing the targeted super heat. The required software was developed by system programming. the software algorithm is extended to predict the cycle performance of an air conditioner system with multi-indoor units, and then the numerical results are compared with experimental results. This mathematical model is validated from the result of experiments conducted on 8.3kW air conditioner. The errors in capacity, electronic power, and COP are found to be within 10% in general.

In this paper, we propose a new fault tolerant ATM Switch and a new adaptive self-routing scheme used to make the switch to be fault tolerant. It can provide more multiple paths than the related previous switches between an input/output pair of a switch by adding extra links between switching elements in the same stage and extending the self-routing scheme of the Banyan network. Our routing scheme is as simple as that of the banyan network, which is based on the topological relationships among the switching elements (SE’s) that render a packet to the same destination with the regular self-routing. These topological properties of the Banyan network are discovered in this paper. We present an algebraic proof to show the correctness of this scheme, and an analytic reliability analysis to provide quantitative comparisons with other switches, which shows that the new switch is more cost effective than the Banyan network and other augmented MIN’s in terms of the reliability.
